Spray, scrub, wipe repeat. Its our new favorite sound. Weve always been committed to the highest safety standardsbut now deep cleaning is done before, during and after visits even in the lobby. Our teams are geared up (literally watch the video) to sanitize equipment, chairs, tables, door handles, countertops etc. many times a day. And we dont stop there. PPE (think masks, gloves, gowns, and face shields) is worn by everyone in the office. Even patients get to take part by keeping masks on at all times except when being treated and doing a good disinfecting rinse before and after care.

Smile Brands Inc., one of the nations leading providers of business support services to dental groups in the United States, today announced the grand opening of another affiliated Monarch Dental office. The new office is the second for the community of New Braunfels.

Five dentists and their dedicated support staff hosted a Day of Giving, sponsored by Buxton, at Monarch Dental in Lewisville, Texas on October 5th. Buxton is a customer analytics company that provides services to maximize an organizations return on investment, and is a proud supporter of the Smiles for Everyone Foundation.

I do not recommend Monarch Dental unfortunately. There is always a different dentist. They leave and go elsewhere A LOT. In addition, the dentist is not always even there. The only reason we stayed as long as we did is because of a specific dental hygienist, and she just recently left the Bountiful location. Current person cleaning did a horrible job. I was in the seat for a cleaning for less than 10 min for an adult mouth. I left with plaque still on my teeth. My husband used this same person months after me and had the same experience. :( Now we have to find an new, affordable dentist.

My family & I have had the worst experience the past 2+ years. We have had unpleasant multiple situations. The staff has made mistake after mistakes and never take responsibility for the encounters. Manager & staff flip it to where you are the wrong for calling them out on their doings. We have been going to this location over 6yrs. We had meant friendly, and wonderful staff until the whole entire staff has change , to the front and back. My children has felt the toll in this place. The only reason we could not switch this entire time, was due to no dentistry will take over care for braces. I have been to the South Temple location nothing compared to Bountiful location. I had to call South Temple location to help me get in contact with bountiful since they weren't returning my calls. My son was treated like he was hard to work with. He has really bad gagging reflects. It is on his chart , and I always let every new person that had to work with him for patience and for appts to be scheduled longer. Even with this, time was never blocked for him ever again and staff whine about not having time for him. They made remarks of him being a big boy for this. I was being charge for certain amounts brackets being broken. After I asked why staff was very upset and we were treated different. One of the assistance told me take a look at your contract should be there when you sign it. Also proceed" if I had money to pay for them to fix the broken bracket" I checked and talked to the manager about it , no where it stated that. She told me that information should of been told by the person I sign contract with, but confused because I had sign it with her. She also said in regards the assistance it all comes down to how things are said and is a learning experience for her. Never I was offered an apology or acknowledge it was wrong from their part. Until today I had more than enough. My husband took my daughter to pick up her retainers. Retainers were fit it , and my daughter did not want to say that it wasn't the design she ordered. She mention it to my husband after she got home. My husband remembered called immediately that is not what they had ordered. Staff called back saying that the DR and assistant remembered what my daughter had ask for and that's what was delivered. If we want it a different design we had to pay for another. Not to mention two weeks prior I called left a voicemail the day before my appt if retainers were ready. Did not get a call back and when I was walking to my appt the lady upfront told me retainers weren't ready. The list goes on with this place. I no longer recommend this place, horrible what they do here.

I I've had extensive dental work done including implants and went to a provider recommended by a family member and ended up pain almost $1000 more than what my insurance had contracted for. It took me almost 6 months to get my money back and in the meantime had another root canal that needed to be done. I ended up going to Monarch because they were able to put me on a payment plan due to this issue and honestly I won't be going anywhere else. They have been extremely fair And I've gone the extra mile to make sure I am taken care of. They have easy payment arrangements and wonderful customer service! Love the girls in the front! I also have a crazy schedule and I've had to move things around on numerous occasions and they have always been accommodating. I won't go anywhere else!

They have cancelled my appointments twice in a row now, without telling me. Last time I found out after sitting in their office for 10 mins. Today I was supposed to have an appointment and called to check and they told me it was cancelled. Again, they did not contact me about it. Last month, my wife pulled my daughter out of school to do a check up, they got to the office and the doors were locked and noone was there. Again, no notification. When we have actually gotten into the chair, they have been good. But when you cannot get there and they make no effort to let you know they cancelled your appointment, it is a deal breaker. Finding another dentist now for our family of 6.

They accept my DHMO insurance, schedule my appointments so I don't have to miss work, and are quick and efficient at cleaning my teeth so I can get on with my day.

Took them 4 tries to actually schedule me for a visit. And when I get there the dental history that I sent over was miraculously lost so before o can even be seen I need to get through pages of documents. All this to have the dentist tell me that he isn't the one qualified to take a look at my wisdom teeth and I can come back in 2 months to try again. I just hope that you know what your doing by then.

I picked this office because they advertised late and weekend hrs. I didnt find out till later that this is not accurate. I called and made an appt for a cleaning and to establish care with a new dentist. No one I spoke to said that this would be an issue. Due to the pandemic and lack of insurance, I was anxious to get back on track with my dental health. I booked it in the evening because it's difficult for me to miss work for appts. I get to my appt, take x-rays, sit down expecting my cleaning to begin only to be told that they don't have a hygienist available in the evenings. When I begin explaining that I specifically asked for a cleaning and exam they explain that the call center service they employ often get it wrong, and they don't offer that in the evenings, and they also haven't been doing weekend appts for months. What ensued was a completely frustrating conversation of excuses and throwing blame. It's not up to the customer to know the schedule of the employees or services. I communicated what I needed and they did not indicate any conflicts. Its not the customers fault if they choose to employ 3rd party services that give misinformation. I left the appt not wasting my time scheduling a follow up since they cannot provide the late hr services that they advertise. A complete waste of my time and theirs as well.
