Spray, scrub, wipe repeat. Its our new favorite sound. Weve always been committed to the highest safety standardsbut now deep cleaning is done before, during and after visits even in the lobby. Our teams are geared up (literally watch the video) to sanitize equipment, chairs, tables, door handles, countertops etc. many times a day. And we dont stop there. PPE (think masks, gloves, gowns, and face shields) is worn by everyone in the office. Even patients get to take part by keeping masks on at all times except when being treated and doing a good disinfecting rinse before and after care.
Were checking to see if our patients (and staff) are healthy with a few questions and a temperature check every day, at every visit. Sounds a bit extreme? Youre right, extreme is good when it comes to patient safety and health.

Smile Brands Inc., one of the nations leading providers of business support services to dental groups in the United States, today announced the grand opening of another affiliated Monarch Dental office. The new office is the second for the community of New Braunfels.
Five dentists and their dedicated support staff hosted a Day of Giving, sponsored by Buxton, at Monarch Dental in Lewisville, Texas on October 5th. Buxton is a customer analytics company that provides services to maximize an organizations return on investment, and is a proud supporter of the Smiles for Everyone Foundation.

GO HERE! BEST LOCATION IN THE MONARCH CHAIN! NICE STAFF AND GENTLE SERVICE! I have a badly infected tooth that burst last Friday. It's pushing against a wisdom tooth, and the wisdom tooth is impacted in my left sinus. Went to an oral surgeon on Saturday. I have to get a medical release (due to prior conditions) for an extraction. Both have to come out! This has led to a sinus infection, but I have been tanking up on meds since Saturday, with the hope that the swelling is gone by Tuesday. Don't know how I can bring my "A game" at work like this. I may be a little bit slower due to swelling. But GOD IS ABLE!

Not only are the (awful) Garland locations no longer offering Ortho services, the Rowlett location only offers it on Wednesdays. Very inconvenient for those of us whose employers refuse to adopt WFH and flexibility.

Although I am usually very uneasy when it comes to dental work, she made me feel better. They provide my whole family with quality care, and I have faith in their knowledge and skills. I can't say enough awesome things about how patient and caring they were.

I'm came in with a terrible toothache, nervous and scared. Tameika the office manager was very pleasant. She got me going with all my paperwork, promised not to overwhelm me. The ladies in the back were even more pleasant. Made me feel so comfortable, Mrs Mia even gave me a blanket when i explained to her that i was cold. Wore layers of clothing but i was freezing, guess from being nervous. The dr made sure i understood every detail of what they were about to do. I was so pleased by time they were beginning to extract my teeth. This is now my new dentist. I highly recommend. They are also following CDC guidelines. Place is clean. Everyone wearing their mask, only Dr office i've been in within the last few months who are heavily trying to keep everyone safe. Can't wait till my next visit.I was provided with quality care!!! 5

One project, 4 different visits. First visit, I was unhappy, I thought I made a mistake choosing this place. Second visit, things were looking up thanks to Kathryn, she went above and beyond and I greatly appreciated it. Third visit, I started to lose regret, the Dr put in work and Kathryn was there by her side and I left feeling better but still wasn't fully over the first visit. Fourth visit, I went in to get my permanent bridge installed, same Dr but different assistant, it was a bummer at first because I trust Kathryn but the assistant working on me still did a good job. In the end I'm 100% satisfied, I wasn't easy to deal with but the ladies there did a good job dealing with me and my pain in the a** ways, Tamika was good at listening, the Dr was determined to not let me leave unsatisfied with her work, and Kathryn was the one to turn things around, it was her efforts and her going above and beyond that made me see the light, I appreciated her efforts so much that I sent her flowers as a thank you. This office will do whatever it takes to make your experience a good one, I will definitely continue going here especially if it's with their current staff. Tamieka was a huge help. They explained everything step by step and all my options. No matter how many times i called or asked questions they were all very friendly and helpful. Had a great experience and will definitely be using them for all of my families dental needs.

The staff was very courteous and friendly. During the X-ray and exam they made me feel comfortable and explained what was going on. I felt welcomed there. I would recommend them to anyone and their prices were very reasonable.

My appointment was at 11am and because of traffic we were 15 mins late. After doing a little paper work they told us to wait 45 mins, More then an hour passed we asked again they gave us the same answer. We needed up waiting 3 hours. It's so frustrating, I don't recommend.

This location is straight TRASH! I called and a left message weeks ago asking to set an appointment for a cleaning. No returned call. I called again about a week or two later and spoke with a lady who was covering for the appointment scheduler. She was not familiar with the system and took my contact information to have staff call me back within an hour. Here we are weeks later still no call back. No excuses. FYI I would be a returning customer. Didn't have a good experience the last time, but figured I'd go back for a cleaning...something quite simple. So glad I changed my insurance where I can go to another company for 2021! I won't look back.

The experience, of going to the dental office reminded me of taking a car in for maintenance and you hear the sound of grinding, banging and knocking and it's expensive. That's for me, going to the dentist as a kid and relating it. Decades later as a young man. Well, you still have the sounds, but the personal and professional touch matters. I experienced no pain and the people helping me for those 3hrs, made it seem like just an hour. I woke up this morning, after a being fitted for a crown, feeling pain free. Yes, I took two pain pills. But the point is that I have felt no pain or discomfort from the dental work. So, thanks, Monarch at 4305 Lakeview Parkway, Rowlett, Tx.

The receptionists for the oral surgery staff is very argumentative. The two doctors are great but some of the receptionists are not the most friendly.

I and my sister were ortho patients from November 2019 thru May of 2020 at Monarch on 4305Lakeview Dr Rowlett and used the financing through Smile Brands a Monarch affiliate. Starting December of 2019 The dentist stopped adjusting our braces and would tell us he would on the next visit and every visit after December. In May of 2020 I spoke with Kara the Ortho manager about discontinuing services, I also informed my insurance that we would no longer be using this dental office. 6/2020 Kara stated that she was going to have my account credited since I will not continue services at that time the credit should have been roughly 1400 each for myself and my sister. 01/2021 My account with Smile Brand has still not been updated and they are wanting to collect the full finance amount of 7000 through a collection agency. I have since spoken with Tameka the office manager at Monarch and Kelly the finance manager for Smile Brands and have also asked to speak with someone above Kara. I have yet to get a resolution to this problem or a call back from someone above Kara I keep getting told the same thing that I was told back in June 2020 that Kara needs to complete the credits. I am requesting that my account is removed from collections and my account credited. Zero stars

My boyfriend had an emergency tooth problem and the people at monarch dental called around to all their offices just to get him in same day. I called the office just to confirm the appointment and was able to get him in 2 hours ahead. They did a simple extraction the same day!!! He was in so much pain and was immediately relieved after his visit. Everyone is so nice and friendly that we even decided to make it our first choice for all future visits!! We signed up for the smiles dental plan which helped so much with the costs. Absolutely a wonderful office!!
