Spray, scrub, wipe repeat. Its our new favorite sound. Weve always been committed to the highest safety standardsbut now deep cleaning is done before, during and after visits even in the lobby. Our teams are geared up (literally watch the video) to sanitize equipment, chairs, tables, door handles, countertops etc. many times a day. And we dont stop there. PPE (think masks, gloves, gowns, and face shields) is worn by everyone in the office. Even patients get to take part by keeping masks on at all times except when being treated and doing a good disinfecting rinse before and after care.
Were checking to see if our patients (and staff) are healthy with a few questions and a temperature check every day, at every visit. Sounds a bit extreme? Youre right, extreme is good when it comes to patient safety and health.

Smile Brands Inc., one of the nations leading providers of business support services to dental groups in the United States, today announced the grand opening of another affiliated Monarch Dental office. The new office is the second for the community of New Braunfels.
Five dentists and their dedicated support staff hosted a Day of Giving, sponsored by Buxton, at Monarch Dental in Lewisville, Texas on October 5th. Buxton is a customer analytics company that provides services to maximize an organizations return on investment, and is a proud supporter of the Smiles for Everyone Foundation.

Wasn't having any teeth issues and just went for regular 6 month scaling. They keep up selling you on the "deep cleaning" and said I have multiple cavities when my previous doctor did not even spot any. I regret trusting her to do the cavity filling procedure which she ends up drilling too deep on one tooth and now I am having nerve pain from that tooth, which now requires a root canal. From no issues with my teeth to becoming needing a root canal. If you value your teeth, don't go here.

Things I have learned from Monarch Dental 1. I am not a person I am a set of teeth. 2. My time is less important and valuable than theirs. 3. Cosmetic Dentistry should be obvious at a glance. 4. I dont know how to wash myself without a guide. 5. 5% of the employees are nice and caring the star is theirs. 6. they dont want to finsh their work but they still expect you to pay for it 7. they harass mr constantly over my bill but they owe ME money. I am still waiting on placement of a bridge I had molded 3 years ago. They can't get the temporary off! What a joke. I have had so many problems with the WORK and the ATTITUDES of the Dentists and hygienists that I am just over it. "You get what you pay for..." for the money you will spend here you could do MUCH BETTER with a private practice as I will do shortly

Monarch Dental Garland: If I could give ZERO STARS , I would . My appointment was at 8 am and the dentist Tayyaba Ahmed didn't come until about 8:30ish. They only have the one dentist and no hygienist so getting my teeth cleaned was likely not gonna be done anyway . Due to something in my medical history, they had to contact my doctor (at 8:50) which the receptionist repeated loudly having no respect for my personal information . They told me at 9am that I should reschedule ... I won't be coming back here . Very subpar service .

I've been a patient for several years at Monarch and things have been fine, but my most recent visit with a new doctor left me very dissatisfied. Without an x-ray, I was told I have 5+ cavities and a full cleaning wasn't even completed. I decided to check with another dentist for a second opinion and was told I have no cavities to worry about. I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

Do NOT come to this dental office ! I received 2 fillings on teeth that were giving me NO PROBLEMS AT ALL! Now I am having EXCRUCIATING pain and they're unable to provide an answer as to why this is hurting now but wasn't previously. I would not recommend this place , I was able to get over the wait time but the service you actually receive is not worth it. Please do not let them take care of your teeth I'm 27 with tooth pain I didn't have previously.

Monarch dental on beltline Road is fantastic. We went there for the first time a few days ago, they are professional, knowledgeable, efficient and Dr. ATHAR definitely knows what she's doing. She is caring and compassionate as well as Lisa and Lionel and Norma. Everyone there is fantastic we will keep coming back.

While everyone was nice. I needed extensive work done. Like many others during the pandemic money only stretches so far. I asked if they could do the work on the main tooth causing severe pain. I was told no. I asked if I could l was told yes. Today I am doing emergency dental work for 1 tooth because monarch dental wouldn't work on the thing causing the most pain. I am sorry I don't have 1200 to 4400 dollars at my disposal. I have a family to provide for. They received any stars because they were cordial. They received low stars because they couldn't work on the severe issue without doing other things to.

They are unhelpful. They sell like mouth wash to expensive like 3x double than you can buy any pharmacy and you can not return it. Before 3 years ago they were good but now they are not. Generally i do not like it.

Horrendous service, i got appointment at 8am, dentist left me in the lab myself and did procedure for other patient, hung me there for two and a half and didn't give any idea how long could I wait. I wasted two and half hour there for no reason, I ended up to cancel my treatment. Avoid this clinic at no cost yall!!!!!!

DO NOT GO THERE !!!!! This is the WOREST place I have ever been. Not professional and no sense of urgency. They schedule me for 0ne o'clock and did the x-ray around 1:30 and left me in the room for an hour and half. When I asked they keep saying we will be right with you. I was tired of waiting and got up and leave. They don't seem like to care. From the front desk guy to all the staff very unprofessional. Basically I went there for nothing and wasted two hours of my day. My worest mistake was not reading the review before I went there. It looks like most of the people who went there have the same problem.

Super clean environment. The staff made me feel very comfortable. They also took the time to sit down and actually explain into detail about what's going on and what needs to be done to fix the issue that I'm having. Highly recommend this office.

Dr Athar is an awesome dentist , kind and compassionate . Made me feel comfortable during the procedure . The whole staff is very friendly . Did my Anterior crowns which were beautiful . Thank you for giving me my smile back !
