Spray, scrub, wipe repeat. Its our new favorite sound. Weve always been committed to the highest safety standardsbut now deep cleaning is done before, during and after visits even in the lobby. Our teams are geared up (literally watch the video) to sanitize equipment, chairs, tables, door handles, countertops etc. many times a day. And we dont stop there. PPE (think masks, gloves, gowns, and face shields) is worn by everyone in the office. Even patients get to take part by keeping masks on at all times except when being treated and doing a good disinfecting rinse before and after care.
Were checking to see if our patients (and staff) are healthy with a few questions and a temperature check every day, at every visit. Sounds a bit extreme? Youre right, extreme is good when it comes to patient safety and health.

Smile Brands Inc., one of the nations leading providers of business support services to dental groups in the United States, today announced the grand opening of another affiliated Monarch Dental office. The new office is the second for the community of New Braunfels.
Five dentists and their dedicated support staff hosted a Day of Giving, sponsored by Buxton, at Monarch Dental in Lewisville, Texas on October 5th. Buxton is a customer analytics company that provides services to maximize an organizations return on investment, and is a proud supporter of the Smiles for Everyone Foundation.

I've been coming to this location for a number of years & have been quite happy with the service provided.The staff AND the Dentist are super nice. They are all very friendly, and you're made to feel like a welcomed guest, not a patient. Waiting room wait time is not long. Thank you Monarch, for all you do.

I came in early and they were able to see me immediately. The technician was great. No pain at all and she was very careful to insure my comfort. I found all of the staff to be helpful and friendly.

I had a very good experience during this visit. The dental hygienist explained everything before she performed the treatment. She clearly understood the meaning and value of excellent patient experience. I have been under the dentist care for many years and I leave every appointment pleased with the care I receive

I was there waiting for more than an hour before I was seen. Then another hour for ex rays and measuring my gums. After 2 hours and still no cleaning, it was done!

They saw me very last minute on a Friday because I had a broken permanent retainer and was going on a cruise the next day. I have never been here before until today but let me say this will be my regular dentist going forward. Their orthodontist wasn't in today so their general dentist is the one who fixed my retainer. From the dental assistant who took my xrays, I wish I caught her name, from the dental assistant who assisted with the retainer (Her name was Stacy and was THE BEST! Made me feel very comfortable and was fun to talk to) to the dentist and the front desk team was TOP NOTCH. Thank you so much for fixing my retainer when my regular ortho couldn't.

I love the Dentist but is this a training facility? The techs or assistant come and go in the room like flies at a picnic. I had 5 different people hands in my mouth in 2 1/2 hrs . I went in to glue a temporary and 2 1/2 hrs later finally left. I planned for a glue and go. No one question if I had time for the extra services they were doing. I felt completely exhausted and in pain when I left. I am questioning staying with the practice. We have been there a long time.

Monarch Dental & Orthodontics at the Forum.... I always get nerves going to the dentist. I'll be honest, it's usually because the expense that will be out of pocket.. Ashely explain everything to me and I was very pleased. The Doctor and staff, were great, professional, friendly and there service was excellent! They get a big 5 from me. Thank You.

This experience was great. What made it great is my crown chipped on Friday and they worked me in Monday. I didn't wait as long as I expected, less than 20 minutes in the front waiting room. Also they were able to put in the temporary that day. The xray tech, who was also the dental assistant, Aide, was wonderful. It would have been exceptional(received a 5 )had they brought up different crown options and when I asked explained them. I like to be an active participant in my treatment. **My experience has been inconsistent with the dentist. Hurried and not explaining more often than not. The dental hygienist, Cindy,is amazing** ***Today, 3 weeks later, I go back to get my crown. It doesn't fit and it's yellow. Wrong color. I'm waiting another 3 weeks for the crown to be remade. Somebody messed up and it ought to be fixed quicker.My teeth cleaning was great, Cindy, as was Dani, the dental assistant*** ***December 2021, teeth cleaning. All good except they mentioned and then forgot to do the flouride*** ***June 2022, teeth cleaning. All good except receptionist. She tried to charge me for things that weren't even done and she wanted to make my next teeth cleaning in 9 instead of 6 months. Said there were no other appointments. She fit me in 6 months from now because I wasn't having it***

I was seen faster than expected. Great staff, very friendly and courteous. I moved from a different location so now I will be coming to this office, but Monarch dental has been the place for my dental maintenance for over 15 years. Am very happy with their service.

The dental hygienist at the Forum location cleaned my teeth and made sure to tell me teeth what she was going to do next. She was so nice and professional, even have me dental tips even though my teeth were pretty clean before I came in. She just like the rest of the staff are and were amazing. I always recommend you to my friends.

They definitely overbook at this location. I scheduled at 8:30am which they open at 8:30am and there were 6 other scheduled at the same time. I didn't get seen till 9:40am and finished at
