Spray, scrub, wipe repeat. Its our new favorite sound. Weve always been committed to the highest safety standardsbut now deep cleaning is done before, during and after visits even in the lobby. Our teams are geared up (literally watch the video) to sanitize equipment, chairs, tables, door handles, countertops etc. many times a day. And we dont stop there. PPE (think masks, gloves, gowns, and face shields) is worn by everyone in the office. Even patients get to take part by keeping masks on at all times except when being treated and doing a good disinfecting rinse before and after care.
Were checking to see if our patients (and staff) are healthy with a few questions and a temperature check every day, at every visit. Sounds a bit extreme? Youre right, extreme is good when it comes to patient safety and health.

Smile Brands Inc., one of the nations leading providers of business support services to dental groups in the United States, today announced the grand opening of another affiliated Monarch Dental office. The new office is the second for the community of New Braunfels.
Five dentists and their dedicated support staff hosted a Day of Giving, sponsored by Buxton, at Monarch Dental in Lewisville, Texas on October 5th. Buxton is a customer analytics company that provides services to maximize an organizations return on investment, and is a proud supporter of the Smiles for Everyone Foundation.

Great place to get dental work done. Friendly atmosphere and polite staff. Detail oriented on what you will experience and what your plan will be. Only two things that did not give it that one more star, my appointment started 45 minutes late and they push a toothbrush into your treatment plan without telling you how much you're paying for it.

I hadn't been to the dentist is over 20 years. So I was nervous, but the staff here are so wonderful and eased my mind. I went in for X-rays, and they ended up doing a deep clean and filled 7 of the 10 cavities I had. I'm so happy! I go back in a few days to finish the rest of the work that needs to be done. 10/10 recommend this place!

The dentist and staff from receptionist to hygienist were outstanding. They explained the procedure every step of the way. They all were very professional friendly and made u feel so comfortable. My dental work went well and looks great. I been a patient for several years and highly reccomend their services

This is the worst experience I have ever had with a dentist. I initially made an appointment to get a tooth pulled, they put me on antibiotics wanted to wait almost a week before bringing me back in which I had to miss work because I was in so much pain and the antibiotics barely worked, then their system went down and they had to delay the procedure, then they wanted to charge me $360 for one tooth and refused to pull the tooth until I paid for it. Even the financing option was out of my budget. On top of that most of the staff were very offstandish and clearly had no sympathy for me even as I was struggling to get help to afford the procedure. It's a sad day in America when something as essential as dental care is treated like a luxury reserved for the upper class. And the website advertised them as an "affordable" dentist...what a joke!

If I could Rate this place lower I would! The most awful horrific experience for a child. My child was held down for a simple tooth procedure, instead of giving him anesthesia to complete the procedure safely and calmly my child kicked, and screamed and was traumatized because he was forced down. They forced my child down while trying to extract a tooth from his mouth. He was trembling after.

The entire staff are friendly and helpful in all aspects of one's experience there. I am still fairly new to Granbury but am so grateful I was steered towards this group. Every one of them is a keeper

Fantastic experience. Everyone was super nice and concerned for my comfort. I had a molar extracted with no pain whatsoever. Dentistry is really expensive but there's not much you can do about that. If you need care, i recommend monarch in Granbury.

I love this office. I had to have an extraction that was a bit more intense than expected, and they told me everything they were doing, made me comfortable, and Taylor and Dr. Sunbarger we're both amazing! They made a not so pleasant experience, very comfortable for me. Thank you both!

Awesome staff reassured me step by step what was taking place keeping anxiety level low. Worked out an affordable payment arrangement. Atmosphere was very pleasant....clean sanitized facility.

Office was quiet and not crowded. Hygienist Chris (?) was fast, efficient, very skillful and very friendly. Management had actually rescinded their covid surcharge policy, which was a welcome surprise, and speaks well of their ethics.

I haven't been to a dentist in many years but a toothache forced me to find one. After researching dentists in granbury, I chose Monarch Dental. I'm very happy with my experience with them. I have a long way to go with my dental problems & I know I am in excellent hands here. I am a big chicken but they were great at calming me down. Please give them a try. You won't be disappointed.
