Spray, scrub, wipe repeat. Its our new favorite sound. Weve always been committed to the highest safety standardsbut now deep cleaning is done before, during and after visits even in the lobby. Our teams are geared up (literally watch the video) to sanitize equipment, chairs, tables, door handles, countertops etc. many times a day. And we dont stop there. PPE (think masks, gloves, gowns, and face shields) is worn by everyone in the office. Even patients get to take part by keeping masks on at all times except when being treated and doing a good disinfecting rinse before and after care.
Were checking to see if our patients (and staff) are healthy with a few questions and a temperature check every day, at every visit. Sounds a bit extreme? Youre right, extreme is good when it comes to patient safety and health.

Smile Brands Inc., one of the nations leading providers of business support services to dental groups in the United States, today announced the grand opening of another affiliated Monarch Dental office. The new office is the second for the community of New Braunfels.
Five dentists and their dedicated support staff hosted a Day of Giving, sponsored by Buxton, at Monarch Dental in Lewisville, Texas on October 5th. Buxton is a customer analytics company that provides services to maximize an organizations return on investment, and is a proud supporter of the Smiles for Everyone Foundation.

Dentist was ok as she offered to replace the denture or at least make it more comfortable. However, I am almost certain that thus clinic works with a cheap lab or perhaps they use inexperienced techs to do poorly designed dentures. My overall opinion is to look elsewhere and avoid this clinic. Update : the denture was broken today

HORRIBLE. Scheduling is the worst experience. You can go to an orthodontist app. And hand them the sheet that says you need your braces tightened and tell them multiple times, but will you get scheduled for one? Nope. You'll go and they'll say oops I guess we scheduled you for a teeth whitening. Guess you have to wait 6 more weeks. Or they'll tell you the wrong time. You'll show them the card and they say, well that's your fault. Wait 6 more weeks because we are too OVERSCHEDULED. My scheduling got messed up 7 times. And good luck getting them to call you back. Please don't go here, for yalls sake, save time money and a headache!

This particular location is Wonderful.!! Everyone is so friendly and polite. I have an ongoing issue with one of my root canals. I finally had the time to return... and I feel very confident that they will fix my issue.... I Highly Recommend this location.!!

I went to have my wisdom teeth removed and it's been the absolute worst experience. A week later and I'm staring at a huge hole in my jaw, where the other side is stitched up. I've been vomiting for six days straight, after the second day of my wisdom teeth I had to take a trip to the ER and get an IV put in me. I then was transferred on the phone THREE times before someone had anything to say to me. They said the best they could do is an appointment next day, so I'm just sitting here with food and bacteria and a hole in my mouth??!? Excuse me? Not to mention I work a job like the rest of America and can't afford to keep playing this game with them. I've now heard two different things as the dentist says I should be okay, the phone lady says I should come in as soon as possible?!?! Does anyone know what they're doing or talking about here? I'm starting to think not and I am so beyond both mentally physically and emotionally exhausted over this process.

Beware! I do not recommend this place at all. Terrible customer service, apathetic, unfriendly front desk workers that can't be bothered to do anything to be helpful. I showed up for my scheduled exam & teeth cleaning and they said no one would be doing my teeth cleaning because the hygienist stopped working there a week ago. Yet no one bothered to call me to let me know this before I drove 30 minutes to get there. Terrible people, terrible service. They have no manners or etiquette whatsoever.

They do not return calls. Have failed to provide a receipt now for 2 weeks. They schedule things that they aren't able to complete and bill the insurance for the visit and then ask you to reschedule. Very deceptive practices.

Really bad service. I called in because a temp crown broke and their neighboring office which was my regular was closed. Once they heard my situation they blew me off. They clearly don't care about the monarch dental brand. Enjoy your one star.

My daughter uses Ortho for her braces, but their treatment of patients for appointments and cancellations are extremely poor. They cancel appointments for no reason and no follow-up for re-booking. But their sales person collects payments upfront and let the customers suffer... Very sad customer service.
