Spray, scrub, wipe repeat. Its our new favorite sound. Weve always been committed to the highest safety standardsbut now deep cleaning is done before, during and after visits even in the lobby. Our teams are geared up (literally watch the video) to sanitize equipment, chairs, tables, door handles, countertops etc. many times a day. And we dont stop there. PPE (think masks, gloves, gowns, and face shields) is worn by everyone in the office. Even patients get to take part by keeping masks on at all times except when being treated and doing a good disinfecting rinse before and after care.
Were checking to see if our patients (and staff) are healthy with a few questions and a temperature check every day, at every visit. Sounds a bit extreme? Youre right, extreme is good when it comes to patient safety and health.

Smile Brands Inc., one of the nations leading providers of business support services to dental groups in the United States, today announced the grand opening of another affiliated Monarch Dental office. The new office is the second for the community of New Braunfels.
Five dentists and their dedicated support staff hosted a Day of Giving, sponsored by Buxton, at Monarch Dental in Lewisville, Texas on October 5th. Buxton is a customer analytics company that provides services to maximize an organizations return on investment, and is a proud supporter of the Smiles for Everyone Foundation.

Worst experience ever. I called in to schedule an appointment for my 4 kids & myself. I was told that i wasn't able to schedule for all 5 on the same day with consecutive appointment times due to COVID. So I asked why not since there were available slots to select which leaves opportunity for other patients also schedule for the open time slots. I was then told that the reason was because IF we canceled the appointments it would be too many empty slots available. So I asked why would we do that & I was told my the office manager Ginger that it had been done in the past. So I then asked why should all patients (especially new patients) have to suffer for something someone else did. Because it's not me that has done the canceling. I was then told that another reason was because the kids would become restless from being it the office so many hours. I then explained that the kids were between the ages of 18 - 24 & would probably be on there phone the whole time as teenagers & young adults do. And also if need be they could each leave after their appointments are finished & come back once each of us were done or even just sit and wait in the car. But of course that wasn't good enough either. So at this point it was as if she didn't want to schedule the appointments. And everytime she stated it was the policy & i asked where could i find this policy to look at she couldn't give me an answer. So need less to say that im VERY upset & disappointed with the overall encounter.

I have been in search of a dentist for a very long time! I've had soooo many horrifying experiences, I about gave up! Until recently, I had a very bad toothache and stumbled across this location. Let me just say with my nerves and pain being through the roof, the staff was very PATIENT with me. They were soooo nice and gentle. I was so happy and in pain at the same time, but they took very good care of me. Explained my issues and sent me on my way. I will definitely be back! I can not remember the hygienist name, but she is an absolute ANGEL! I want to say her name was Debra or Debbie.... I could be wrong. The front desk assistant Kita kept me in good spirits! Last but not least, Dr. Cartwright was gentle and broke down everything I needed to know! Awesome work guys!

I haven't had work done yet, so I will update when I do, but my first visit left a good impression! This was my first time at this dentist office, and everyone I came in contact with was friendly and courteous, even the dentist Dr. Cartwright. The office is clean, and they still practice covid safety by patients and staff wearing masks, hand sanitizer available in areas, and they ask that the patient does a minty mouth rinse that they provide to you. I feel confident that when I get work done here soon, it should go well. I will let you know......

My overall experience was good. This was my first time here. The hygienist was super sweet and knowledgeable, and the nurse that did my x-rays was really sweet also. I think the only thing I would say needs improvement is communication on how the payments go and how to apply for the payment plan worked, none of that was explained. Which I really wish my options were explained since I have no dental insurance. The dentist came in for maybe 5 minutes but just seemed so rushed but he was nice and did try to answer any questions I had.

Got an appointment because was i pain from a broken tooth. Appoinemt was all right. Nothing wa done except for exrays. Still in pain with a broken tooth and no chance of relief til next week. Mostly confused.

This place is HORRIBLE !!! bad communication!!! I will never go to this place again !! They have the rudest employees working there !!!! if i were yall i wouldnt go here ! go to the one in grand prairie its way better you will have a great experience there. But yall please dont go here its bad!

Out of all the dentist I've been to in my life this dentist explain everything perfectly to where i could understand it And everyone there was so nice and made feel comfortable being there I want thank the Doctor for telling me the truth about my situation and what i would be facing THANK YOU DR.
