Spray, scrub, wipe repeat. Its our new favorite sound. Weve always been committed to the highest safety standardsbut now deep cleaning is done before, during and after visits even in the lobby. Our teams are geared up (literally watch the video) to sanitize equipment, chairs, tables, door handles, countertops etc. many times a day. And we dont stop there. PPE (think masks, gloves, gowns, and face shields) is worn by everyone in the office. Even patients get to take part by keeping masks on at all times except when being treated and doing a good disinfecting rinse before and after care.
Were checking to see if our patients (and staff) are healthy with a few questions and a temperature check every day, at every visit. Sounds a bit extreme? Youre right, extreme is good when it comes to patient safety and health.

Smile Brands Inc., one of the nations leading providers of business support services to dental groups in the United States, today announced the grand opening of another affiliated Monarch Dental office. The new office is the second for the community of New Braunfels.
Five dentists and their dedicated support staff hosted a Day of Giving, sponsored by Buxton, at Monarch Dental in Lewisville, Texas on October 5th. Buxton is a customer analytics company that provides services to maximize an organizations return on investment, and is a proud supporter of the Smiles for Everyone Foundation.

The Dentist is without a doubt my least favorite healthcare provider. However, I'm aware that they're respectively as important a part of keeping us healthy as all the others. So, reluctantly I go. I had a new patient's visit with Monarch Dental and Orthodontics. Everyone I encountered was pleasant, and made me feel comfortable, to the point where I am actually looking forward to working with them on the oral health plan my new dentist laid out for me. Thank you, Monarch for a five star service.

You want a review you got it I had two temp crowns snd a root canal done the temp crown on the left size where the root canal was done broke snd the assist had to fix it to put it back on but didn't last it crumpled so I only have a half of a crown today Aug 29th my other crown on right side came out snd I guess I sollowed it and they couldn't even work me in to fix either one until Wednesday 31st and there reason was because they offer me a time today but I had a heart drs appt for my 6 mos check up on my pacemaker so no I would not refer anyone to monarch dental very poor patient business the office people in Bryant were rude and the Bryant assist didn't num my mouth or give me gas and tried to charge me it but I wouldn't let them they really didn't like it that I called them out on it . The only complaint that I have for the north Little Rock office is that my temp crown broke otherwise they were good patient and very respectful where the Bryant office really lacks in patients and respect !

The staff we met were funny, sociable, and knew their profession. It was a great experience not getting a price hike on retainers! Braces are expensive enough, the after care should not cost hundreds of dollars after spending thousands. I called 4 different orthodontists in the area, all but Monarch wanted to charge outrage prices!

I went for my cleaning and 6 month check up which was very pleasant. Loved the dental hygienist! She was very good and gentle. I had to have a leaking crown replaced and they got me in 2 days later. I had a great experience. Dr Bauer was great as well as his assistant Rosa. I was in and out in less than a hour. It was painless during and after. My temporary crown fit perfect. My new crown will be made by a 3D printer. Office staff- all of them were pleasant & happy. Dr Caleb Bauer at the North Little Monarch Dental location is the best dentist I've been to. I highly recommend him.

The whole staff was really nice they explained to me everything and they was so nice and polite and has a great personality thank you very much for helping me with my teeth and the doctor that cleaned my teeth she was very nice and helpful explaining everything I need to know thank you for being so nice and your whole staff is awesome and nice thank you I'm glad I came back to your Dental office keep up the good work God bless you all everyone is Like Family it's nice to have people that Care About your needs

From the moment you walk in the door until you walk out is a pleasant experience. I know "at a dental clinic?!" The waiting room is colorful and clean, the receptionist is friendly and pleasant and the tech is friendly as you are taken to the exam room. I have been seeing Dr. Bauer for close to six years and he is always kind and explains your problem and the solution until you understand and are relaxed for the necessary procedure. I would recommend Monarch Dental NLR to anyone needing dental care.
