Spray, scrub, wipe repeat. Its our new favorite sound. Weve always been committed to the highest safety standardsbut now deep cleaning is done before, during and after visits even in the lobby. Our teams are geared up (literally watch the video) to sanitize equipment, chairs, tables, door handles, countertops etc. many times a day. And we dont stop there. PPE (think masks, gloves, gowns, and face shields) is worn by everyone in the office. Even patients get to take part by keeping masks on at all times except when being treated and doing a good disinfecting rinse before and after care.
Were checking to see if our patients (and staff) are healthy with a few questions and a temperature check every day, at every visit. Sounds a bit extreme? Youre right, extreme is good when it comes to patient safety and health.

Smile Brands Inc., one of the nations leading providers of business support services to dental groups in the United States, today announced the grand opening of another affiliated Monarch Dental office. The new office is the second for the community of New Braunfels.
Five dentists and their dedicated support staff hosted a Day of Giving, sponsored by Buxton, at Monarch Dental in Lewisville, Texas on October 5th. Buxton is a customer analytics company that provides services to maximize an organizations return on investment, and is a proud supporter of the Smiles for Everyone Foundation.

Typical Dental office. They weren't overly friendly, not rude. The 1-smile program is pretty good, but for wisdom teeth too expensive! The Wisdom Guys are much cheaper and that is there speciality!

Excellent staffing. The process was pretty fast and easy. You'd be out quicker than you think and they also make sure you are okay and ready before they start. They will explain everything you need to after care. High recommend. Thank you all

The wait time was horrible. 45+ minutes to get called back. Office is outdated and does not seem sanitary. We're given googles that we're already previously used. The dental assistant was not personable and did not give good direction/assistance while taking pictures, which also took an extended period of time. The dental HYGENIST was more knowledgeable than Dr who seen me first. Dr stated they did not see a problem, but HYGENIST found all kind of problems. Only 1 HYGENIST, she was going to pt to pt did not wash hands or change gloves in between, she was stretched very thin. Horrible staff organization, will not visit or refer anyone to this office or organization. They did not deserve even 1 star, but it is the only way to get to write a review.

We have been going to the Waxahachie Monarch Dental office for over a year. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They take time to explain everything to you and genuinely care about your health. They work with your insurance and make everything easy. Highly recommend!

They are slow, you have to wait for a really long time in the lobby to see the dentist or the cleaner and you have wait for a long time in the lobby after the dentist to see the lady who does the teeth cleaning and your paperwork

Jessica was my hygienist and she was friendly, gentle and explained everything as she went. The doctor as very friendly as well. I'm just sorry I did not get her name.

I have never visited a medical appointment with such wonderful Caring staff. They were helpful, very knowledgeable, and above all courteous. This facility will be ranked #1in the nation. Very well satisfied.

Rude and unprofessional front office staff. Rescheduled my appointment 4 times, the last time promising a call back and heard nothing. Holly in the front office was rude and snarky on the phone, hanging up on me. They are also misinformed on CDC guidelines that they try to say is law. No documentation that face masks were required and the appointment scheduler even said they were optional for patients. Glad to know they make up their own rules on CDC guidelines, which they can enforce anything it's their business, however they will not be getting my business.

A very friendly place. But let me tell you .I had a root canal and the tooth keep coming out. They put it in twice and now it's out again. Well looking for someone to do the job they didn't do. See tooth in photo. This was in January of 2021.

We prepaid for surgery and were assured that the amount paid covered all expenses... Weeks later, we received a bill for a remaining balance! Don't trust them to be honest about their fees.

I moved and after months of searching for a new dentist, decided to try Monarch as they are in my Met-life PDP network. I was told I needed Root Planing and Scaling. Out of pocket cost $600. I had the work done. Now 6 months later, and considering getting additional services, I called my insurance co to check coverage and was informed that my out of pocket charge seemed to be high considering that dentist is in network. Also, was informed that Monarch never sent requested info so the $600 claim with them was still open. I called Monarch to inquire and was surprised at Melanie's attitude. Her words verbatim " Why didn't you ask about this back in March?" I didn't realize there was a timeframe on reviewing and questioning billing!! Not sure what's going on but was told by her that it would take 4-6 weeks to fix. Only took a minute to run $600 on my card tho!! Advise anyone considering this Monarch or any other dentist office to check billing with insurance co. Going to give them 6 weeks to refund my $$ and close claim with Met-Life. If not, Monarch has a problem on their hands.
