Spray, scrub, wipe repeat. Its our new favorite sound. Weve always been committed to the highest safety standardsbut now deep cleaning is done before, during and after visits even in the lobby. Our teams are geared up (literally watch the video) to sanitize equipment, chairs, tables, door handles, countertops etc. many times a day. And we dont stop there. PPE (think masks, gloves, gowns, and face shields) is worn by everyone in the office. Even patients get to take part by keeping masks on at all times except when being treated and doing a good disinfecting rinse before and after care.
Were checking to see if our patients (and staff) are healthy with a few questions and a temperature check every day, at every visit. Sounds a bit extreme? Youre right, extreme is good when it comes to patient safety and health.

Smile Brands Inc., one of the nations leading providers of business support services to dental groups in the United States, today announced the grand opening of another affiliated Monarch Dental office. The new office is the second for the community of New Braunfels.
Five dentists and their dedicated support staff hosted a Day of Giving, sponsored by Buxton, at Monarch Dental in Lewisville, Texas on October 5th. Buxton is a customer analytics company that provides services to maximize an organizations return on investment, and is a proud supporter of the Smiles for Everyone Foundation.

Been going to Monarch in Sandy for several years now. It's been the same Hygienist every time. When I have an unexpected issue they are always accommodating. Also very affordable, The new young dentist did an impromptu repair yesterday, so far seems like very good work, no pain after and most likely saved me from a root canal. Thank you Monarch Sandy!

I went in for gum swelling and was told that I needed to immediately follow with oral surgeon for cyst removal. The dentist told me that I needed to have a biopsy and freaked me out. The dental hygienist didn't know how to do X-rays and took them twice, dentist wasn't able to read them. Next day follow up with Oral surgeon and had another X-ray. Was informed that I have swelling due to a piece of food stuck in my gum. A big fat waste of time, not to mention the stress it caused. I would not recommend. The Orthodontist is even worse, they do communicate with patients. They expect children to inform parents of care.

Dr. Chedister the dentist is great and has always tried to make sure I am comfortable and doing OK because I get so anxious going to the dentist. This visit however was with the periodontist Dr. Atkins. I did not appreciate his uncaring attitude about making sure I was comfortable and not in pain. It seemed like he didn't really care and doesn't understand that some people struggle more than others with the dentist.

All the staff is amazing. The front staff is happy and up beat and know what they are doing. They are always willing to take the time to answer questions and make sure I understand my insurance. The Jennifer the hygienist is great with cleaning my teeth. I always feel refreshed when done. Dr. Chidester is great with all the work that I need done. Very smooth on the shots and gentle when doing his work to save my teeth.
