Spray, scrub, wipe repeat. Its our new favorite sound. Weve always been committed to the highest safety standardsbut now deep cleaning is done before, during and after visits even in the lobby. Our teams are geared up (literally watch the video) to sanitize equipment, chairs, tables, door handles, countertops etc. many times a day. And we dont stop there. PPE (think masks, gloves, gowns, and face shields) is worn by everyone in the office. Even patients get to take part by keeping masks on at all times except when being treated and doing a good disinfecting rinse before and after care.
Were checking to see if our patients (and staff) are healthy with a few questions and a temperature check every day, at every visit. Sounds a bit extreme? Youre right, extreme is good when it comes to patient safety and health.

Smile Brands Inc., one of the nations leading providers of business support services to dental groups in the United States, today announced the grand opening of another affiliated Monarch Dental office. The new office is the second for the community of New Braunfels.
Five dentists and their dedicated support staff hosted a Day of Giving, sponsored by Buxton, at Monarch Dental in Lewisville, Texas on October 5th. Buxton is a customer analytics company that provides services to maximize an organizations return on investment, and is a proud supporter of the Smiles for Everyone Foundation.

Be ware!don't trust here.i have the same experience with other reviews. The other dental office said I just need a deep cleaning but the waiting time is one month for the whole mouth because it needed 4 appointments and 3 hours least. Because I need it done asap I went to monarch. They said I had periodontal disease and needed the antibiotics for gum.it cost me more than 1500 dollars but the treatment just took one hour.i highly doubt whether they cleaned my teeth well or not and whether I need the antibiotics for gum or they just want to make more money. Don't go here.

If you are thinking about making a dental apt with any Monarch Dental, please don't. If you are already there, PLEASE consider getting a second opinion. My experience was very odd. I was greeted very kindly at this location, front desk hospitality was fine. Though when I was taken back for x-rays and an examination, the hygienist/doctor told me I had a periodontal disease in my gums and that I would possibly lose my teeth by the time I was 35 years old.... I'm 23 LOL. I thought this was odd as I didn't think my teeth/gums were in this bad of shape. I brush and floss regularly. When the examination was completed, I was told the treatment for this would cost upwards of $4,000... Upset and confused, I. We did tons of research on Monarch Dentals in general, and MANY people have had the same exact experience as me, being told they have a gum disease and that the treatment would cost thousands of dollars. Feeling uneasy about my experience, I chose to get a second opinion. The second doctor I saw at a completely different office/company told me I did NOT have a gum disease and just needed a cleaning... I was shocked but also pleased I did not have to come up with $4K for some dental procedure. I felt Monarch Dental was extremely sketchy, and felt that they wrongfully "diagnosed" me with a condition I didn't even have. I felt like they were just trying to make a good sale off of me. Definitely do NOT recommend!

Constantly reschedule appointments on you and they do it with short notice. I don't know what has happened to this office but I wouldn't start going here if you have options!!

This place is great. There's a closer one near me but I choose to go to this location. The people are friendly and nice. I've gone through multiple dental issues with them and they fixed everything. Great place.

I was nervous when I arrived but always am when go to dentist. Was not updated like some fancy dentist offices. But was ok after initial visit. They were professional and courteous. They explained what needed to be done and price. Had in house financing but didn't give me all I needed to get work done. So now I'm left with trying to figure out how to finance. Don't understand that.

I have been going to this office for over 15 years. Trung is a wonderful and caring hygienist and I have always been treated well by Dee and the other staff. Appointments are on time and there is very easy access with a stoplight on Davis for this shopping center.

Horrible experience at this place! I went for my regular cleaning that is covered by my insurance. They added unnecessary charges that they said I had to cover. When I questioned about it, hygienist got upset. She said "You get what you pay for, I'll do a 20 min. cleaning & you're out of here." Basically if I didn't pay for the fees they made up I would get a lousy job. Not getting ANY services or recommending this place. Please go somewhere else! Too many great dental offices to choose from.

This location is great. Very little wait time and the people are amazing. The ladies at the front desk are wonderful and very thorough and the technician Sabrina is the best! She made my daughter, who has high anxiety, feel very comfortable. We love her!

I originally made my appointment for a filling and cleaning. Waited over three hours to get my 8 minute filling for them to let me know they didn't have time to do cleaning. What makes me sad about the whole experience I just moved to the area recently. I was hoping to find my new dentist that I could start coming to on a regular basis . However since they wasted my time and did not give me an expectation of the time being an issue or even explanation I will not be going back here.

This office has very unreliable customer service. Doctor is always absent, hygienist is that worst I've encountered in my life. Other Monarchs offer great service at affordable prices. Save yourself the frustration of using this establishment. Responded to the manager. As of this time there has been no response, no resolution.
