Spray, scrub, wipe repeat. Its our new favorite sound. Weve always been committed to the highest safety standardsbut now deep cleaning is done before, during and after visits even in the lobby. Our teams are geared up (literally watch the video) to sanitize equipment, chairs, tables, door handles, countertops etc. many times a day. And we dont stop there. PPE (think masks, gloves, gowns, and face shields) is worn by everyone in the office. Even patients get to take part by keeping masks on at all times except when being treated and doing a good disinfecting rinse before and after care.
Were checking to see if our patients (and staff) are healthy with a few questions and a temperature check every day, at every visit. Sounds a bit extreme? Youre right, extreme is good when it comes to patient safety and health.

Smile Brands Inc., one of the nations leading providers of business support services to dental groups in the United States, today announced the grand opening of another affiliated Monarch Dental office. The new office is the second for the community of New Braunfels.
Five dentists and their dedicated support staff hosted a Day of Giving, sponsored by Buxton, at Monarch Dental in Lewisville, Texas on October 5th. Buxton is a customer analytics company that provides services to maximize an organizations return on investment, and is a proud supporter of the Smiles for Everyone Foundation.

The staff and dentist were friendly enough, but I was very disappointed to find that dental cleaning was not part of the first visit and it had to be scheduled 7 months out. We are giving them a chance but if we have to make multiple appointments for cleaning and check up, we will find another dentist.

My daughter had a 9 AM appointment, we arrived at 8:45 AM. At 9:30, I asked how much longer. Finally, my daughter was seen at 9:40 AM. This is unacceptable. My time is valuable. This made me late to my next appointment. The guy who came in after us, was seen before us. Please let your patience know up front if you are running behind. Let them decide if they can wait a hour to be seen or whatever the case may be. Acknowledge your patience time is valuable. Today was ridiculous.

I don't understand how an x ray is required for every visit, when it's not relevant to why I am there. I am a cancer patient and do not want more radiology. I was refused care by Dr Thomas. He was polite, but I thought untruthful as to why an x day was required. Years ago a dentist didn't need an x ray for everything. I will just have to find a doctor that decides to help patients instead of pressuring them.

The staff was very polite , helpful and accommodating and that was just in the first 30-45 minutes, of getting me back to the exam room and informing me of what the process would be. I am very pleased

I had my first appointment after 7 years without a cleaning or x-ray. I had lost a crown and forced to schedule an appointment. Dr Thomas and his staff from the Schertz clinic make me feel safe and secure from start to finish. He and his assistant were professional kind and compassionate, frequently asking me if I was ok, said just raise your hand if you need a break, and reassuring me that my additional concerns were not as bad as I was thinking... very attentive from front to back office. Thank you so much for taking care of me

The people are great,it does take about one hour (or more when they are running late s it was this time) in office, plus l was early. Sadly, no more can be done, but l visit yearly, and able to see more of deterioration in a year,! Late in afternoon wad hard for me, plus l had to wait 30 minutes as they were running behind!

I had an appointment to get some extraction done I went to the office on i35 in schertz which was a very big mistake. The supposedly dentist came in and I showed him the teeth I needed taken out then was told he couldn't do it and I should see his friend on I-10 & DeZavala he is a specialist in extraction's. Won't be going back .

The Monarch Dental Clinic @ Schertz, Tx is very clean and friendly atmoshpere. I have had nothing but good experiences there.. The staff is very personable (friendly) and professional... I recently went in for a filling and before that a crown after a root canal my Dentist did an excelent job.. The color of the crown matched my tooth and teeth perfectly as did the filling which was on a front tooth... I never wait long at all.

I recently had an appt as a first time patient at this location and I was so pleased with the service & procedure. Everyone made me feel very welcomed. The Dentist and Hygienist were very pleasant and informative. It's refreshing to still receive great customer service nowadays.

I have been a patient 13yrs and excellent service. Then the pandemic came along and they canceled my appointment, 6months schedule out, then no hygienist. Now they want an exam before an appointment. Again its six months before an appointment. Was supposed to be on a call list. No call All of there fault. Will find new place

95% of the staff is amazing! My first cavity and deep cleaning. I was super nervous! And they reassured me, were gentle and did an amazing job on my teeth.

I would like to highly recommend anyone that lives in Schertz to the Monarch Dental in Schertz. Dr. Ernest, Thomas and staff are amazing and work efficiently together for their patients to make sure you are always happy with any procedure you are there for. I am so happy with this Dentist and his professional care with providing the optimal satisfaction for his patient. I'm personally amazed with his work. I have have the best without a doubt so please visit for any dental care and I know you will agree with my description of what they offer here in Schertz!! Kudos to the staff as well and especially to Leah... you guys ROCK!!

I don't think I've ever had such a thorough dental exam in my 6-decade life! First, I was able to easily make an appointment online that was quick. Since I'm from out-of-town and was only going to be in town a short time, this was important to me . There was ample confirmation follow-up. When I arrived at the office, it was sparkling clean and the staff was personable and professional. They took 2 sets of x-rays and then the dentist came in and gave the exam. Afterwards, the hygienist squeezed in my teeth-cleaning so I wouldn't have to come in a second time. I highly recommend Monarch Dental.
