Spray, scrub, wipe repeat. Its our new favorite sound. Weve always been committed to the highest safety standardsbut now deep cleaning is done before, during and after visits even in the lobby. Our teams are geared up (literally watch the video) to sanitize equipment, chairs, tables, door handles, countertops etc. many times a day. And we dont stop there. PPE (think masks, gloves, gowns, and face shields) is worn by everyone in the office. Even patients get to take part by keeping masks on at all times except when being treated and doing a good disinfecting rinse before and after care.

Were checking to see if our patients (and staff) are healthy with a few questions and a temperature check every day, at every visit. Sounds a bit extreme? Youre right, extreme is good when it comes to patient safety and health.

The dentist was polite and very informative; however, the office manager was rude with a bad attitude. Didn't care if I chose to go see another dentist.

I'm not happy with my last visit with my doctor cleaning appointment I was told it was an appointment with my doctor. To find out it was some one else. And she didn't speak Spanish I am so comfortable with my Dr I have been going for sometime and wish I can continue seeing him.

Felt welcome from the moment I walked in. Everyone kept asking how I was, and I felt they really meant it. I was kept in the loop about what was going on next, asked questions about treatment, and generally spoiled me. I look forward to the next visit. Oh! And the women there are mentally sharp, pleasant and don't transfer one endlessly. Is there 6 star rating? They deserve it, one and all.

Went to have multiple teeth extracted and I informed them that I cannot do local anesthetic as it doesn't work properly on me. I nee sedation. I was assured they could sedate me. I got there on the Saturday and the Doc refused to sedate me. He then proceeded to extract my teeth while I writhed in agonizing pain. I was supposed to have lower teeth done but I will find someone else. The office staff are superb and the general dentist was great and they are the reason (and the fact Google won't allow it) that I am giving them 1 star instead of 0 stars. The oral surgeon was terrible. I will not be going back for any kind of oral surgery.

The dentist and front office was exceptional. However I did have a bad experience with a dental assistant (Carla) demeaning me with a unprofessional hurtful remark. I did speak to the dentist and the front office manager. I do hope the dental assistance receives more training on how to empathize and be compassionate towards the patients.

I absolutely like the way that Monarch Dental will get you in almost the same day for a dental emergency. Everyone is so experienced and nice. The office Manager is great too. They are all very kind and caring. PS: shout out to Dr. Dutton, Dr. Greer, Karla, dr. Greer's assistant, the office manager and Dr. Simon (wherever you are. You are awesome)

I'll start with Kenya at this location was very friendly on the phone and that's the reason for the 3 stars. I went to the location on Culebra and instead of stating they didn't have a hygienist to clean teeth, they allowed me to go through x-rays, exams, etc and still after 2 weeks, still waiting just for a cleaning. This location on Loop 410 want me to start over from scratch as a new patient and I do not understand why as they are all under the same umbrella. This is very frustrating for the client, also uncomfortable with the probing and poking. Please come up with a better process.

I meant to write this a long time ago, if you come to this place stay away from Dr. Dutton he will say one thing to you to make it seem like he is going to save you money and do right by you. But he is looking out for HIS own wallet. He doesn't have compassion or empathy for you, if you are in pain definitely don't see this guy. He is sloppy in his work and really just wants to get to the next person. He did a crown on me wrong and after the 3rd time of me returning in extreme pain and all the money I spent he said let's just pull it... when it was his fault in the first place. Seriously I wouldn't take my kids nor parents to this guy. Also the guy who does the cleaning is a joke he was more concerned about a"who was bringing the tacos tomorrow" acted like he really didn't want to be there. The DA was the only reason why I kept going back I wish she was dentist she has compassion and knowledge she's great. Also

Dr. Dixon is friendly to the point of putting you at ease before any procedure he will perform on you. Wonderful experience. His staff are also friendly and this has been my experience every time I have gone to see him. They are truly a blessing!!

General practice doctor is very rude and extremely arrogant! Cut my gums in 3 places and when I asked to be seen by a different doctor to continue the rest of the treatment dr Dutton got upset and kicked me out of there location! It was over $1000 worth of treatment that I know have to go somewhere else to get done. Office staff are really nice
