I trusted them to do my first teeth whitening right before my wedding, and I was not disappointed! Amazing work! Dr. Monica grew up in New Philadelphia, a town in northeast Ohio. After earning her degree in Biology from Kent State University, she went on to dental school at The Ohio State University where she graduated cum laude with her D.D.S. degree. In that time, Dr. Monica and her husband fell in love with the city of Columbus and decided to make this their home. Dr. Monica uses a patient-centered approach to focus on restoring and maintaining dental health for patients of all ages.

I have been looking for good professional dental service since I moved in town. After many bad experiences, I'm glad I finally found one. From making appointments to my dental cleaning, each staff has great manner and great smile on their faces. They don't push you to pay any extra services or products if they don't think it's necessary for you. I highly recommend this place to everyone who wants a friendly ,professional and honest dental service.

Just looking for $, bad service, after they gave me urgent appointment this morning they did the check up then said tooth need extraction so you need to make another appointment !!! Or You can come back afternoon because they have other patients, I paid the $50 and left with pain, I'll never go back to this place

They got me in same day and went over all my options and were very pleasant to work with and unlike most dentists, they didn't pressure me with the most expensive options available to me. Great experience!

I had dentures made there and they came out terrible! They are to small for my mouth and they come out every time I eat!! Do not waste your time!! They might be nice there but that's about it!!

Very nice gals, even though the dentist is about 20 years old. ...and the one cutie guy standing as I checked in, very cool after I was short with him. I hope they'll be my new dentist & staff.

I had cancelled my appointment last year in August 2021 because I had woke up sick. Went and got tested and I was positive for covid. They refused me for almost a year with rescheduling me because I didn't provide them with a 24 hr notice. I'M SORRY but I don't think you would want me to come in with covid right?!? And then when I tried to schedule my daughter in recently now they're not in network with alot of insurances...because they're pushing the payment plan they offer on everyone. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Now to find me a dentist, better one at that, one that cares about the patients and they're health.

Very pleased with Monfredi Family Dental. When I called to schedule the appointment, office staff was polite and efficient at setting up the appointment. Always appreciate the ability to confirm appointments by text. The office is very clean and organized. I can't remember the name of the technician that took the x-ray scans, he was very nice and listened to my concerns with my oral health. Carla did my cleaning and was fantastic. Kudos to her because I have not been to the dentist in about five years. Yikes! Dr. Monfredi was so nice and explained everything in detail. So happy with everything. Already scheduled to go back in 6mo.

Booking my first appointment was super easy and the entire staff was more than pleasant for my visit. They got me in on time and completed my cleaning, X-rays, and exam in under an hour and a half! Truly one of my best dental experiences, and I look forward to coming back next month so they can help me get my wisdom teeth out

The staff was all very pleasant and very efficient with our time. We have a large family and try to get multiple children in at once. They made this possible. And they are so e of the most professional sweetest people. Thank you Dr Monfredi and all of your amazing staff.
