Spray, scrub, wipe repeat. Its our new favorite sound. Weve always been committed to the highest safety standardsbut now deep cleaning is done before, during and after visits even in the lobby. Our teams are geared up (literally watch the video) to sanitize equipment, chairs, tables, door handles, countertops etc. many times a day. And we dont stop there. PPE (think masks, gloves, gowns, and face shields) is worn by everyone in the office. Even patients get to take part by keeping masks on at all times except when being treated and doing a good disinfecting rinse before and after care.
Were checking to see if our patients (and staff) are healthy with a few questions and a temperature check every day, at every visit. Sounds a bit extreme? Youre right, extreme is good when it comes to patient safety and health.

Smile Brands Inc., one of the nations leading providers of business support services to dental groups in the United States, today announced the grand opening of another affiliated Monarch Dental office. The new office is the second for the community of New Braunfels.
Five dentists and their dedicated support staff hosted a Day of Giving, sponsored by Buxton, at Monarch Dental in Lewisville, Texas on October 5th. Buxton is a customer analytics company that provides services to maximize an organizations return on investment, and is a proud supporter of the Smiles for Everyone Foundation.

Very easy to get an appt and I received great care including very clear explanation of the cost before procedures were done. All staff and dentist were very helpful.

I hate going to the dentist, but here everyone was amazing. I felt comfortable and everything was explained to me in the nicest way. The whole experience was just great!! It contradicts my original review, but there was a mess up on my bridge and they had to redo something and order another one. They did not give me an appointment for the new one. I keep calling to see the status but nobody ever answers.

I needed to make an emergency appointment for tooth pain and they were able to get me in in less than 24 hours. Their staff was very efficient and helpful when needing to send my x rays to an endodontist. I went for an exam and x rays and was all for a low cost.

My experience was a good one. They were prompt and professional. The only thing I think they could improve on is to make sure they verify both primary and secondary insurance prior to the visit! As I had to wait for quite some time to have that complete. I did have the same thing last year as I had this year! I still have questions as to my payment as between both of my dental insurance coverage I believe I should have not such a balance when I left.

Monarch Dental was Awesome! They scheduled me in the day after I contacted them, the Dr. And Assistants were all Friendly and had Great personalities! They really Listened to my concerns about my previous experiences elsewhere and they even filled a tooth for me that Another Dentak Office Wanted to ruin by putting a crown in, rather than filling. There was no pain in the tooth that the other dental office insisted needed a crown. All that happened was a filling fell out! The other Dental office was mire concerned with billing me $930 for a crown I Did Not Need! The Dr. At Monarch Dental was honest and I Really Appreciate her for that. My Wallet thanks her too! My husband will soon become a patient at Monarch Dental soon as well! Great job! Thank you, Sincerely, Sherry Logsdon

I paid for a full examination but ended up getting a partial examination because I said I had a tootache. Then the office staff said it was my fault for not explaining myself correctly, and the dental assistant and dentist started laughing at me. If I could give 0 starts I would.

Rules for thee but not for me. They require a mask in the office but there are staff that aren't wearing them. Shows a lack of ethics and disrespect for clientele. Unmask like the rest of the world, they don't do anything, except comfort hypochondriacs.

Monarch Dental in Rockwall were very quick at getting me in for appointment. Staff very nice. But the quality of their teeth is very much lacking. After just 3 months (and I'm still paying on my partial at this time) a back tooth falls off. I take it in, their solution is I should order another partial and pay for it as well. They say they've never had this happen. Then 6 months later I've got another piece trying to come apart and my partial is not even a year old. Then the finance company they use over charged me 200$ and send me a paper to sign and tell me it's 6-8 weeks getting it pick back in my account. In the meantime they've taken out another payment and my teeth were paid in full in November. I will never use them again and certainly will discourage anyone else from using them as they do not stand behind their product or workmanship.

Seems like they are trying to charge for services not needed and charging very high prices. Went in for routine checkup. It had been a year so was overdue. No cavities found but they did some sort of gum exam and wanted nearly $2300 to do deep cleaning.with antibiotics. Refused to provide regular cleaning. Switching to another dentist. Beware.
