Spray, scrub, wipe repeat. Its our new favorite sound. Weve always been committed to the highest safety standardsbut now deep cleaning is done before, during and after visits even in the lobby. Our teams are geared up (literally watch the video) to sanitize equipment, chairs, tables, door handles, countertops etc. many times a day. And we dont stop there. PPE (think masks, gloves, gowns, and face shields) is worn by everyone in the office. Even patients get to take part by keeping masks on at all times except when being treated and doing a good disinfecting rinse before and after care.
Were checking to see if our patients (and staff) are healthy with a few questions and a temperature check every day, at every visit. Sounds a bit extreme? Youre right, extreme is good when it comes to patient safety and health.

Smile Brands Inc., one of the nations leading providers of business support services to dental groups in the United States, today announced the grand opening of another affiliated Monarch Dental office. The new office is the second for the community of New Braunfels.
Five dentists and their dedicated support staff hosted a Day of Giving, sponsored by Buxton, at Monarch Dental in Lewisville, Texas on October 5th. Buxton is a customer analytics company that provides services to maximize an organizations return on investment, and is a proud supporter of the Smiles for Everyone Foundation.

I was incredibly disappointed. I waited 3 hours and was charged 59 dollars for something that was already done for free at another dental place. Plus was over charged 721$ for what you could pay at other places for 200$ rip off wasted time and would appreciate a refund! As if I could even get one! And my love was treated very poorly! The company must be paying people for positive reviews! Because I don't see how they have even one!

This is a racist establishment. As a person of color, I would warn anyone not to use their services. They treated my elderly mother with disrespect, lied to her, and tried to over charge her for their services. Please consider going to Little Rock or a more diverse city for your services. This place will take advantage of you as they likely have done so to many black ppl over the years.

My experience here at Monarch Dental was so amazing! From the moment I made my appointment to the actual date of my initial procedure the staff was prompt, very professional but more than that they were extremely kind! 10 out of 10 would recommend!!!

I paid to have my Teeth Pulled And get dentures I paid for this may 5th and I keep going by there and calling but they have know idea when they will do it now I went by there yesterday and they are closed and today I try calling and they are closed This is getting to be ridiculous how do I go aboutThis is getting to be ridiculous how do I go about just

Unfortunately I have to not recommend this office after scheduling my appointment and receiving several calls and text messages from the office , my appointment was CANCELLED and hour before my appointment time. Very unprofessional in my book. One nice thing I can say is that Ashley was very nice and helpful and it was beyond her control and I really felt her apology was sincere, but unfortunately I can't say the same for her coworkers. I will not be rescheduling

The front desk employee was fantastic and the dental aid that took my x-rays and looked in my mouth was also fantastic. The actual dentist was flippant, talked down to his staff, did not explain to me what he was "diagnosing" in my mouth. I did not get a teeth cleaning which is puzzling to me. I'm not sure why I was treated as if he had something better to do. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone. I hope the employees that work there find a better place to work.

I do not advise anyone to use this dentist. My first 3 appointments were great then on February 2nd I had an appointment at 8:30 am I didn't get a call, text, or any other communication to let me know they were not going to be there. When I arrived for my appointment 4 other people were there waiting as well however, no one working there was there. I've been back 4 different times to see if I can catch them there and have not. They also will not answer the phone when I call. I guess after they get their money you don't matter to them anymore. So 6 weeks after getting my top dentures I still have no bottom dentures. I don't know what else I can do so I'm going to contact the Better Business Buero and the Arkansas Attorney General on Monday February the 14th. To file complaints. Maybe they can get them to answer the phone.

I found this dentist online for my sister and she went for her first appointment but was disappointed. You mean to tell me a first time exam, that does not come with a cleaning. What dentist does not clean your teeth? They asked her what she came for, did X-rays and sent her by her way. Only in Pine Bluff!! She then tried to ask questions about her treatment and they seem disgusted with she asked questions. I would not recommend this location to anyone who is seriously considering a dentist.

I'm being generous with the two stars, to be honest. I had a complete set of dentures that needed to be remade and went for my first appointment in January of this year. Keep in mind, no teeth had to be pulled. All that was needed was to make molds, do the fittings, and have the dentures made. Of the five appointments that I had with Monarch, there was only one occasion where I was actually seen on time. One appointment I waited over two hours and the last appointment, which took five minutes to complete, I waited for an hour and 45 minutes. There were mixed up appointments, the lab sending the molds back to be redone (with no one telling me beforehand, so I thought I was picking up the final product), and always a vague excuse about an "emergency" that caused the waits for the appointments. It took six months for me to actually receive my dentures and I am extremely thankful to never have to deal with them again.

This place is horrible, schedule an appointment and have to wait in parking lot for over an hour past scheduled time, called about broken tooth, made to wait over 2 weeks to be seen, didn't call in antibiotics, ended up and hospital after major infection and not being able to eat for almost a week. The severely overschedule and do not care about the well-being of their patients

I went to Monarch Dental with a toothache. They didn't address my problem was more focused on me telling them I also wanted to get some partials. They never addressed the toothache. The dentist Dr. Smith was absolutely rude because he told me which tooth was hurting and I told him it wasn't that. His exact words were I know the one I'm looking at and that's the one that giving u problems. I still haven't gotten my tooth pulled. Actually had to go to another dentist to get a root canal. Oh yeah and with everything they showed me I needed done $2777.00 the other dentist is doing the exact same thing for half.
