Spray, scrub, wipe repeat. Its our new favorite sound. Weve always been committed to the highest safety standardsbut now deep cleaning is done before, during and after visits even in the lobby. Our teams are geared up (literally watch the video) to sanitize equipment, chairs, tables, door handles, countertops etc. many times a day. And we dont stop there. PPE (think masks, gloves, gowns, and face shields) is worn by everyone in the office. Even patients get to take part by keeping masks on at all times except when being treated and doing a good disinfecting rinse before and after care.
Were checking to see if our patients (and staff) are healthy with a few questions and a temperature check every day, at every visit. Sounds a bit extreme? Youre right, extreme is good when it comes to patient safety and health.

Smile Brands Inc., one of the nations leading providers of business support services to dental groups in the United States, today announced the grand opening of another affiliated Monarch Dental office. The new office is the second for the community of New Braunfels.
Five dentists and their dedicated support staff hosted a Day of Giving, sponsored by Buxton, at Monarch Dental in Lewisville, Texas on October 5th. Buxton is a customer analytics company that provides services to maximize an organizations return on investment, and is a proud supporter of the Smiles for Everyone Foundation.

Had great experiences and fantastic services at Monarch. Doctors Meeks is attentive and a caring dentist that does stellar work. Everyone on the staff is friendly and helpful. Chrystal was especially wonderful. Highly recommend Monarch.

I have been to this office twice and it's the best dentist have ever had! The staff is super nice and very knowledgeable. Very fast service as well! A regular cleaning takes about 30 minutes and I can easily go in on my lunch break for an appointment and I leave feeling fresh and clean.

Great ambience, dentists, hygienists and front desk employees. I never feel uncomfortable here even though getting dental work can be a hassle. When in doubt, choose Monarch

Well, I have TDA which comes with 2 dental cleaning per year. Monarch told me that I need to get teeth evaluated first with X-ray. I did it yesterday I.e August 23rd. Hygienist recommended some treatment. I'm not ready for the treatment. I asked if I get an appointment for regular cleaning that my insurance covers, the response was once dr or hygienist recommend the treatment, they won't do regular cleaning. I have to pay to get recommended treatment and only after that they would do the yearly cleaning. I still can't believe.

I am a new patient and scheduled a cleaning and x-rays. I take time off work to come in fill out all the forms. Then they tell me they can't do the cleaning and only the x-rays because the hygienist is on vacation. So I would have to come back for a cleaning. This would have been nice to know before I came in. I have a very busy schedule and don't have time to run back and forth multiple days for a simple cleaning and x-rays. I would suggest better communication and scheduling. Also I have never been to a dentist that doesn't do a cleaning and x-rays in one visit. I will be finding a different dentist. Don't waste your time find a dentist that can do a simple cleaning and x-rays in one visit.

I've been going to Monarch for several years. Every single interaction I've had there has been wonderful. I'm phobic about dental work, but the staff makes me feel comfortable and safe. Dr. Meeks has given me a few fillings and a couple of crowns, and he does amazing work. I've never felt any pain, he always explains what he's doing in ways that help me feel safe and in control, and I'm always confident he's doing exactly what I need and no more. You'll be in good hands here.

I was in incredible pain and the office staff was able to get me in that very day. Dr Meeks checked my tooth and it turned out that my temporary crown was too high. He fixed the crown and my pain gradually subsided during the rest of the day. I was impressed with Dr Meeks' integrity in not wanting to do any other procedures when the simplest approach solved the problem. Thank you Dr Meeks.

I just went in for my regular cleaning. They got me in quickly. X-rays were quick and cleaning only took a few minutes as well. Have been going to this location for years and enjoy it.

My mother had to leave work due to extream tooth pain. This office got her in immediately and had the full attention of the dental team and office staff to resolve her problems. I especially was impressed with the professionalism of the dentist and hygienist in communicating the problem and addressing her needs. The office manager treated us like family and gave us a follow up call to make sure everything was okay. This was an emergency situation and we where treated with respect and care. I couldn't recommend them more. They have earned my business.

Good Dental care. They only suggest what is really needed most. Not pushy. The reason for 4 out of 5 stars is because the inside of my mouth was sore after getting a cleaning. Even though my mouth is small this has never happened before.

I went to get my teeth cleaned and since it's been a while they said I had to do x-ray and all. And that was fine. After the x-ray and checking my teeth was done they said I only need regular cleaning. And for the regular cleaning I have to wait for 5 months because there was no appointments available. If they didn't had any appointment available for next 5 or 6 months, they should have said we don't have any appointments for cleaning for this long. And if I did knew that, I wouldn't have wasted my time/money making appointment just to check up my teeth. I literally told them that I was coming to get my teeth cleaned.
