Spray, scrub, wipe repeat. Its our new favorite sound. Weve always been committed to the highest safety standardsbut now deep cleaning is done before, during and after visits even in the lobby. Our teams are geared up (literally watch the video) to sanitize equipment, chairs, tables, door handles, countertops etc. many times a day. And we dont stop there. PPE (think masks, gloves, gowns, and face shields) is worn by everyone in the office. Even patients get to take part by keeping masks on at all times except when being treated and doing a good disinfecting rinse before and after care.
Were checking to see if our patients (and staff) are healthy with a few questions and a temperature check every day, at every visit. Sounds a bit extreme? Youre right, extreme is good when it comes to patient safety and health.

Smile Brands Inc., one of the nations leading providers of business support services to dental groups in the United States, today announced the grand opening of another affiliated Monarch Dental office. The new office is the second for the community of New Braunfels.
Five dentists and their dedicated support staff hosted a Day of Giving, sponsored by Buxton, at Monarch Dental in Lewisville, Texas on October 5th. Buxton is a customer analytics company that provides services to maximize an organizations return on investment, and is a proud supporter of the Smiles for Everyone Foundation.

I came early as requested by the receptionist. My appointment was at 10am I wasn't seen until 11:30. I came in for a toothache for the doctor to only poke around in my mouth and send me back home with a toothache

customer service was great. I had to get three fillings done. Dr Brown did an outstanding job. I was nervous about the pain but I didn't feel a thing.

We started the journey of replacing my mothers dentures in early June 2022. As of today, September 26th she still doesn't have dentures. If she accepted crooked dentures they would move right on to the next patient. I feel so bad that I tried to give my mother a decent smile with the hope that she could enjoy salads again. I'll have to reach out to their corporate office to see if there are options outside of spending a bunch of money again to have a decent set of dentures. I would have sent my patient directly to the lab if it was the lab that couldn't get it right. When does patient satisfaction come in or thinking outside the box to make the patent whole?

I'm very frustrated and disappointed with Monarch Dental. I started dental work for a bridge in June 2022 at Duncanville office. Office closed and dentist gone without any instructions verbal or voicemail for patients. Finally after weeks of trying to reach anyone for help, I notified my insurance company for help, I received a call to go to Red Oak office to see Dr. Brown, this was August 17th.The temporary I was wearing was replaced with another temporary bridge because it was loose and my permanent one was still not in the office. As of today, October 3rd, I'm still wearing a temporary bridge. When I call the office to inquire about it, always told the same thing "bridge is not here, don't know when it will be in. Week after week it's been the same excuse, "it's the lab." I paid over $4000 and still wearing a temporary bridge which is now loose! I asked to speak to Dr. Brown to inquire further, that didn't happen, was told she doesn't speak to patients. Another inquiry was made to Monarch on September 30th, bridge is not in. I'm done, have been more than patient with Monarch. I will be requesting a refund in order to find another dental office.

Normally I would recommend this location to everybody. However my last two experiences have been subpar. The wait is extremely long whether you're waiting to get to the back or waiting to see the doctor. I'm here for a routine cleaning today. The Hygienist has been finished with my cleaning for 45 minutes now. I'm STILL waiting on the doctor to come in and look at her work. Dr Brown is the best but it's the staff she has to work with. She came in just now and told me that they didn't let her know that I was ready. I'm floored.

Horrible experience, incompetent staff. Unorganized, rushed procedure, wasn't proscribed pain meds and it's been impossible to get a hold of staff since I left. Wouldn't recommend this franchise to anyone. They don't do cash payment plans. I CANNOT wait until open enrollment I will be gone and won't ever look back.

Office clean, com!ortable. Office staff knowledgeable and explain the procedures and financial requirements. Dr. Ingell was kind, explained what he would be doing, and gave excellent pain relief.

I was a new customer. I had been having a bad toothache for awhile. Had a new insurance so needed to go to a particular company that excepted my HDO. I called a few but they wanted the dentist to see me for the inial work up plan before dealing with my current problem. The Red Oak office listened to my situation. I was able to see the doctor for the current toothache and schedule the initial new patient exam and plan later. The entire team was knowledgeable, professional and caring. My tooth was fixed and now I am free of pain. This definitely is my new dental home.

I have been to several dentist offices this year, Monarch dental provided me with a break down of what I needed done, and offered me financing options to assist me in this process. I'm grateful for the entire team for being kind and making me comfortable in this uncomfortable time. This is my new dental home. 2022 I love Dr Brown and her team! Ms. Patty is amazing and understanding. Cant see myself going any where else. Monarch is home for me. I
