Spray, scrub, wipe repeat. Its our new favorite sound. Weve always been committed to the highest safety standardsbut now deep cleaning is done before, during and after visits even in the lobby. Our teams are geared up (literally watch the video) to sanitize equipment, chairs, tables, door handles, countertops etc. many times a day. And we dont stop there. PPE (think masks, gloves, gowns, and face shields) is worn by everyone in the office. Even patients get to take part by keeping masks on at all times except when being treated and doing a good disinfecting rinse before and after care.
Were checking to see if our patients (and staff) are healthy with a few questions and a temperature check every day, at every visit. Sounds a bit extreme? Youre right, extreme is good when it comes to patient safety and health.

Smile Brands Inc., one of the nations leading providers of business support services to dental groups in the United States, today announced the grand opening of another affiliated Monarch Dental office. The new office is the second for the community of New Braunfels.
Five dentists and their dedicated support staff hosted a Day of Giving, sponsored by Buxton, at Monarch Dental in Lewisville, Texas on October 5th. Buxton is a customer analytics company that provides services to maximize an organizations return on investment, and is a proud supporter of the Smiles for Everyone Foundation.

I normally have had a really good experience here but my latest appointment I did not feel like I was taking care of. I was checked in and then had to wait for 25 minutes before the receptionist pooked her head out and asked if I was waiting for someone. I told her that I was just waiting for my appointment and she seemed surprised. I could hear them talking about me from the back trying to figure out what to do with me. Finally someone came and told me that it's going to be another 10 minute wait and was wondering if I wanted to reschedule. I had asked why it's taking so long and why other people were being taken to the back in front of me. They said that they only had three providers that day. I totally understand having to wait and it being outside of the control a lot of the times. However, it seemed like they literally forgot about me and were trying to gaslight me. If the wait was going to be that long originally I wish that they had told me so I could prepare or at least kept me updated. I had a baby with me that was already starting to get antsy and was going to lose it if he had to wait too much longer. Again, I understand having to wait, but in this instance, I think that they forgot about me and were trying to make it seem like it wasn't their fault.

Not a place to go if you are looking for help with your teeth. The dentist was rude and unprofessional. My mother was crying after her appointment no one should leave a business upset. Thomas didn't take care of her needs.

I got a text reminder for my appointment the day before, then the very next day they cancelled my appointment. Very unprofessional what if other companies did that? And why is there only one dentist at this office? I suggest taking your buisness elsewhere. Anywhere else actually. The raccoon family behind my house is more professional than that.

Dr Z is the best dentist! I never dread going to the dentist anymore. Dr Z is compassionate, caring and personable. I think he's just a wonderful guy. I tell everyone I know to go see Dr Z at Monarch Dental!

They lied about their financing options, stating that it's an 'in-house' financing when in reality they use a financing company which puts your bill on your credit. I specifically made sure to ask if it would effect my credit, otherwise I would have never set foot in there. I was lied to, given a procedure that didn't even last a week before causing more dental problems, and now I have to deal with the repercussions. Absolutely will never recommend to anyone.

I miss understand the Monarch Dental discount card. I thought it included two cleanings as well for the year. So that was my bad for not fully understanding. But when I opted out of the cleaning and just wanted to x-rays and exam, I felt like they just wanted to rush me out the door. I specifically went in for a filling repair that I knew I was needing. The dentist came in and missed it completely so I had to point it out again. I felt like it wasn't a thorough exam at all. It was nice they told me exactly what to expect cost wise for my next appointment. Come my next appointment for the filling, I again felt rushed through... the assistant and dentist wasn't the most welcoming but overall all was well. however, not sure I would continue going to Monarch dental after my year discount care expires. The facility itself seems a little run down and dingy. The front desk staff was very friendly and accommodating.

If there is a zero, I would put 0. They never submitted our claim and all of a sudden we got a collection notice which is totally all their fault!! I will never go back there! That's why another person when we were there came in to their office and was furious why they are getting a bill and same problem we have!!
