Spray, scrub, wipe repeat. Its our new favorite sound. Weve always been committed to the highest safety standardsbut now deep cleaning is done before, during and after visits even in the lobby. Our teams are geared up (literally watch the video) to sanitize equipment, chairs, tables, door handles, countertops etc. many times a day. And we dont stop there. PPE (think masks, gloves, gowns, and face shields) is worn by everyone in the office. Even patients get to take part by keeping masks on at all times except when being treated and doing a good disinfecting rinse before and after care.
Were checking to see if our patients (and staff) are healthy with a few questions and a temperature check every day, at every visit. Sounds a bit extreme? Youre right, extreme is good when it comes to patient safety and health.

Smile Brands Inc., one of the nations leading providers of business support services to dental groups in the United States, today announced the grand opening of another affiliated Monarch Dental office. The new office is the second for the community of New Braunfels.
Five dentists and their dedicated support staff hosted a Day of Giving, sponsored by Buxton, at Monarch Dental in Lewisville, Texas on October 5th. Buxton is a customer analytics company that provides services to maximize an organizations return on investment, and is a proud supporter of the Smiles for Everyone Foundation.

I would definitely recommend others to use Monarch Dental in Mesquite Tx on Town Crossing, I woke up and my tooth was in so much pain and jaw swollen, and I called and was able to be worked in on short notice... everybody is so sweet and helpful, from the Receptionist, Doctor and Doctors assistant on my way to feeling better because of the team effort here at Monarch... so a big ole Thank you to everybody!!!!!

When I called to schedule the appointment a month prior I provided all of my insurance information (which included two dental insurance). When I arrived I was informed that they only accepted one insurance per person. Had I known that I would had never went through with the appointment. They didn't verify my insurance until I got there. After being seen I waited several minutes while they wrote up a treatment plan. Everyone was nice but I wish pertinent information was provided before I even finalized the appointment

I've been coming here for several years; and I have never had a single complaint about them. My cleanings are always very well done; and I have never had a bad cleaning or cavity filling done. The front desk workers are incredibly nice and well-organized to get you checked in and out effeciently. Overall, this place is definitely a 10/10!

I have been a customer with Monarch for over 10 years and never have I been treated in such a terrible way the new manager Ms Melanie pointed her finger at the door while I was talking to her. They were charging me another $50 for a deductible and I told them I paid it in May 2022. Miss Melanie said my deductible started over in June so I called my insurance company and put him on the speaker phone and he said my deductible had been meet for the year, not only that but my deductible was my only $25. I have been paying $50 deductible for the last two to three years. And I could not see the Doctor...

First time to Monarch Dental. I just wanted to say how much I appreciated the staff. Melaine, Vanessa, and Lezby were so kind. I hate coming to the dentist, but they really made this experience worth wanting to come back!

I had my first visit here this week. 5 star experience, clean, friendly and reasonably priced. Tracie the x-ray tech was super sweet, the Dentist was super smart and reasonable. Loved it! Will be going again to complete my treatment plan.
