Spray, scrub, wipe repeat. Its our new favorite sound. Weve always been committed to the highest safety standardsbut now deep cleaning is done before, during and after visits even in the lobby. Our teams are geared up (literally watch the video) to sanitize equipment, chairs, tables, door handles, countertops etc. many times a day. And we dont stop there. PPE (think masks, gloves, gowns, and face shields) is worn by everyone in the office. Even patients get to take part by keeping masks on at all times except when being treated and doing a good disinfecting rinse before and after care.
Were checking to see if our patients (and staff) are healthy with a few questions and a temperature check every day, at every visit. Sounds a bit extreme? Youre right, extreme is good when it comes to patient safety and health.

Smile Brands Inc., one of the nations leading providers of business support services to dental groups in the United States, today announced the grand opening of another affiliated Monarch Dental office. The new office is the second for the community of New Braunfels.
Five dentists and their dedicated support staff hosted a Day of Giving, sponsored by Buxton, at Monarch Dental in Lewisville, Texas on October 5th. Buxton is a customer analytics company that provides services to maximize an organizations return on investment, and is a proud supporter of the Smiles for Everyone Foundation.

They are very rude and unprofessional. They Make you feel bad for your treatment and they can't ever seem to figure out what they're doing with the insurance. I've never been to such a rude dentist. I would recommend ANYWHERE ELSE.

I know first hand how hard it is to find a reasonable trustworthy dentist... I have to say, I think I've FINALLY found them! Monarch has been incredibly amazing! They get us in asap, they always make sure I understand my bill, and they don't overcharge for their services. My oldest had all four wisdom teeth pulled and it was literally a fraction of the cost I thought it would be! My husband needs alot of work done & they're SO nice about explaining everything they want to do, but leaving all of the decisions up to us! They even broke down a few options to choose from with upfront pricing on all of it, no surprises. And to top it off... How many times has a dentist reached out to tell you that they owe you money back because the insurance paid more than expected so you overpaid?!? THESE GUYS DO THAT! They are all so so nice... I highly recommend them!!

I am very impressed with the staff at Monarch Dental. Super friendly, quick, and efficient. I am terrified of the dentist and they made me feel comfortable and at ease. They also gave me a beautiful smile!

My entire experience felt like a sales presentation for cosmetic dental work. I came in with severe pain from a broken molar that needed immediate work done on it to stop the pain. I was also told in this office that I had an infection in that tooth. After the pre-work of looking in my mouth and telling me what needed to be done on it as well as taking my x-rays, I was then referred to another office to have this work done. I was given several different cards for other dentists in the area, none of which took my insurance. I was told this office does not perform basic root canals, partial root canals or extractions despite that being the need for my appointment in the first place and making that clear over the phone prior to making my appointment. I was also refused a prescription for antibiotics needed to assist with the infection that they confirmed I had. This office is for cosmetic dental work only and they are not up front about this sales marketing. If you have an expectation that your teeth will be taken care of for anything other than cosmetic work at this dental office, you will be disappointed.

After making all the payments for a service back in February 2022 and ensuring my husband that every thing was all paid for a new bill comes in after 5 months of this service. Not including the fact that they made him visit the location for more than 4 times just because they were not able to get it right. Sad story because I recommend him to go there. Poor service they dont care about their customers.

I got braces there I paid for all my full treatment for a year, (a part was covered by my insurance) but the rest I paid in full and they practically left my teeth the same as I had them, I didn't see no difference. Previously I had already brought braces and I told the doctor that I wanted him to remove my teeth because the previous time they had given me that option but I did not remove them because my treatment was going to end and I was going to get married so this time I told him I told the doctor that I wanted that and he told me that at 6 months he would tell me if it was necessary or not and every time I went I told the doctor that I wanted my teeth removed because in reality my bite is a bit out...practically from the first month my teeth were straightened as I had them the time my first braces were removed and every time I went they didn't do anything to me, just change rubber bands and that was it, and now that I had a month to go precisely for them to remove them, it turns out that The DR who took care of me was no longer there and now I was a Dr. The doctor told me that it was necessary to remove my teeth but it was going to be another year of treatment and still pay for the removal of the teeth and moreover the complete treatment again, and when from the beginning if they had done that It would have been exactly the same and the doctor who treated me never saw me again. And they still wanted me to leave them for 3 more months to see what the doctor could do and I said "if they didn't do anything to me in a year, what can they do in 3 more months and I still had to pay those three more months apart from what I had already paid (Original) La peor experiencia ahi. Me hicieron tirar mi dinero a la basura... me puce brackets ahi pague todo mi tratamiento completo por un ano, (una parte la cubrio mi aseguranza) pero el resto lo pague completo y pues practicamente me dejaron mis dientes igual como los traia, no vi ninguna diferencia. Yo anteriormente ya habia traido brackets y le dije al doctor q yo queria q me removiera dientes xq la anterior vez me habian dado esa opcion pero no me los quite xq ya se iba a acabar mi tratamiento y me iba a casar entonces esta vez le dije al doctor q eso queria y me dijo q a los 6 meses me diria si era necesario o no y cada que iba yo le decia al doctor que yo queria que me removiera dientes porque en realidad mi mordida la tengo un poco afuera... practicamente desde el primer mes se me enderezaron mis dientes como los tenia la vez q me quitaron mis primeros brackets y cada q iba no me hacian nada solo cambiar ligas y era todo, y ya ahora q ya me faltaba un mes justamente para q me los retiraran, resulta q ya no estaba el DR q me atendia y ahora era una Dra. la doctora me dijo q si era necesario removerme dientes pero iba a ser otro ano de tratamiento y pagar todavia el remover los dientes y mas aparte el tratamiento completo de nuevo, y cuando desde el principio si hubieran echo eso hubiera sido exactamente lo mismo y el dr q me atendia ya jamas m volvio a atender. Y todavia querian q me los dejara 3 meses mas para ver que podia hacer la doctora y dije yo "si no me hicieron nada en un ano, que podran hacer en 3 meses mas y todavia tenia q pagar esos tres meses mas aparte de lo que ya habia pagado
