Spray, scrub, wipe repeat. Its our new favorite sound. Weve always been committed to the highest safety standardsbut now deep cleaning is done before, during and after visits even in the lobby. Our teams are geared up (literally watch the video) to sanitize equipment, chairs, tables, door handles, countertops etc. many times a day. And we dont stop there. PPE (think masks, gloves, gowns, and face shields) is worn by everyone in the office. Even patients get to take part by keeping masks on at all times except when being treated and doing a good disinfecting rinse before and after care.
Were checking to see if our patients (and staff) are healthy with a few questions and a temperature check every day, at every visit. Sounds a bit extreme? Youre right, extreme is good when it comes to patient safety and health.

Smile Brands Inc., one of the nations leading providers of business support services to dental groups in the United States, today announced the grand opening of another affiliated Monarch Dental office. The new office is the second for the community of New Braunfels.
Five dentists and their dedicated support staff hosted a Day of Giving, sponsored by Buxton, at Monarch Dental in Lewisville, Texas on October 5th. Buxton is a customer analytics company that provides services to maximize an organizations return on investment, and is a proud supporter of the Smiles for Everyone Foundation.

This office is the best! I usually am scared of going to the dentist but not here, they are so caring and kind. I needed a crown and Dr.Kol was so patient and friendly and she explained everything to me so that i could understand what was getting done and why. I had little to no pain through the process and I cant thank these ladies enough especially Reeba she was the sweetest person I've ever met!! She did her best to make sure i was comfortable and even brought me a blanket because I looked cold, she constantly asked if I was okay and how i was feeling. She's also super funny and made me laugh so much! Their kindness and attention to detail just made me feel cared for and was unlike any experience I've had at any other dental office. I love how my crown came out and im so thankful for having found this office. I will definitely continue coming here and will recommend them to everyone I know.

I hadn't seen a dentist in several years and I have extreme anxiety, but Dr Kol and Reba were excellent and made me feel comfortable and knew exactly what I needed to keep me calm. I highly recommend them to anyone especially if you're putting off treatment due to fear or anxiety.

I was lucky enough to spend the day with these ladies. Robbi and Reeba were awesome, very professional and went out of there way to help me. Dr. Kol, not only does she have 20+ years of experience, she is very passionate and detail oriented. It was easy to see she truly cares about her patients. If you are looking for a dentist with real world experience in the dental field and does exceptional work, look no further, this is your place.

I've been coming here for several years. Dr. Kol is terrific. Reba is a lovely dental assistant who always takes time to explain the process. She is sympathetic and engaging. Jessica is sweet and couldn't be better in all ways. I'm not sure I'd recommend this office based on the new office manager. Rochelle was great and personable and caring. The new office manager lacks people skills. The new office manager sets a very unfriendly tone. I'm not comfortable with her and may look elsewhere for continued dental care.

Came in w a massive infection. The staff and the dentist were absolutely incredible. I was in tears from the terrible pain. One of the staff even held my hand during procedure. Also it was getting late, the dentist personally called me and pharmacy several times after Monarch was closed to make sure I would get script same day. I can NEVER thank them enough! Literally my heroes! Extremely grateful and would recommend them to everyone!

Very unorganized. I was there for over an hour just to have my son's gums checked. My son was supposed to have his gums checked and a teeth cleaning. They only have a temp dental hygienist on staff. She was behind on teeth cleaning so we needed to reschedule to have my son's teeth cleaned. Very disappointing. It's hard to believe they only have one dental hygienist for each Monarch location. They don't understand my time is very valuable.

Reba was excellent and Dr. Kol. I am usually very nervous but they made me feel so comfortable. They make a great team. I would highly recommend Dr. Kol and her assistant. I am going to bring my brother in to see Dr Kol

I arrived 10 minutes early to my 9 am appointment. No one touched my mouth or entered the room until 9:20. After X-rays, an exam, and a long informational video about tooth brushing, I was told another patient had arrived and I'd need to come back at a later time for the cleaning because of a double booking. I told them I was not available for the rest of the day as my plans did not include three hours and two trips to the dentist. The next available appointment was not for another 30 days. I find that incredibly disrespectful of my time as a patient, especially since I wasn't notified about the double booking until after the X-rays and exam. If I would have known I wouldn't have taken off of work, and would've rescheduled. If you value your time, I'd look elsewhere for dental care.

This team never disappoints!!! Caring AND delivers great service!! Dr. Kol takes time to make sure you understand what needs to be done and what the priorities are. The whole staff is great!

I appreciate Reba and Dr Lynda Kol for giving wonderful service to me. They took care of me as their own. My pain and anxiety gone when they give me hug and said everything will be fine. We need such kind service. Thanks to all stuff members giving me love and service.
