Spray, scrub, wipe repeat. Its our new favorite sound. Weve always been committed to the highest safety standardsbut now deep cleaning is done before, during and after visits even in the lobby. Our teams are geared up (literally watch the video) to sanitize equipment, chairs, tables, door handles, countertops etc. many times a day. And we dont stop there. PPE (think masks, gloves, gowns, and face shields) is worn by everyone in the office. Even patients get to take part by keeping masks on at all times except when being treated and doing a good disinfecting rinse before and after care.
Were checking to see if our patients (and staff) are healthy with a few questions and a temperature check every day, at every visit. Sounds a bit extreme? Youre right, extreme is good when it comes to patient safety and health.

Smile Brands Inc., one of the nations leading providers of business support services to dental groups in the United States, today announced the grand opening of another affiliated Monarch Dental office. The new office is the second for the community of New Braunfels.
Five dentists and their dedicated support staff hosted a Day of Giving, sponsored by Buxton, at Monarch Dental in Lewisville, Texas on October 5th. Buxton is a customer analytics company that provides services to maximize an organizations return on investment, and is a proud supporter of the Smiles for Everyone Foundation.

It is Monarch Dental at Fayetteville, AR. Worst experience ever!!! I took half day off for regular cleaning appointment which my insurance will cover. AFTER a long time wait, they did x-ray and said I need pay $200 extra to do a kind of deep cleaning and refused to do regular cleaning. I wasted 2 hours there and did nothing. Really rude stuff there. I cancelled all my appointments. Nobody deserves that.

I was very scared going into the experience, having quite a bit of procedures done! and afterwards I felt a lot of post traumatic stress! I went back for my first fitting after all my uppers were removed and did not get any understanding or it will get better I got no tips on how to take care of my prosthetic. I kinda felt a little , No A lot Abandoned!! Finally I called the front office for another appointment and because this is my smile for the rest of my life I told Debbie (one of the ladies in the office) how I was feeling and she was able to talk to me and calm me down. With her guidance I swallowed my Pride and went back to see the dentist I am extremely glad that I did. The doctor came out and talked to me and really just made me feel more comfortable with my new smile :) I don't think that most dentist take into account the reason you are having to get dentures or implants at 50 and yes some of the reasons can be quite embarrassing!! I had a car accident 20 years ago and was stuck in a wheel chair for almost 2 years before I left the hostpital. My pain was so great that I wore a very strong fentanyl patch for two years then OxyContin prescriptions and methadone lots of everything for pain until finally ......yes I was a full blown addict!! I have been extremely sober for almost 11 years now! But as many people know now is the time to clean up the wreckage of your past. Accepting that my addiction ruined my teeth was hard enough! So, I certainly didn't want anyone looking at me with a judgemental, eye. I can assure everyone I have beat myself over and over again for bad decisions and stupid chooses I have made. At some point you have to pick yourself up and get on with life sober and always very present for every moment ! Especially the moments where you are there to set things right Winy patient Candy Thank you! Dr walls and all the office staff for helping me struggle thru this trama!!can't wait to see you guys in October!!!

I love my ppl at Monarch Dental in Fayetteville AR!...Profesional, SANITARY, compassionate--and great music!!....nearly an all-woman team for me...and they all love what they do....were very patient and concerned about any pain/anxiety i might have had during my procedure....which was nearly zero! As well, they didn't try to push me on further procedures, or unnecessary ones....were very supportive on just exactly what I needed to have done at that time. I do need other procedures in the near future, and will insist that THESE ppl are the ones to do that for me.

Dr. Kilcrease was knowledgeable and empathetic to my conditions and situation. His advice was welcomed and taken. Dr. Smith was excellent and thorough. When one procedure wasn't working ( due to my own health issues ) he gave me options and made sure I was comfortable and pain free. The financing side was upfront about cost and helped secure discounts for me in my situation. This blessing was the only reason I could have the much needed procedure done. If you find yourself at Monarch you'll be in good hands.

I had my first appointment yesterday and while I think their covid restrictions are a little extra, the staff was so good to me. I have a lot of anxiety that usually results in some involuntary tears. Not full on crying or anything but they could tell I was distressed and they took extra care to explain everything and reassure me that it would all be ok. I was so grateful to not be treated like a silly/stupid inconvenience and instead like a human in good hands. I would recommend them to those who are like me and have a lot of anxiety surrounding doctors/dentists.

So, 06 monarch dental removed all my teeth & made full denture. We opted for the lifetime guaranteed dentures to save money in the long run. Last week 2 teeth chipped, made appointment to have them repaired, went in today & found out lifetime guaranteed means 1 year from purchase. Why would anyone pay 3 times the price for teeth to get a 0ne year guarantee, they could not answer my question and didn't want to talk about it unless I wanted to pay to have mine fixed by them. My advice would to use someone besides monarch demtal.

I was in and out in a timely manner. All of the staff were friendly and kept checking on me. They also helped me with the financials of my treatment plan in an affordable way! I LOVE them!!!

At least they're going to try and help me with some new dentures even though I can't get the one the stuff that I wanted because it just not able to do it so tomorrow when I come in I will be starting to get my new dentures thank you very much

My son has been going here for years to see the Orthodontist. There has been a few hiccups but the staff always helps any way they can. So far I love the progress from the invisalign.

I was very displeased with my visit. This was the first time I had been to the dentist and several years which I know is my own fault. But I felt like the dentist was very rushed and gave me no time whatsoever. He literally gave me one option as to what we could do had me watch a video and said he would be back only to never come back and visit with me about the procedure. I felt like he could have at least gave me a few options as to what we could do instead of just passing me off to the lady at the front desk to go over pricing. It was very discouraging.
