Spray, scrub, wipe repeat. Its our new favorite sound. Weve always been committed to the highest safety standardsbut now deep cleaning is done before, during and after visits even in the lobby. Our teams are geared up (literally watch the video) to sanitize equipment, chairs, tables, door handles, countertops etc. many times a day. And we dont stop there. PPE (think masks, gloves, gowns, and face shields) is worn by everyone in the office. Even patients get to take part by keeping masks on at all times except when being treated and doing a good disinfecting rinse before and after care.
Were checking to see if our patients (and staff) are healthy with a few questions and a temperature check every day, at every visit. Sounds a bit extreme? Youre right, extreme is good when it comes to patient safety and health.

Smile Brands Inc., one of the nations leading providers of business support services to dental groups in the United States, today announced the grand opening of another affiliated Monarch Dental office. The new office is the second for the community of New Braunfels.
Five dentists and their dedicated support staff hosted a Day of Giving, sponsored by Buxton, at Monarch Dental in Lewisville, Texas on October 5th. Buxton is a customer analytics company that provides services to maximize an organizations return on investment, and is a proud supporter of the Smiles for Everyone Foundation.

The front desk charged my credit card for the service they didn't provide and kept holding my refund (16 days so far), blaming its corporate office. We followed up weekly - each time, the front desk would lie and say they processed the refund, and it would show up in five days, which never showed up when promised. It's really frustrating. I called again today, and again they said they processed the refund yesterday. It looks like a scam now.

Dr. Patel gave me a professional analysis of my tooth ache and options to deal with it. Very thorough and honest. I trust her wholeheartedly! Made a visit for a loose crown today; Dr. Patel fit me in and made an analysis of my problem. Had to study ex-rays to ascertain the right solution. She did an excellent job. I'm back to biting and chewing like normal. She's the best! And, she has a right hand assistant, "Mona" to help her get the work done and resolved the right way! Thank you both. I'm so happy to visit Monarch Dental with these two ladies to help me out!

I really had a good experience. Everyone was very nice and the office was so cheerful. I walked in and the first thing I saw was a patient hugging an employee and thanking her over and over for everything she had done. Very touching and a very good first impression!

Dr. Gordon, is by far the best Root Canal Endodontists that I've ever had! I refer all my friends & family to Dr Gordon! He is one of a kind person and truly cares about his patients! Also, I had always needed the gas for any procedure, but Dr. Gordon is allergic to it so he does not have that as an option. And I almost didn't go to him because I couldn't get gas But I'm so glad I decided to go to him! He's gentle and the procedure doesn't take long and you feel nothing!

My experience at Monarch is always a pleasant experience from the time I walk in the door. My hygienist is amazing she very knowledgeable and gives me great tips on how to take extra care of my teeth. I can tell she really cares. I recommend Monarch

CHECK your Explanation of benefits (EOB) from your insurance to make sure they are charging you the correct amount. Insurance fraud, It has been 4 months going back and forth with chad the office manager to get my refund. He keeps telling different excuse each time and promises to call me back after looking into it but never calls back. When I call has me on hold for 10-15 minutes or disconnects me. Very rude. They billed both my primary and secondary insurance for the same procedure instead of billing the remainder from my primary to the secondary insurance. They got paid from both my insurances and also had me pay the remainder from my primary insurance. Also charged me more than what my EOB from the primary says I should pay. When asked for a refund, chad told me they have not got paid from insurance yet Which is a BIG LIE. Both the insurances made electronic payments between May and August. End of September here and I still didn't get my refund. When called to ask he HUNG UP the phone on me. My next step will be reporting them to Texas department of insurance, for insurance fraud and file a grievance with my insurance company. This was by far the worst experience I've ever had at a dental office. NEVER GOING BACK. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.

Absolutely the WORST experience ever had at a dentist office. Went in for a new patient exam / cleaning - did not expect 18 separate views and a Pano X-ray that took all of my first 30 minutes there, not to mention loads of unnecessary radiation. I have been to dentists regularly my whole life and X-rays typically take a few minutes. Next, a general dentist came in for two minutes and did a cursory "exam" saying things looked generally okay. The hygienist Alina came in and did a perio exam and instructed me I need a gingival deep cleaning. I have not once been told by any previous dentists that I need a deep cleaning and I refuse to believe that between this appointment and my last cleaning just several months ago, that all of a sudden I now require gingival cleaning. I told her I would be fine with a basic cleaning today and will follow in 3 months - if at that time a deeper cleaning is required we can do it then. She seemed perplexed and left the room. Then the office manager Chad came in and gave me an estimate of all extra services that wouldn't be covered by insurance (including the cleaning) amounting to some $250 or so. I told him what I told the hygienist and he said we simply cannot give you a basic cleaning in lieu of the gingival cleaning. I asked him for a full release of my medical records and X rays and will never return. This place is a JOKE and a SCAM. Looks like from several reviews that this is their main play, to strong arm everyone into non-covered services. Please do not waste your time and skip this unethical place at all costs.

This office always takes very good care of me and is very clear on making sure I under the treatments and why I need them and the plan always on point very careful not hurt me I love this office I will recommend them to all my friends and family

Came in for regular cleaning. The procedure was extremely rushed and a bit careless, causing unusually more pain than I've normally experienced.

Couldn't find place so I called and they said they weren't opened. Found the place and had a good experience there. They were having phone problems and they didn't know it.
