Spray, scrub, wipe repeat. Its our new favorite sound. Weve always been committed to the highest safety standardsbut now deep cleaning is done before, during and after visits even in the lobby. Our teams are geared up (literally watch the video) to sanitize equipment, chairs, tables, door handles, countertops etc. many times a day. And we dont stop there. PPE (think masks, gloves, gowns, and face shields) is worn by everyone in the office. Even patients get to take part by keeping masks on at all times except when being treated and doing a good disinfecting rinse before and after care.
Were checking to see if our patients (and staff) are healthy with a few questions and a temperature check every day, at every visit. Sounds a bit extreme? Youre right, extreme is good when it comes to patient safety and health.

Smile Brands Inc., one of the nations leading providers of business support services to dental groups in the United States, today announced the grand opening of another affiliated Monarch Dental office. The new office is the second for the community of New Braunfels.
Five dentists and their dedicated support staff hosted a Day of Giving, sponsored by Buxton, at Monarch Dental in Lewisville, Texas on October 5th. Buxton is a customer analytics company that provides services to maximize an organizations return on investment, and is a proud supporter of the Smiles for Everyone Foundation.

My wife and I had appointments one after other. We were both treated in an outstanding manner and the dental cleanings were superior. We are very thankful and happy to see the clinic open again.

Big disappointment. Had to get exeays for 3rd time this year and pay for it, even tho it was a new patient discount fee. I had already said prior to visit I thought the tooth would need to be pulled, I was given no heads up what thier procedure was for extractions. So after the exam, and I did not like the dentist, I was given a printout that detailed a $395.00 cost for one tooth extraction. I have 2 dental policies. They said neither one would help. I did not like my experience there at all. Felt unwanted and definitely scammed. I want my exrays this time. I paid for them and every dentist I go to wants to do their own and that's just money for them. I won't go forward with Monarch as they really not interested in working with someone on a budget even tho I was told financing options would be offered me, they weren't. I waited 3 weeks for apt. Had to reschedule once. Still have toothache.

I had a horrible experience at this place! The staff was very inexperienced. One of them couldn't even give a proper ex ray. The dentist was very nosy and wouldn't stay out of my business! She was very insistent on knowing everything about my medical background that NOTHING TO DO WITH PULLING TEETH! All I wanted was for them to do a mold for dentures and they couldn't even get that right!

I first would like to start off and say all the staff members are very kind and friendly I have no complaints there. However, I've only had two appointments and both have been less than satisfactory. My first appointment I had a cleaning and almost waited 2 hours before being seen. Wasn't pleased with the wait at all but I get it sometimes things like that happen so I just brushed it off. During that appointment I scheduled my next appointment which was for my wisdom teeth. I had to pre pay for my wisdom teeth to schedule it which is totally fine so I did that. Well today I show up for extraction and am told that I was billed incorrectly and that they needed another 400 dollars in order to extract. This was an unpleasant surprise to say the least and what choice did I really have at that point? Definitely left a bad taste in my mouth. Thought the first experience might have been a one off but after today seems like it might just be a part of the overall experience at monarch dental.

Would have given a five-star rating if it had not been for the fact that we had to wait about 45 minutes past our appointment time. Other than that, the staff and doctor was very thorough in their examination of my husband and their explanation of his issues and solutions.

I went there by mistake (I saw an offer from a different provider in Facebook) I was in terrible pain. They not only matched but beat the offer from the other guys but believe me...THEY TREATED ME AS FAMILY...they listened and helped me in the most professional and compassionate way! They knew I was suffering and rushed me to get X rays and extracted my wisdom tooth in less than 20 minutes total!!...I will definitely recommend their services and they have earned a new grateful customer for life...I thank everyone at Monarch Dental. Please spend a little bit more and go to an office that actually cares. I got a crown from the office and they were training the higenest while they are working in my mouth. I had been calling to tell them I had a foul taste and smell from the crown they put in, but because of an "insurance issue" I had to pay the $900 bill off before I could go get the new crown placement checked on. Long story short the crown popped out of my mouth while eating a waffle :( and I will never be doing business with this location or monarch again.

1st time patient. I had been going to the same Dentist 4 over 10 years and this year I choose Monarch Dental and I am so happy I did. From the greeting when I walked in until I walked out the door. Dr Rushin and Monarch Dental is Awesome. Thank You

In my 40 years of visiting dentists, this Monarch location has been, by far, my best experience. I have been there +/-12 times in the past year, getting a considerable amount of work done. Kudos to Dr. Rushin and the rest of the staff. They are the best!
