Spray, scrub, wipe repeat. Its our new favorite sound. Weve always been committed to the highest safety standardsbut now deep cleaning is done before, during and after visits even in the lobby. Our teams are geared up (literally watch the video) to sanitize equipment, chairs, tables, door handles, countertops etc. many times a day. And we dont stop there. PPE (think masks, gloves, gowns, and face shields) is worn by everyone in the office. Even patients get to take part by keeping masks on at all times except when being treated and doing a good disinfecting rinse before and after care.
Were checking to see if our patients (and staff) are healthy with a few questions and a temperature check every day, at every visit. Sounds a bit extreme? Youre right, extreme is good when it comes to patient safety and health.

Smile Brands Inc., one of the nations leading providers of business support services to dental groups in the United States, today announced the grand opening of another affiliated Monarch Dental office. The new office is the second for the community of New Braunfels.
Five dentists and their dedicated support staff hosted a Day of Giving, sponsored by Buxton, at Monarch Dental in Lewisville, Texas on October 5th. Buxton is a customer analytics company that provides services to maximize an organizations return on investment, and is a proud supporter of the Smiles for Everyone Foundation.

Micky its professional and kind . My appointment was on schedule and she assest all my needs and question regarding my oral health . Dr. Lui was very cordial and inform me of my concerns . The only down side was the receptionist . Both had a negative uninviting attitude and one of them that has short and blonde hair was very rude once she was asked for help . If it was not for that this office would be a 5 star .

The staff is super friendly and the surgeon was quick. I had to have my wisdom teeth removed and I'm not in a whole lot of pain.

Wouldn't suggest this place unless you like to be harassed by their billing department for their mistakes. The receptionists dont know what they are doing. They say they will bill your medical but will continue to call while they "rebill your insurance" they will also say they dont bill medical, or they did and it was denied, or they billed and received the money. It's never the same story. They never call you back about the billing issues or when your crown comes in to get scheduled. Be prepared to call at least 3 times a day to get an answer. I would give a 0 star if possible.

The dentist was great. I'm terrified of the dentist and have been long overdue to the fear. It was my first time ever getting work done that was more than just a cleaning. He was calm, nice, and friendly. I want to say it was Dr. Lewis. The lady helping was also the same way. However, I'm not sure who this involves but on my first visit about a month ago, for an infection the staff had difficulty verifying my insurance. They assured me they would contact me in a day with an updated cost estimate for the work needed. 3 days go by and nothing. I call, explain the situation and was told they had not verified it or got it added but will and again update it. I hear nothing for 3 weeks and need to know my cost. I call and get Linda explain the situation again she assures me she will get it added and call my by end of day. Nothing. I just go into my appointment more than a month later and come to find out they still have not figured out my insurance! What did the other 3 people do then!?! It was the lady who was helping my dentist who finally got it applied but it took 4 inquiries and an extra 30 mins to my appointment. That part was frustrating.

We always Love going to Monarch Dental in Taylorsville! Dr. Lewis is very caring & gentle dentist. Been seeing him for years. We moved up to Northern Utah & we still make the drive to see him. Great Quality Work!

I had the best experience with Karli , Chris and Dr. Mark Lewis. He is a great dentist, very conservative, honest, great professional and he listen to your concerns and give you peace of mind. He works with you to make sure you are taking care of. I know him for about 14 years, he treat my family and I'm so grateful for his amazing work. Im glad I found him again. I recommend Dr. Lewis for his patience and professionalism. Great human being! He so round himself with an amazing team. I got to meet with Karli and his assistance Chris. Wonderful people!

The entire staff was wonderful. My teeth felt very clean afterwards! If you are looking for a new dentist I recommend Monarch Dental and Dr. McKinsee Wyher.

I broke a tooth. The ground down the tooth took a mold, Made a temporary crown. And I went home. The crown came off two hours later. The next day I went in to have them re-glue the crown on. The crown came back off less than two hours later and is now cracked in half. I will amend this review if we have a satisfactory conclusion.

The staff is very slow moving and I waited 30 minutes for my scheduled appointment. The staff is also horrible at communication. I went in for what I thought was a cleaning and an exam but I'm apparently they only wanted to do an exam and then have me come back in for a cleaning....This was never communicated. I had the worst experience with this location of monarch dental and if I could rate them a 0 I would! The dentist said I had a part of a filling come out but in fact it was part of my tooth chipped off. He put what he said was a filling on my tooth....which didn't end up stay on my tooth. And when I asked how much it would cost I was told it would only be $19.When I went to check out they said I had to pay my $50 deductible which was a total joke because the dentist didn't spend more than 2 minutes with me and the work he did was not good at all. I want to depute the $69 charge!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS DENTAL OFFICE!!

I use to have a bad experience here years ago. I was hesitant coming back here but I did to get my top denture made. I was so happy with the outcome! I receive my denture in July and they have made this such a wonderful experience. I'm very picky who messes with my teeth. Because I have severe ptsd of a bad experience with another dentist in Texas who held me down and put shots in my infected mouth. I'm very nervous in the dentist after that. So bad I feel like I'm going to pass out. But this dentist office has been wonderful to me. Love this place!!
