Spray, scrub, wipe repeat. Its our new favorite sound. Weve always been committed to the highest safety standardsbut now deep cleaning is done before, during and after visits even in the lobby. Our teams are geared up (literally watch the video) to sanitize equipment, chairs, tables, door handles, countertops etc. many times a day. And we dont stop there. PPE (think masks, gloves, gowns, and face shields) is worn by everyone in the office. Even patients get to take part by keeping masks on at all times except when being treated and doing a good disinfecting rinse before and after care.
Were checking to see if our patients (and staff) are healthy with a few questions and a temperature check every day, at every visit. Sounds a bit extreme? Youre right, extreme is good when it comes to patient safety and health.

Smile Brands Inc., one of the nations leading providers of business support services to dental groups in the United States, today announced the grand opening of another affiliated Monarch Dental office. The new office is the second for the community of New Braunfels.
Five dentists and their dedicated support staff hosted a Day of Giving, sponsored by Buxton, at Monarch Dental in Lewisville, Texas on October 5th. Buxton is a customer analytics company that provides services to maximize an organizations return on investment, and is a proud supporter of the Smiles for Everyone Foundation.

This was my first time to go to Monarch. I was promptly greeted by the receptionist then saw Dr. Tolar, DDS. He was very thorough and made sure i was happy with the dental work he helped me with! Everyone was extremely friendly. The front desk was polite and greeted me as soon as I walked in. The dental staff & dentist were very polite & sensitive to my pain. I would definitely recommend this office & affordable.

The experience was good, thank you for calling me, when you had a cancellation, because I had to cancel my appointments due to Covid and being unable to keep my appointments due to the fact of helping my who lives in Dallas, with his recovery of a foot operation. Thanks again for your assistance in calling me to have my teeth cleaning.

I have taken my son here for years! We had a bad experience today with the staff (Andromeda) ...I feel like if you don't want to work in cx service then you need to find a different profession. The office manager stepped in and was very nice and handled it. If I was Monarch I would look into hiring nicer staff. They almost lost 3 customers today!

Absolutely the best in everything! I've been with Monarch dental for about 6 months and I've never had a complaint. They work effectively and always make me feel comfortable. I love it and I love the way my teeth are now!
