Spray, scrub, wipe repeat. Its our new favorite sound. Weve always been committed to the highest safety standardsbut now deep cleaning is done before, during and after visits even in the lobby. Our teams are geared up (literally watch the video) to sanitize equipment, chairs, tables, door handles, countertops etc. many times a day. And we dont stop there. PPE (think masks, gloves, gowns, and face shields) is worn by everyone in the office. Even patients get to take part by keeping masks on at all times except when being treated and doing a good disinfecting rinse before and after care.
Were checking to see if our patients (and staff) are healthy with a few questions and a temperature check every day, at every visit. Sounds a bit extreme? Youre right, extreme is good when it comes to patient safety and health.

Smile Brands Inc., one of the nations leading providers of business support services to dental groups in the United States, today announced the grand opening of another affiliated Monarch Dental office. The new office is the second for the community of New Braunfels.
Five dentists and their dedicated support staff hosted a Day of Giving, sponsored by Buxton, at Monarch Dental in Lewisville, Texas on October 5th. Buxton is a customer analytics company that provides services to maximize an organizations return on investment, and is a proud supporter of the Smiles for Everyone Foundation.

I had to have a root canal done 10/14/22 and the process was a breeze. I don't like going to the dentist as I've mostly had painful experiences, but this was different. Hardly felt the needle for the numbing and after that I felt nothing. Not one time during the fix did I feel pain. I'm writing this review the day after and I have zero pain or aches. Which is surprising. Thank you for making this experience painless and easy!

The staff are always polite when I go in to have my dental cleaning! I always say it starts at the front door... I have been going to Monarch dental for a few years. You always get the same dental hygienist, The Dentist is professional and explains everything that is being done .

Dr Maughen was very professional did great work fixing my teeth that I destroyed being dumb. I would recommend him to anyone. The dental assistants were very professional and nice too. All the dental assistants are always gorgeous.

Our experience at Monarch has been less than ideal. We have always waited an hour before being seen. We went with them for orthodontic care, this was a HUGE mistake. They billed our insurance company double the amount they quoted us. When I got a second and third opinion half way through treatment, I was told by two other orthodontists that the treatment plan we were on was not appropriate for my son. The new orthodontist has removed all of the braces and is really starting over with a different approach. However, because Monarch charged the insurance company so much for the first treatments, they have used up the majority of my lifetime max for orthodontia. This is highly dishonest! It is basically insurance fraud on their part. I will be filing a grievance with the insurance company to hopefully ensure that no one else needs to be swindled by these highly unethical practices. We do like the dentist there, she is knowledgeable and kind. However, we will not be able to return after such dishonest billing practices have been exhibited on the part of the orthodontist team.

Monarch Dental in Lehi has been a good experience, my Dentist Ashley is really good and takes pride in her work, the dental assistants do an amazing job with attention to detail which makes for an overall excellent visit !!

I came in for a check up and saw Dr Maughn-the office staff was very friendly and professional. I didn't wait long in the waiting room and was seen very quickly by the doctor. The doctor was friendly, professional and explained things very clearly. I would recommend this office to anyone needing a dentist. Thanks for the great service and experience!

My husband had a painful tooth and he was able to be seen the day he called. The front desk staff was very friendly and efficient. Dr Brown was very professional. She didn't seemed rushed and explained everything thoroughly. Everything was taken care of in one appointment and luckily, our dental insurance covered the full cost. I would highly recommend Dr Brown!

This office has been a nightmare from my very first encounter with them. A little over a year ago I came into the American Fork location to have my daughter seen on consultation for Orthodontics and dental work. From the start I communicated with the staff how my daughter sufferred from anxiety and is afraid of needles. You would think this is a perfect opportunity for the staff to let me know that it isn't a pediatric office and they don't do sedation. Instead they have me sign up for braces at around 5k, which I paid upfront for and then tell me at her first appointment in her treatment plan that they can't sedate. So I was sent to the West Valley location to do her Bond and extract. There the Doctor wouldn't do the procedure because of my daughters anxeity and told me to Schedule another day and have the office perscribe a valium for her anxiety before the appointment. Then out of the blue this American Fork location calls and says they can do the surgery at there location now and set up the appointment. They called me a valium into the pharmacy last night for the surgery. Well I get here today after I gave my daughter the Valium and tell me it's just a consultation for the surgery. My advise, if you have childrem take them somewhwhere else this is not a pediatric office. If I could fire them and not be out the money I already paid them for braces I would!

I had a filling come out at the back of my front tooth. Dr. Brown saw me early before regular appointments. I was fixed in no time at all. Dr, Brown is the greatest not only for seeing me but for the way she works and communicates. She ranks wilth the best ever who have worked on my dental issues.
