Spray, scrub, wipe repeat. Its our new favorite sound. Weve always been committed to the highest safety standardsbut now deep cleaning is done before, during and after visits even in the lobby. Our teams are geared up (literally watch the video) to sanitize equipment, chairs, tables, door handles, countertops etc. many times a day. And we dont stop there. PPE (think masks, gloves, gowns, and face shields) is worn by everyone in the office. Even patients get to take part by keeping masks on at all times except when being treated and doing a good disinfecting rinse before and after care.
Were checking to see if our patients (and staff) are healthy with a few questions and a temperature check every day, at every visit. Sounds a bit extreme? Youre right, extreme is good when it comes to patient safety and health.

Smile Brands Inc., one of the nations leading providers of business support services to dental groups in the United States, today announced the grand opening of another affiliated Monarch Dental office. The new office is the second for the community of New Braunfels.
Five dentists and their dedicated support staff hosted a Day of Giving, sponsored by Buxton, at Monarch Dental in Lewisville, Texas on October 5th. Buxton is a customer analytics company that provides services to maximize an organizations return on investment, and is a proud supporter of the Smiles for Everyone Foundation.

Originally visited Culebra office but it closed shortly after my visit. I was told I needed a regular cleaning during my appt. 2 weeks later Potranco office dentist now says a deep cleaning is needed. Seems odd that I went from a $5 fee to $260. So in 14 I somehow managed to get my teeth so dirty it now requires a deep cleaning. As a result, I'm looking for a new dentist.

while friendly, they overcharged for some services that I had to pay upfront but when I got ins claim showed I paid too much ..also had to pay to get our xrays sent from another dentist that wasnt in our network sent to them, current big xrays but Monarch said they wanted to take thier own too but would fix it so we didnt get charged because of it being too soon with ins and guess what? have to pay again out of pocket...not pleased at all

I had an emergency this morning with the most horrible pain in my molar. Called at 8 and they told me to go in at 9. I was so nervous expecting the worse. Staff and dentist saw me right away. Explained to me that I would need an extraction since most of the tooth was gone. I was super scared but they explained everything to me and I did not feel anything. Just local numbing. I am so happy now and I'm not feeling any pain. Here's to Monarch Dental for taking me in on such short notice and taking good care of me.

Everyone working here is the best. They are friendly, courteous and genuinely concerned with your well-being. They are always on-time and courteous. The hygienist and dentist are especially attentive, gentle and patient. I have no fear ever going to the dentist. Thank you for a great experience!

I haven't seen a dentist in over 3 years, so to have gone from a children's dentist to the big dogs dentistry like such, it was an experience I will remember forever. I was very nervous and tense but the staff was so understanding and patient with me. I enjoyed everyone's energy and vibe, it's so tranquil and professional it's beautiful!!! 10/10 recommend
