Spray, scrub, wipe repeat. Its our new favorite sound. Weve always been committed to the highest safety standardsbut now deep cleaning is done before, during and after visits even in the lobby. Our teams are geared up (literally watch the video) to sanitize equipment, chairs, tables, door handles, countertops etc. many times a day. And we dont stop there. PPE (think masks, gloves, gowns, and face shields) is worn by everyone in the office. Even patients get to take part by keeping masks on at all times except when being treated and doing a good disinfecting rinse before and after care.
Were checking to see if our patients (and staff) are healthy with a few questions and a temperature check every day, at every visit. Sounds a bit extreme? Youre right, extreme is good when it comes to patient safety and health.

Smile Brands Inc., one of the nations leading providers of business support services to dental groups in the United States, today announced the grand opening of another affiliated Monarch Dental office. The new office is the second for the community of New Braunfels.
Five dentists and their dedicated support staff hosted a Day of Giving, sponsored by Buxton, at Monarch Dental in Lewisville, Texas on October 5th. Buxton is a customer analytics company that provides services to maximize an organizations return on investment, and is a proud supporter of the Smiles for Everyone Foundation.

Don't go to this place. Kept getting bills after visits and last minute calls about rescheduling. Charging me for work that they said was covered by insurance when they know it would not be and telling me I needed to come in every 4 months. Insurance said they needed to send in proof that I was being treated prior and they never sent it in even after me telling them to do it two times. Finally, just started to go to a private practice. They told me that doing deep cleaning wasn't necessary and the issues that they were doing deep cleaning could be fixed long term for $100 one time out of pocket. After that two regular cleanings per year which is covered by insurance. Monarch was charging me around $100 out of pocket every time I came in. So glad I'm done with them.

Worse place to get braces. Haven't seen me in over a year. My braces are paid for. Now I have to go to a new office and pay again.

Doctors are great but the business office and operations are very unresponsive. I have been waiting for a refund for unused credit for over 6 months. Every time I call the office I'm asked to wait 2 weeks and I should receive it. They finally sent one check but the other I have failed to received after countless phone calls, verifications and promises. No one ever calls back concerning my matter and this is totally unprofessional. I was told the administration office went through some changes. I was cooperative and understanding to there changes. I called back months later because I had not received the rest of my refund and I still get the same run around. This is totally unacceptable.

I have had very good experiences at my location. Everyone is friendly and helpful and has made my visits very pleasant. And that is not something you usually say about a dental appointment. Easiest impressions I have ever done as everyone was helpful and knew what they were doing - and I am not an easy patient to do impressions with. I am happy to recommend them

Worse place I have ever been. The staff is nice but that's as good as it gets. I had to schedule several times, had my cleaning deleted and was never informed of it. They changed their hours without any communication to their appointments scheduled on the days that they are not open. Started as a good experience but they never follow through till the end. I have been waiting on to do my followup appointments but they keep getting changed and pushed back even further. Worst office organization ever. Beware.
