The office is super clean and they follow all cdc guidelines The staff is friendly, super helpful and always willing to offer alternative solutions for any challenges that may arise. I highly recommend asking for Bonnie Overall I am confident and happy with this office

if i could give 0 stars i WOULD . desk lady was very rude to me and everyone else that called or walked in . had me waiting over an hour in a HOT waiting room in PAIN from a WISDOM TOOTH. with no one else to be seen before me . told me it's my fault because i didn't get there in exactly 15 minutes. HORRIBLE AND PLAIN OUT RUDE. do not recommend.

This is Steve Acker in Bellvue using my Google address for this review. The folks at Monda & Weiss are friendly and highly competent. They made an upper denture plate for me and made my smile as bright as it once was. I have just called for an adjustment and they made time for me tomorrow morning. I recommend their services to everyone. Here's smiling at you.

I meant to write this review on Tuesday but I have just been so busy. So the phrase "I hate the dentist" was one that wasn't foreign to me. I have had many tragic experiences. This was a local and convenient spot for me to go to. Although I was super scared... I read the reviews and decided to give them a try. First of all Kimberley Monda is sweet, compassionate, and just overall great at her job. It was my first appointment ever and I was expecting to have a X-ray and be scheduled to come back later. Nope she fix three of my five teeth that needed to be fix (I know shameful, but I hate been to a dentist in ten years). I made her aware I was hard to numb ... the first two times I wasn't completely numb she numbed me again until I was completely comfortable! During the procedures if it looked like I was uncomfortable she made sure to check on me. She doesn't know that she took away my fear of the dentist.. I truly want to thank her and the entire staff ! Friendly, funny, welcoming. Highly recommend !

I tried several times with this place. Scheduling was difficult, had to reschedule an appointment, and the earliest they had was 5 MONTHS! I understand it is MY choice to reschedule, but for an existing patient, 5 months is too much. It was for me and my kids but I was willing to split up and not come all together....nope February was the earliest (this is Oct). My husband was also scheduled several months back at 8am. I made that appt in the office, and they don't even open up until 9am! How is that possible to schedule someone when your office isn't even open? I also had issues (which were resolved after several phone calls) with billing after having cavities filled. Im just not impressed overall. Some places are just not a good fit for some people. I'm overall extremely disappointed in the 5 month wait time for a rescheduled appt. I would have delt with everything else.

I am so happy with this place! Everyone is so nice and easy to work with. I actually look forward to continuing my dental care with Dr. Weiss and the team at this facility. Can't come more highly recommend from me

I can't leave a good enough review. I came to Dr. Weiss in a heap of pain, and he and Dee (his magical assistant) turned me right around. Sometimes a trip to the dentist can leave you with some collateral damage, but that was non-existent, even after a root canal! 5 stars, because six isn't an option!

The office staff fit me in the same day. Dr. Monda was absolutely wonderful! I had an abscess tooth. I was in pain. My tooth was pulled. I was given prescriptions for pain and antibiotics. They were wonderful and I highly recommend them.

The mother is horrible at her job. I paid out of pocket for dental work for it to fail being she rushed but had no problems taking hundreds from me. The receptionist hung up on me when I called after she made me wait while she was having a previous conversation with another employee about another patient

I HATE going to the dentist. So i was very nervous to go especially after reading some of the negative reviews. But im so happy i went Dr. Weiss was so kind and nice to me made me feel very comfortable talked me threw everything. From the moment i walked in the receptionists were very friendly and easy to talk to. The dental assistant was also kind and made me feel comfortable. My experience was wonderful and i highly recommend monda and weiss!

I went to Monda & Weiss recently for extensive work and I couldn't be any happier with my results! From the receptionists all the way up to the doctors everyone has went above and beyond during every visit I have had. Dr. Weiss took so much extra time assuring that I was numb before he began, and my mouth was refusing to numb but he did it until I was completely ok. He was constantly reassuring me and letting me know what he was doing. I had a small issue (nothing from his work I think it was my nerves) right after he finished and within minutes he was back in the room with me to give me reassurance. Dr. Monda came in when I was finished and checked on me and complimented me. As I was leaving one of the ladies in the front took the time to walk me out and give me a few recommendations as she has been through the same procedure I had just went through. I had to call the after hours nurse line the next night -which was a Friday night- and even the lady I spoke to from there went above and beyond for me! She called and spoke to a pharmacist directly, 30 minutes before the pharmacy closed and made sure I would be able to pick up my medication and they would have it filled before they closed. I hadn't been to a dentist in probably 12 years because I was terrified, and I couldn't have chosen a better place! I smile again, everyone around me has told me how great I look and I've recommended quite a few people to go here. I go back Friday for my one week check up, so I'm not even a week out from many, many extractions and my pain has been non-existent since the second day. HIGHLY advise for anyone who has been avoiding the dentist out of fear to go here. It doesn't hurt that Dr. Weiss is a very handsome man either.

The staff was pleasant, seen Dr Monda initially followed by Dr Weiss doing my root canal and crown.... I'm a chicken when it comes to pain the experience was wonderful

I've been to Monda and Weiss 3 times and every time has been a pleasant experience. Very friendly and professional staff! I'm someone who will put off going to the dentist until it's a dire emergency out of fear but they make you feel so comfortable throughout the entire time. The receptionists are so friendly and I love the dental assistant Mina. She is so attentive to her patients and makes sure that you are completely satisfied with her work before you leave! I'm so happy to have found this dentistry!

Whomever the male dentist is there is absolutely terrible when it comes to dealing with patients. When he first entered the room, he was bland and dry which is ok for maybe a garbage man but don't for a dentist dealing with people first hand. He then "examines" my mouth (poked around, reviewed x-rays) then he says we have to refer you to a surgeon to remove your wisdom teeth and we have to schedule you for a filling. I then asked him are we not going to do anything today? He responded with the most attitude "I just examined you" I immediately got up, gathered my things and left. I didn't receive a cleaning, no antibiotic and my "examine" was less than 20 seconds! His energy is not one of a dentist I'd trust to work on my mouth. The receptionist, the dental assistant, and the female Dr. Were all exceptionally nice and friendly, but him, he is that "decaying" tooth in a great mouth who will eventually ruin the smile. Edit** After I put this review on google they said they follow guidelines to not prescribe narcotics to patients that are potentially seeking narcotics. It's absolutely disgusting how they could lie and insinuate I was seeking narcotics when not one time have I asked for them nor have I EVER received a narcotic, that would be in my record right? I wasn't asked about pain didn't mention pain besides when they asked me the problem and I said I have pain on both sides. NARCOTICS WERE NEVER MENTIONED! They're absolutely disgusting, unprofessional and flat out LIARS! and I'll be there first thing Monday morning to speak with the owner who wrote that horrid lie. I'd highly advise EVERYONE to steer clear of here, to lie as a Dr and say someone was seeking narcotics and it's absolutely not true should be grounds to have their license

Awful experience!!! I was handled rudely in regards to my anxiety, and had been held down during process. Had 4 teeth taken out and left with a piece of one still in my mouth. Almost a year later and it's infected and they will do NOTHING to help or fix it. Terrible office, terrible employees. 0 stars if I could.
