Summer is the time for outdoor sports and you can protect your teeth, cheeks, gums and lips with a low-cost mouth guard. It could save you from a knocked out or chipped tooth, and it will prevent you from grinding your teeth during the big game.

The short answer is no. You most likely cannot sunburn your teeth. Shwew! Your lips on the other hand can sunburn. In fact, your lips might be the most susceptible to sunburn. Its important not to rely on regular sunscreen to protect your lips, choose a lip balm with a minimum of SPF 15. It is designed for your lips, and it will stick better. And just like with sunscreen, remember to reapply it every couple hours.
There are lots of reasons to smile all summer long. Evidence suggests that smiling reduces stress and helps your heart. So show those teeth! Brush twice a day, floss daily and smile big. You'll feel better when you do.

Absolutely wonderful place. I can't say enough nice things. The entire staff is so kind. They are great with dental anxiety and fear. Super patient, kind, understanding, realistic, and not judgmental at all! I have a severe fear but I felt so comfortable with them.

I recently had my first dental appointment with Mondavi Dental after transferring from my previous dentist. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hygienist Melissa was very good as well as Dr. Agapis. I am looking forward to having them as my dental team going forward!

Very disappointed. Long time patient who is a senior citizen that has recently experienced office staff that is rude, unhelpful, gives inaccurate dental quotes and billed my spouse for my dental work.

I did not want to detract from their typically great service, ESPECIALLY the women that work at the front desk so I did give 4 stars. But whoever I just spoke with (not the a person I've typically spoken with) was complete snippy and short with her responses and it wasn't called for. I get we are all stressed these days and there is never enough help. But when a client calls and has to cancel the evening prior due to car problems, a front end employee really should not act as if they were personally wronged.

Been to a lot of different dental offices in my life and I must say that this is the place. I don't see any need look for new dentist. Never have I been so comfortable sitting in that chair. Not once did I feel any discomfort. I mean need I say more!

Everyone is always so kind and I like how they take the time to educate me on why they recommend something- even something as simple as a toothbrush. Sally at the front desk is awesome. I'm a single mom and often have to bring my daughter to my appointments and Sally makes her feel welcome and at ease.

Nice staff, met their new, to me anyway, dentist and he is very pleasant, they take the time to make sure you are numb before any procedure. They ask how you are doing and seem to do a thorough job. As pleasant as a dentist appointment could be given that mast visits are for procedures that aren't inherently comfortable to begin with.

I recently needed to have some work done by Dr. John Agapis. His care and attention to detail is exceptional. I couldn't be happier with his work and also with the entire staff. This is a very people friendly practice, I highly recommend it.
