Spray, scrub, wipe repeat. Its our new favorite sound. Weve always been committed to the highest safety standardsbut now deep cleaning is done before, during and after visits even in the lobby. Our teams are geared up (literally watch the video) to sanitize equipment, chairs, tables, door handles, countertops etc. many times a day. And we dont stop there. PPE (think masks, gloves, gowns, and face shields) is worn by everyone in the office. Even patients get to take part by keeping masks on at all times except when being treated and doing a good disinfecting rinse before and after care.

Were checking to see if our patients (and staff) are healthy with a few questions and a temperature check every day, at every visit. Sounds a bit extreme? Youre right, extreme is good when it comes to patient safety and health.

I am very disappointed in monarch dental. I had a temporary crown on for a month and I called after 3 weeks to let them know that I have been hurting and couldn't drink water because of the so I was dehydrated. They said it was because of the temporary and that the permanent crown would be better. When I went into the office for my appointment at 9:30 in the morning I didn't get back to the treatment room until 12:10. They told me they were short staffed. I asked several times how long the wait would be while I was there and told them I would have preferred a phone call so I could have waited at home. I had to send a friend to my house to take my dog out to go potty. What's in the treatment room I let them know that I have been sensitive to the cold water and asked if I needed a root canal. They did an x-ray and when they put permanent crown on I let them know that it hurt really bad because I didn't think that was normal. I really felt like I needed a root canal and they told me that I would be sore for a while and to rinse with salt water. By Thursday evening I was in so much pain that I couldn't eat or drink anything. Of course the dentist is not in on Friday and I was supposed to leave the country to go to on a dive vacation the next morning which I had to cancel! I had them transfer all of my paperwork and x-rays to a different dentist. My treatment there was unacceptable! I had to go to an Emergency Walk-In clinic to get antibiotics and pain meds until I can get to my new dentist on Monday.

The intake by the staff was professional and the staff was very kind! It was a beautiful office very clean and welcoming. The dentist that I saw was charming and funny and I truly appreciated his candor! I look forward to when he can help me with my smile after I get all the preliminary work finished.

I have had two root canal and crowns, one crown replaced on another tooth. They were so amazing keeping me happy and extremely satisfied! They answer when you need them to in an emergency. They called me right when they opened today because I was in pain and needed another root canal and crown. I was up because the pain would not let me sleep. As soon as they called. I was in the chair within an hour. I also had an old crown fal off last night. They fixed that right up! Very flexible, understanding and definitely go over and beyond to make you feel comfortable and appreciated!

They have a friendly staff but seems a little scattered. I had to pay office visit before being seen, then had assistants coming in twice to discuss my options, twice. Made me pay before the procedure was done and sat there for almost 2 hours before doing the procedure (extraction). Monarch needs to try for a less stressful way for their patients. Massage chairs, a view, privacy, televisions in the rooms. That's my regular Dentist office has all those wonderful things to make it pleasant. Monarch is expensive compared to other Dentist offices for sure.

Edited review: the staff and Dr.smith was very friendly at my recent visit yesterday. They asked if my after surgery was causing any pain which it wasn't. Although the dentures didn't get fitted because of my swelling, they tried their best too. The front staff, back staff was very polite and explained what to expect of the aftercare of my surgery, so thank you all for that to the staff and Dr.Smith.

Had my tooth extracted and was sent home for a whole weekend with no pain meds because they didn't get around to calling it in. Very unprofessional

I needed an extraction plus a root canal. I live 2 hours away and they were able to both at the same time! The dentist was exceptional at easing my high anxiety, he made me very comfortable to where I had zero pain during the procedure. The entire staff is awesome! Super friendly and helpful, I highly recommend this dentist.

Told them it was my only day off and I need my teeth pulled today I told him I have insurance and I would not be able to pay until the following Friday they said that was fine and they could get me in that day and I have my teeth polled after sitting in their office for 2 1/2 hours they tell me they can't pull my teeth without $258 Just a big waste of time

Honestly this was one of my last resort places for some help with severe tooth pain and they did absolutely nothing to help me with. Before I even went in the receptionist was arguing with another customer, then I basically sat in a chair for an hour before someone finally came to see me, then they have the audacity to tell me that what they needed to do would cost over 2000 dollars. I only wanted my teeth cleaned and someone to help me with my pain and do something about my wisdom teeth that are ruining my brace job.

This is specifically for the Hot Springs, Arkansas location. I made an emergency appointment because of a broken wisdom tooth. I arrived early to do paperwork, and due to COVID-19 protocols/protections and how busy the office was, things went a *little* slow--but nothing worth writing home about. I had X-Rays done, and it was maybe five minutes before the dentist I'd scheduled with came in and made a recommendation. The recommendation was full wisdom tooth extraction under sedation--and he explained to me how their office does the bone grafts that help with healing afterward. After he made his recommendation, I spoke with another assistant about the details of the procedure, including how sedation worked, and then he went over the different types of financing that the office has to offer. When I understood everything, he went over all of the paperwork for the procedure with me and answered all of my questions and made sure I signed everything correctly. I was also given a copy of all of the paperwork. I went in early for my scheduled procedure and got my paperwork and financing taken care of--my last-minute questions were answered and multiple staff members met with my driver and made sure they knew my driver. The office was a *bit* busy (lots of emergency appointments), but once I was called back, everything rolled right along. The dentist and his assistant were SO sweet during my procedure preparation--I am a HUGE baby when it comes to needles and I haven't been sedated since I was two years old, so I had no idea what to expect. They both kept reassuring me and trying to keep me relaxed and to get me to laugh. Right before the procedure was actually set to begin, an assistant came in to make sure I knew who my driver was and to make sure I knew how I was getting home. I ended up waking a little early during the end of the procedure (I have anxiety issues, and normal oral sedatives don't work that well for me, so this is something I thought might happen, even though an IV sedative was used), and from what I remember, I was being a bit resistant--the dentist calmly explained to me what was going on (everything was proceeding normally) and got me to calm down so he and the assistant could finish. I wasn't in pain--I was just a little disoriented and scared as a result. Next thing I know, an assistant is helping me wake and sit up and making sure I know who my driver is--she helped me up out of the chair and let me lean on her all the way out to my car where she made sure my driver was the right person AND gave them another copy of my aftercare instructions, told them where to go get my prescriptions, how to use the gauze, etc. In short, the Monarch Dental office in Hot Springs went so far above and beyond expectations in providing excellent care to me--They deserve every recommendation I received for them. I can't thank this office's staff enough--like so many others, I have HORRENDOUS anxiety when it comes to seeing a dentist, and they handled me with the utmost respect and care. I will DEFINITELY recommend this office in the future, and will use them for my future dentistry needs as possible.

Had to wait outside to be seen. Then, they couldn't file my insurance for some reason . So I pay 400 for an extraction that hurt terribly and hurts worse the next day! They only care about money and closing the deal on you like at a car lot!Do not recommend!

DO NOT use Monarch Dental! I came in with a broken front tooth. They wouldn't fix it without a pre-authorization from my insurance, even though I said I would pay in full and then they could pay me back. No, they sent me away, reassuring me they would contact my insurance that day. (This was a Thursday) Monday comes around and I call my insurance, Monarch never contacted them! Not to mention the Dentist couldn't be bothered to say Hi or ask me how I am. Don't go!

Scam for 39.95. Save it, spend your 40 on your extraction.

I was given an appointment one day later and taken care promptly when I arrived. Their staff is kind and professional and they accepted my insurance. I'll return and refer over and over! Thank you to the dental front line workers here!
