Spray, scrub, wipe repeat. Its our new favorite sound. Weve always been committed to the highest safety standardsbut now deep cleaning is done before, during and after visits even in the lobby. Our teams are geared up (literally watch the video) to sanitize equipment, chairs, tables, door handles, countertops etc. many times a day. And we dont stop there. PPE (think masks, gloves, gowns, and face shields) is worn by everyone in the office. Even patients get to take part by keeping masks on at all times except when being treated and doing a good disinfecting rinse before and after care.

Were checking to see if our patients (and staff) are healthy with a few questions and a temperature check every day, at every visit. Sounds a bit extreme? Youre right, extreme is good when it comes to patient safety and health.

From the moment I walked in the entire staff was very kind and reassuring! The Dentist was nice and thorough. The hygentist was just amazing! Talked to me during the cleaning and kindly kept me distracted. I'm not a very good dental patient. Can't stand going. After this visits I'll still hate going but know with out a doubt that they will do their very best to make everything tolerable and some parts fun!

I had a good experience at another Monarch, but my wife has had very similar poor experiences as other reviewers have had. They try to push very expensive cleanings. She went in to have a crown replaced that came off. Of course, there's not enough tooth left so it needs an implant. $5500 AFTER insurance for a tooth you can't see. There's a problem every visit. Either the perio butchers her gums or something else. Then, he retired. The packing came out that left a big hole where the set screw is. "Yeah, come in. The dentist can fix it". He did, for another $143. Could it have been done for no cost at a slightly later date and that wasn't explained to us? Quite possibly. My point is that this place will try to squeeze every penny they can, especially if it can be financed. It's not Monarch, it's THIS Monarch in my opinion. Other stores have much higher reviews.

One of the most friendly and helpful office staffs I've worked with! And to top it off, their dentists are top notch. So grateful for their care and help!

Over-charged services for unnecessary treatments! They wanted $3600 for a special periodontitis treatment. Others charge $150 for that treatment. The biggest problem is that the dentist told me that everything looks fine, but the dental hygienist said that it's terrible and if I don't get this expensive treatment, they won't even clean my teeth at all. It is obvious that the hygienist and the office staff get a financial kick back from over charging the customer. CROOKS! Follow up.... I saw another local dentist and hygienist. Guess what... they told me that I had no gingivitis or periodontitis at all. Monarch dental totally lied to me in order to get more money. They should be reported to the Texas board of dentistry.

It was my first visit to Monarch and I was so impressed by the office manager and her diligence in trying to get my insurance issue resolved. She had much more patience with my insurance provider than I did!! In the end, I was able to see the dentist and get some relief from a toothache. Dr. Brennan was very kind and made me feel very comfortable. I would highly recommend this office, mostly because Kayla the office manager is the one that keeps that place running with a smile on her face!

Got an dental implant which took SEVERAL months to complete. When the first procedure was done, he put the post in very crooked so after several times of rescheduling he could not put the original crown on and had to sent off for a new crown. I took out a loan for the cost of the implant, which was told it covered everything. When I came back for the crown I had to take out a new loan because I was told thr first loan only covered the post implant, not the crown. Would have been nice to know the total cost before I did the procedure. Not really happy with the implant but not much I can do at this point. They scheduled me for a teeth cleaning, and debated on whether to go back there or do it somewhere else, I thought that is just a cleaning. Well like the other post below, I was told that I had no cavities or anything like that but they recommended a deep cleaning. I was like OK... but when she came in and went over the procedures I about fell out my seat. The total cost of the deep cleaning was $2,500 and my portion was about $800. No thank you. I just want a dang teeth cleaning. Now I hope my insurance will cover me going somewhere else.

I been 5 times to Weatherford office and 2 times to Lake Worth office in 2021/2022, because Weatherford office has no surgeons (nor endodontics despite their name), and thousands of dollars spent on hurting tooth/jaw that I reported 4 days after eating superbowl snacks that I thought only scratched my gum. Every visit to Monarch is a totally new set of (thinking just newly graduated) doctors & technicians(never same doctor twice). Each visit resulted in a totally new set of x-rays charged. Monarch diagnosis is a root canal surgery with crown (no cavities for 62+ years). I went to a local long-time experienced single doctor practice for 2nd opinion, and first visit found a torus bone chip sticking out of the gum, infecting my gum beside the jawbone causing the toothache. My teeth x-rays show zero problems. My new DDS/MPH says Monarch fakes exams to do deep cleaning on every patient regardless if needed or not.

Customer service was great. I never had an issue there. I've always taken well care of my teeth (I see a dentist every 6 months) and even the hygienist and doctor mentioned they looked great. I recently changed dental insurances which forced me to go here to get my regular cleaning covered under my HMO plan) I had a few spots where mild gingivitis was seen during probing. Because of this they gave me a treatment plan for a deep cleaning which would be $1200 but with my insurance was around $600. I didn't feel that was necessary and asked to just be scheduled for a regular clean. The hygienist advised me "they legally couldn't provide a lesser treatment than what the Dr recommend". I walked out and was never scheduled a clean which is what I really wanted. I'm now going back to my regular dentist and paying cash for a cleaning. Ridiculous I couldn't just get a regular clean from this office. Basically they told me deep clean or nothing. I quickly cancelled my son's appointment and told my husband we'll have to eat the cost of our premiums and pay cash at another office this year. What a waste.

Services were never completed When I would call to get an appointment scheduled, ( if someone answered) the lady would tell me that they were only taking emergencies only I get it that it was during the pandemic and everyone was freaked out and some businesses had put a hold on things but after everything went, somewhat back to normal my dental services should have been completed But that wasn't the case. Very disappointed

I had terrible experiences with dentists when I was young and really have significant anxiety now. Amy has been my dental hygienist for 5 years now and is the best. She shows a lot of empathy and is very patient and understanding.

My mother in law has been having her dental work done in the Weatherford Monarch. Her appointments have always run on schedule and the outcome has been outstanding. The staff is courteous, knowledgeable and compassionate in treating her. Elderly patients need a little extra TLC and they have left nothing wanting in her care.

I love the staff here. Every time I go in there they are always so kind. I've read some other reviews where people say the staff is rude but I they're not. If people would go in there and not be rude themselves and not expect to get something for free then they could actually have a decent experience. They'd be paying a lot more elsewhere. Everyone likes to be treated with respect, including the staff.

Worst dentist ever. They tried to charge me $2500 for a cleaning, and that was AFTER their 40% discount plan. I walked out of that office. Walked into another dentist on the same day. Cash patient. No discount plan. Total cost of deep cleaning and a laser bacterial treatment $1000. If you are a cash patient with no dental insurance do not go here. I wasn't going to even bring this up, but they decided to send me a link to leave a review. So here it is.
