Spray, scrub, wipe repeat. Its our new favorite sound. Weve always been committed to the highest safety standardsbut now deep cleaning is done before, during and after visits even in the lobby. Our teams are geared up (literally watch the video) to sanitize equipment, chairs, tables, door handles, countertops etc. many times a day. And we dont stop there. PPE (think masks, gloves, gowns, and face shields) is worn by everyone in the office. Even patients get to take part by keeping masks on at all times except when being treated and doing a good disinfecting rinse before and after care.
Were checking to see if our patients (and staff) are healthy with a few questions and a temperature check every day, at every visit. Sounds a bit extreme? Youre right, extreme is good when it comes to patient safety and health.

Smile Brands Inc., one of the nations leading providers of business support services to dental groups in the United States, today announced the grand opening of another affiliated Monarch Dental office. The new office is the second for the community of New Braunfels.
Five dentists and their dedicated support staff hosted a Day of Giving, sponsored by Buxton, at Monarch Dental in Lewisville, Texas on October 5th. Buxton is a customer analytics company that provides services to maximize an organizations return on investment, and is a proud supporter of the Smiles for Everyone Foundation.

I went in to just get a form signed from my doctor so I could have hip replacement. I go to a dentist often and keep up with my dental health so I wasn't really concerned. The idiot hygienist said I needed a deep cleaning so that stopped everything. The dentist wouldn't sign my form. This place is the biggest scam, only in it for the $$$$ I was warned before I went from my retired dentist friend not to got there but I thought there should be know problem with just a signature BOY WAS I WRONG

I'm writing a bad review while sitting in office. Definitely will take you over an hour to be seen. My son has a painful abscess WHICH they knew about and he's still waiting in pain. I absolutely hate this place and it's not normal to wait an hour and 30 minutes. Will not be returning

I'm a very difficult patient. Considering I suffer from anxiety and a gag reflex. The staff was beyond helpful. They were able to get all pictures needed considering Iv never been able to take the pictures with out someone getting frustrated. Would definitely recommend to anyone. And considering they do a payment plan with no hesitation is also a blessing. Because unless your rich. Who has money to throw down to have surgery on your mouth.

Everyone is very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and great at what they do! My visits to other dental practices NEVER provided me with the care and information that the professionals at Monarch gave me. Great place and great people!

Do. Not. Go. Here. For the 3RD TIME I arrived for an appointment and I was not on file because they FORGOT to save it. Seriously? A THIRD TIME? Who runs this place? How do you take my name down and just forget to save it??? It's not difficult to operate a scheduling program, but apparently the staff finds it above their faculty to do so competently. It is a huge waste of my time to come in on my day off work only to be turned back due to the reception staff's incompetence and have to reschedule for another date. FOR THE THIRD TIME. This place is no good.

This is the worst dentist I've ever been to. Hard to even know where to begin. I didn't go in for almost a year, came back and they wanted to do nearly 4k worth of dental work (out of pocket cost) and named off various things that weren't really wrong. The dentist seemed fake and even the girl that took my x-rays seemed really unhappy and stressed. The front desk girl was the absolute worst; stuck up and always staring at people, and was making far right political comments in response to the news. Very unprofessional. I went to a new dentist and as it turned out, all I needed were a few fillings. These people do NOT care about you! They only want massive $$$

Really great customer service the best dentist office ever the staff was super helpful and very friendly! They are great with Covid 19 protocols and great with communication as well, I went for braces and my teeth look great 10/10 would recommend to anyone!

This was my 1st vist to Monarch Dental,on Debbie lane/287. If you are looking for a real dentist..look no further. Great staff,and a great dentist. Definitely a keeper. Update...I've had a few visits since my initial, and all my issues were taken care of. Great staff,great work,very nice office. Will definitely keep this location as my Dentist .

I have been coming to Monarch Dental in Mansfield for years. Everyone is very knowledgeable, friendly and experienced and takes very good care of my teeth. One of the best decisions that I made was to start wearing braces. I choose the clear retainer braces and only a few people knew that I was wearing braces. Now, I am not ashamed to smile. Do not let finances stop you from getting braces, the staff will work with you and put you on a payment plan. Just make sure to keep all of your follow up visits. Customer services in so important and to be greeted by my name when I walk in the door is a definite plus.

Friendly and very professional! I love my dental hygienist who is gentle and compassionate. My dentist, Dr. Jane, is the best! She lays out all your treatment options and allows you to make an intelligent decision.
