Spray, scrub, wipe repeat. Its our new favorite sound. Weve always been committed to the highest safety standardsbut now deep cleaning is done before, during and after visits even in the lobby. Our teams are geared up (literally watch the video) to sanitize equipment, chairs, tables, door handles, countertops etc. many times a day. And we dont stop there. PPE (think masks, gloves, gowns, and face shields) is worn by everyone in the office. Even patients get to take part by keeping masks on at all times except when being treated and doing a good disinfecting rinse before and after care.
Were checking to see if our patients (and staff) are healthy with a few questions and a temperature check every day, at every visit. Sounds a bit extreme? Youre right, extreme is good when it comes to patient safety and health.

Smile Brands Inc., one of the nations leading providers of business support services to dental groups in the United States, today announced the grand opening of another affiliated Monarch Dental office. The new office is the second for the community of New Braunfels.
Five dentists and their dedicated support staff hosted a Day of Giving, sponsored by Buxton, at Monarch Dental in Lewisville, Texas on October 5th. Buxton is a customer analytics company that provides services to maximize an organizations return on investment, and is a proud supporter of the Smiles for Everyone Foundation.

They are Great people, have excellent service, and are a great place. In my experience, they do everything possible to help you out. I've had them as my dentists of choice for a while now; this week, they went out of their way to ensure my emergency procedure happened with no problems.

I have tried to keep communication clear with them but it's pretty useless. They do everything they can to get every dime out of you and the insurance. They will say one thing and apparently write another one down. Since my initial conversation I had asked about getting cleaning done before going in and all I did is do x-rays. And by the time cleaning came up they said they didn't have a hygienist. Fast forward one of my crowns came off and the a lady put it back on, they said they have recorded they recommend a new one but it was not. So it fell off 3 weeks later, then I went back in and they wanted me to get a new one. I was upset because they should of said it to begin with, and I would of known what to expect. I waited back for a call back for 3 weeks to get a quote for one but did not receive one. I talked to the manager Jessica, and instead of giving me the quote we went back and forth on past events. She told me they did not make any money off my insurance, which is highly doubtful, and told me it was above her pay grade to know. Her lack of interest in the business she runs is unsettling. Go elsewhere. This place is a waste of time and money all the way around.

I have had nothing but positive experiences with Monarch Dental, I receive my orthodontics services here and Dr. Bonolo Odirilie (Dr. B) and actually all the staff here are friendly and amazing. Would definitely recommend!

Had an appointment scheduled and the office staff cancelled it without notifying me. Had to travel 45 minutes to find out that I did not have my appointment. Never apologized and the manager - Jessica Trevino- was extremely rude and unprofessional. She blamed me for not answering my phone but no message was left either. After I left the office, Jessica called and was picking a fight over the phone. I have never been treated like this - EVER! I will say the other staff has been kind and professional, but they need to get a new manager quickly!

Please tell people BEFORE they book their appointment that they will NOT have their teeth cleaned. I understand now that you do an in depth assessment to determine what type of cleaning is needed, but maybe you should schedule that time into the appointment. I have never not had my teeth cleaned when I booked an appointment. Also, I was there for two hours. That's an extremely long time, especially when you didn't clean my teeth. The physician was kind and professional, so was the person that took my X-rays, the hygienist was a bit abrupt.

I told the dentist that I an allergic to lidocaine and she wouldn't believe me. I have a horrible reaction to lidocaine that makes me violently ill. She kept telling me my reaction couldn't be that bad, that she would only use a tiny quanitity and I shouldn't have another reaction. I told her that I didn't have a reaction to bupivacaine. She told me to go back to my dr and get a medical release stating I'm allergic to lidocaine. I scheduling knee replace surgery and need a dentist to sign off before my surgery. This dentist won't sign off until my dental work is complete and she doesn't know when they can fit me in for this procedure, so my knee replacement is off until she decides when I can get it. At this point , I have lost trust with this dentist, I'm afraid she will give me ladiocaine anyway. I'm surching for a different dentist that will respect that I have an allergy and not make me sick

I cant explain enough on how everyone makes me feel so comfortable from the receptionists, the assistants the Drs! They are all amazing Im not one that has ever like dental visits.. but now i look forward to going to every appointment, Ive done crowns, root canals, partial plates, im so blessed to have found this place when i needed a new dentist. I recommend this place to anyone!!

Awful experience every time I visited. They cut my tongue during a routine filling. They didn't listen to me about the type of nightguard/mouthguard I needed, repeatedly insisted that the one I asked for wouldn't work for me (even though they had worked just fine when I received them from other dentists) and then charged me $500 for a mouthguard I will never use because it is too bulky. The front desk staff were extremely rude every time I interacted with them and made it seem as if I inconvenienced them when I would call to schedule an appointment. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Go somewhere else.

The place was very clean. They didn't have much communication with me after my son had his check up. My son had to give me the information and when I asked if they could confirm they didn't seem to know what I was talking about. I finally got a young lady that could tell me, but still could not give me a committed date/time for the follow up. Didn't seem that they communicated very well internally. Finally several days later I got a call to confirm the next steps but not on the date they told me. We will see how this next appointment goes.

Doctor and his assistant were very helpful to me. I was very nervous about getting 2 teeth pulled. They both walked me through process and kept asking if I was ok... I didn't feel any pain all through the procedure... The office staff very nice and professional.
