Spray, scrub, wipe repeat. Its our new favorite sound. Weve always been committed to the highest safety standardsbut now deep cleaning is done before, during and after visits even in the lobby. Our teams are geared up (literally watch the video) to sanitize equipment, chairs, tables, door handles, countertops etc. many times a day. And we dont stop there. PPE (think masks, gloves, gowns, and face shields) is worn by everyone in the office. Even patients get to take part by keeping masks on at all times except when being treated and doing a good disinfecting rinse before and after care.
Were checking to see if our patients (and staff) are healthy with a few questions and a temperature check every day, at every visit. Sounds a bit extreme? Youre right, extreme is good when it comes to patient safety and health.

Smile Brands Inc., one of the nations leading providers of business support services to dental groups in the United States, today announced the grand opening of another affiliated Monarch Dental office. The new office is the second for the community of New Braunfels.
Five dentists and their dedicated support staff hosted a Day of Giving, sponsored by Buxton, at Monarch Dental in Lewisville, Texas on October 5th. Buxton is a customer analytics company that provides services to maximize an organizations return on investment, and is a proud supporter of the Smiles for Everyone Foundation.

I walked in with a severe toothache and the staff assisted as much as they could. The doctor on duty recognized that I needed to see a specialist and recommended an excellent doctor. Thank you monarch for looking out for me and helping with my pain.

While the staff is very nice, it is very hard to book an appointment because they have limited hours at this location in Grand Prairie, Tx. I have asked to transfer to a Monarch dental nearby my house and they have not allowed me to do so. My son, Hayden had his braces on for 2 years and they took them off with negative results. They have since put them back on and are still charging me for them.

I wouldn't recommended this franchise for pets let alone humans. Over priced, dysfunctional and a huge waste of my time. You take off work for a service and they give you a "consultation" so you have to reschedule, pay another copay and receive the service another date. Money grabbers, look for dental needs elsewhere.

This place has absolutely been the worst clinical experience of my lifetime. After a filling a completed, I started developing an abscess. I went back for exam and xrays to find my tooth was cracked. The xrays before showed no crack, and they accepted no responsibility. Shop at your own risk.

The procedure went easy enough. And it was relatively pain free. But the cost is another story. Last time I had a tooth pulled I paid $250 out of pocket with no insurance. This time it cost me $350 out of pocket and they billed $1100 dollars to the insurance company.. for three X-rays and to pull one tooth

Just returned back after a few years.front staff kind of slow and every time I go to my appointment I get a different hygenist and all but one didn't hurt me.they are not gentle at all.and the last person that cleaned my teeth was all over my head and this was no fun.

I had a great experience from checking in to checking out. I was able to get x-rays and my teeth cleaned the same day. The x-ray technician and the dental hygienist were professional and empathetic to my anxiety issues. The dentist went over my x-rays and explained everything I have going on. Thank you!

The staff was very pleasant at the desk, however there was a very long wait time without any indication of the delay. I know some offices are short staff, But would prefer someone let me know instead of asking.

We have been coming to this location for almost 6-7 years or more because of the doctor however we have never had a good experience with front desk staffs. Period. Always having issues with scheduling either canceling last minute, didn't receive a notification from phone even when asked, please understand customer needs and make a proper explanation when it comes to schedule and explain the procedure little more details before telling patients to sign the payment form etc. The front desk staffs have been changed but still same issues. This is honest feedback as loyal customer please do not take it lightly. Other than that the technician and doctor are awesome. Thanks.

I like the Dentist and the technicians. Always professional. I love the Gen X music being played. I hate that I still have to wear a mask to walk in. You're going to be in my mouth, the mask seems completely unnecessary.

Dr. Adhami is very nice, professional and courteous. He immediately makes you feel calm and comfortable. He's never in a rush and he's always there to answer any questions. He's very attentive to details and pleasant to be with.
