Spray, scrub, wipe repeat. Its our new favorite sound. Weve always been committed to the highest safety standardsbut now deep cleaning is done before, during and after visits even in the lobby. Our teams are geared up (literally watch the video) to sanitize equipment, chairs, tables, door handles, countertops etc. many times a day. And we dont stop there. PPE (think masks, gloves, gowns, and face shields) is worn by everyone in the office. Even patients get to take part by keeping masks on at all times except when being treated and doing a good disinfecting rinse before and after care.
Were checking to see if our patients (and staff) are healthy with a few questions and a temperature check every day, at every visit. Sounds a bit extreme? Youre right, extreme is good when it comes to patient safety and health.

Smile Brands Inc., one of the nations leading providers of business support services to dental groups in the United States, today announced the grand opening of another affiliated Monarch Dental office. The new office is the second for the community of New Braunfels.
Five dentists and their dedicated support staff hosted a Day of Giving, sponsored by Buxton, at Monarch Dental in Lewisville, Texas on October 5th. Buxton is a customer analytics company that provides services to maximize an organizations return on investment, and is a proud supporter of the Smiles for Everyone Foundation.

The staff is very professional and my visit went well. My only concern is the fact I need to wait until next year to have a consultation with the orthodontist. I have a bridge missing making it uncomfortable to smile and talk with others. I would hope there would have been an earlier time for the consult. Based on this timeframe it will be well into next year before this process is completed.

Went in for a cleaning. Hygienist was caring, gentle. Dr.. Longi always listens , offers suggestions, very personable, makes you feel valuable as a client.

I saw 2 new dentist today, Heidi and Jami. Both were very kind and thorough. They didn't suggest dental work that wasn't necessary. The office staff was very kind and helpful. I'll continue going there. My husband goes there also.

Monarch dental does such a great job. My new hygienist was very thorough but fast. Everyone in the office goes out of their way to make you comfortable. I highly recommend this office.

I give today's experience 0. After the cleaning, I had to wait for 45 minutes for 2 minutes review of the dentist. Tired of waiting, I was about to leave without seeing her, and then that's when she just rushed in which was totally unacceptable. I would never recommend Monarch Dental to anyone with this kind of experience.

I I hate going to the dentist but have absolutely loved the care I have gotten here from Dr. Long (: fast and efficient! She kept in mind I was breastfeeding so she gave me a safer numbing agent!

These are by far the best dentists I've ever had. They are more focused on doing a good job than they are focused on milking you for nickel and dime. They're very caring, and willing to ensure comfort rather than putting you through pain. I don't want to ever go to another dentist unless absolutely have too

Was in extreme pain with broken tooth went to er couldn't sleep set to make appointment in the morning they called me ten minutes before opening and also got me in and taken care of the tooth and was outta pain these guys are awesome and really helped in a bad spot

Told us our insurance would cover the cost of our cleaning then charged us 100 dollars per person for cleaning. Called there office and they told us they would waive the charges. Months later we find out they sent it to collections. When I called to discuss it with them they said the secretary who promised to waive are charges no longer worked there and they basically told me there was nothing they could do to help me.
