Another great visit to Monarch Dentistry. I am very impressed at how well the people work together, their great personalities makes the visit a lot easier for those of us that have anxiety of visiting the dentist. Think how they do it is, they involve you in what is going on with your teeth after all it is the surprises that you fear, well they talk to you, show you in photographs and do such a great job telling you why things are happening, and most importantly that there is a way to deal with it. I really do feel confident about the care they have for their patients, so keep up the great work. I know I will be back and know I can count on the fine work they do there.

Dr.Mercado's staff are very professional, thorough and conscientious in the manner they interact with me as well as other patients I've observed. Dr. Mercado has a keen eye in diagnosing the problem with a few old crowns and proposed an efficient and affordable treatment plan.

We have been patients of Monarch Dentistry for six years now and love all there. Dr. Mercado is terrific and very knowledgeable on all facets of dentistry , She is constantly upgrading and furthering her knowledge on new procedures and techniques. We thoroughly recommend her practice.

Dr. Mercado and her team at Monarch Dentistry are top notch. Every single person that I've worked with (Bridgette, Karen, Kelly, and Sarah) has been so kind and friendly The whole experience from the time you walk in until you walk out is by far the best dental experience I've ever had (and actually even after that because Dr. Mercado calls and texts you to check in after your procedure) Their office has top of the line equipment and technology to really be able to see what is going on with your teeth and gums. She was able to catch multiple issues that had previously been missed at another office. I am very happy I found her office to get and keep my oral health in check! If you are looking for a fantastic dentist that truly cares about her patients, look no further!

I was there all day for hygiene, whitening, and fills. Kelly made me feel very comfortable during my hygiene visit and did a great job. Nataly did my whitening and it did not hurt at all and looks so much whiter now. For the fills, Dr. Mercado's shots for numbing were very quick and very minimal discomfort.

I don't believe it would be possible to find a better place or experience than what you will find at Monarch Dentistry, everyone there were wonderful and caring. Often times there might be one or two people you will find that one could give a negative comment about, but I believe you would be hard pressed to do that in this office. This tells me there is great leadership in this office. Thanks to Bo Thompson for promoting the office.

Recently I had a procedure at Monarch Dentistry, Natalie was the technician who did x-rays and imaging of my dental problem. While the procedure took about a half an hour, Natalie was humming along to the background music and it certainly helped me relax. Everyone you meet on Dr. Mercado's team, will treat you with compassion and respect. Thank you for helping reduce my anxiety and fear of going to the dentist.

I am absolutely floored after my first visit with Monarch Dentistry of Gold Hill! You don't make appointments to come here, you make reservations! Never have I been treated so royally as I was today. From the front desk with Karen and Bridgette, to the latest technologically advanced x-rays and photos with Nataly and Dr. Mercado, to my incredibly thorough exam with Nataly and Dr. Mercado, it was as if I were their only patient. Dr. Mercado discovered (and explained to me with full photos of my teeth, gums, and jaws) why I have TMJ problems. No dentist has ever shown me what the inside of my mouth looks like! She also walked me through various ways to lessen and correct those TMJ problems. I have never been told about any of these solutions; I've only been referred to oral surgeons. Both Nataly and Dr. Mercado were painstakingly gentle with me and patient with my inability to "open wide" or hold my jaw open for a length of time. Many breaks were offered, as well as joint massage to ease the pain. Also, Dr. Mercado was incredibly sensitive to time and cost - both for today and on-going treatment that I may or may not choose. I cannot fully express how impressed and grateful I am. It's almost as if this is the first time someone really cared about me. When I got in my car afterward, I actually teared up. I thank God for finding these patient loving people!

Dr. Mercado has been my dentist for over a year now. Each visit brings with it kindness & caring. Dr. Mercado & her staff make you feel like you are part of their own family. I drive well over an hour to come to Monarch Dentistry & do so because of the fine treatment I receive. I have & will continue to recommend Monarch Dentistry. These guys are awesome!!!!

My first visit and as a VERY anxious patient, Casey was AMAZING!!! Dr. Mercardo was very kind, easy to speak with and caring to my EVERY need. Even though my fears are still great for future visits, I feel confident in her and her staff to care for me 100%!

This was my first exam as a new patient. Walking in I was greeted by a friendly staff and a clean, modern office space. Dr. Mercado took the time to listen to the concerns, desires and expectations of my dental restoration. She left me feeling confident that I would finally have some resolution to my ongoing issues. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a competent and professional dentist.

I was nervous about switching dentists because I had been going to my old one every six months for 9 years, but I am so glad I did. Dr. Mercado is the most thorough dentist I've ever had! She's personable and spends time getting to know you and I love that she doesn't pressure you into service, she just gives you the facts and the power to make your own educated decisions about your health. It seems she hand picks her staff because everyone I have met is amazing and accommodating. I would absolutely recommend her and her team!

Everything about Monarch Dentistry stands out from any other Dental establishment you'll ever go to. First off, you walk in to an office that seems like a Pottery Barn showroom; the ladies at the front are super nice, very welcoming with their beautiful smiles; and then there's Dr. Mercado... before seeing her, I went to the same dentist for over 20 years. When he retired, I wasn't too fond of his replacement, so I spent the next two years searching for another dentist. Dr. Mercado has the same professionalism, compassion, and understanding that my previous dentist had. Even though she's a personal friend, we set boundaries and respect each other with a doctor/patient relationship. Like you, and the majority of humans on this planet, I hate going to the dentist! But Dr. Mercado and her staff make it a pleasant experience. Not everyone can say they've found the "perfect" dentist, but I have been lucky enough to have found two in my lifetime! I HIGHLY recommend Monarch Dentistry.

Dr. Mercado saw me in her day off! She made me feel so comfortable and she explained everything in detail. I will definitely be a patient from now on. I would recommend her to anyone who needs dental work.
