Spray, scrub, wipe repeat. Its our new favorite sound. Weve always been committed to the highest safety standardsbut now deep cleaning is done before, during and after visits even in the lobby. Our teams are geared up (literally watch the video) to sanitize equipment, chairs, tables, door handles, countertops etc. many times a day. And we dont stop there. PPE (think masks, gloves, gowns, and face shields) is worn by everyone in the office. Even patients get to take part by keeping masks on at all times except when being treated and doing a good disinfecting rinse before and after care.

Smile Brands Inc., one of the nations leading providers of business support services to dental groups in the United States, today announced the grand opening of another affiliated Monarch Dental office. The new office is the second for the community of New Braunfels.

Five dentists and their dedicated support staff hosted a Day of Giving, sponsored by Buxton, at Monarch Dental in Lewisville, Texas on October 5th. Buxton is a customer analytics company that provides services to maximize an organizations return on investment, and is a proud supporter of the Smiles for Everyone Foundation.

Every single visit I have with this facility is a great visit. The office staff are very thorough and make directives clear before you pay and leave your visit. The hygienists and dentists on staff are very knowledgeable and genuinely want you to be comfortable with your visit. Dr. Chadhury has been absolutely wonderful. I no longer feel terror when visiting the dentist because of how comfortable I am with this location.

Had an appointment at 830am. Said I was the first one when I booked it. I arrived at 820am. There were 3 others in waiting room. They all got called back before me. Waited until 915am then got x-rays. Put me in a chair and have been waiting for Dentist for over half an hour and still has not shown up. So not acceptable. I cannot be at the dentist for hours on end for a basic cleaning visit

All was great there at dentist office everyone is very nice I got a cleaning dentist and hygienists did a great job , I would like the waiting room to have something. On there TV except music, and some magazines to look at while in the waiting room , I did talk to a gentleman there that worked there he said he would check into that because I wasn't the only customer that had asked about the TV being on while waiting . over all service A 10 thank you

Literally the worst customer service. The dentist herself is great but good luck ever getting in contact with the office. Multiple times I called the day before my appointment to confirm, only to find out it was canceled. I got a call from a BILL COLLECTOR saying a bill from Jan was turned over to collections. I never received a bill from the office. I have yet to reach them and have had the monarch collections agent reach out to them, who has also been unsuccessful. I ended up just paying it so they will quit calling. Save yourself a lot of time and find another dentist. The office is not well kept and again, the worst customer service you'll find.

Ok - my first time going here - I waited outside for 20 minutes because the doors are locked. Then someone saw me and say they were running late and are now having their lunch so it will be a little bit. I waited another 30 minutes to be put into a chair to wait another 20 minutes for someone to look at me. Took way to long. Now today, I had an appointment at 8:40 - confirmed. I arrived early and I waited in my car until 8:30. Went to the door and it was locked. I waited outside by the door until 8:40 and knocked. No answer. I called the number, no answer so I left a message. My time is valuable just as the next person and to be left waiting outside in the heat to find no one is answering the door or the phone is ridiculous. I would think twice before coming to this location.

I went in there requesting for a regular/deep cleaning. I was told they would require an analysis before the cleaning is performed. Procedure wise everything was explained correctly insurance wise also finances were explained in detail. however one of the staff was too personal and chatty and made me a little uncomfortable. It would be better if they explain what's coming next or what to expect before they start putting tools in my mouth. Not everyone is used to dentist visits so a better heads up would be nice.

Wish I could get more than five stars because I've had nothing but good experiences here. The staff is informative, professional, and respectful towards their clients. I have a fear of drills and needles and they walked me slowly and thoughtfully through each step so that I didn't have any anxiety. I am so thankful to have come here!

I've been using this Dentist office after over 2 years, at first it was a good enough experience, Dentist were nice and they were quick. It slowly started to be little annoyances, them having to wait 30 and 40min to be calling back and scheduling issues where they only had me on the schedule and not my son even thought we scheduled them back to back. My 2 kids, my wife and I all got braces at the same time, it went good at first then a couple months ago the Dentist for the braces left the company along with some of the assistances. The new one came in and they were ok but then most resently my braces a d sons broke and needed fixing and we have been having to wait 2 weeks before they even could look at the schedule to get an appointment set! And if you have had braces you know waiting that long to fix a bracket can set back you total braces time by weeks or months! Also I have been having to call multiple times a day to get through to someone and leaving messages that are never returned. It's just has turned into a horrible experience and once our braces our done we are going somewhere else.

I didn't care for their pricing model, i.e. having to buy a membership to get a discount on services. It seems like the care plan they created for me was coming from a place of itemizing services in order to make money rather than from a place of caring for the patient. Also the hygienist seemed to be in a hurry and was a bit rough. The front desk person told me they have been short staffed for 2 years. I will likely go back to my private practice dentist. Much nicer environment and personalized friendly service even if it costs more.

This review is about my first and second time at the dental office. Both times I had to wait about 20-25 minutes before being called in to the back, and then wait another 10 minutes before I can be seen by the hygienist or X-ray technician. This is UNACCEPTABLE. For the working population, this is a waste of time and the dental office should not schedule conflicting appointments (if there is not enough staff), and patients should not have to wait that long. The reason why there are 3 stars is only because the doctor did a great job.

Friendly staff and good work, but the office could be run more efficiently. I was scheduled for appointments multiple times on days that apparently they are closed. Also, they don't have an online portal to see any of your appointment info.

Customer service experience was below average. And my wife was rescheduled 3 times and still was not able to get an appointment for fillings. Received a random bill this month for services owed even though we haven't been there in over 6 months. Will not be returning.

I set up an appointment for teeth cleaning weeks in advance. Very basic thing. It took them 2 hrs from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm - 2 hours to tell me that they need to reschedule my cleaning. I understand that they need to do some X-rays and check up , but it doesn't warrant 2 hrs to do that and tenacity after that they cant do cleaning today and need to schedule again. Totally waste of time.
