Spray, scrub, wipe repeat. Its our new favorite sound. Weve always been committed to the highest safety standardsbut now deep cleaning is done before, during and after visits even in the lobby. Our teams are geared up (literally watch the video) to sanitize equipment, chairs, tables, door handles, countertops etc. many times a day. And we dont stop there. PPE (think masks, gloves, gowns, and face shields) is worn by everyone in the office. Even patients get to take part by keeping masks on at all times except when being treated and doing a good disinfecting rinse before and after care.
Were checking to see if our patients (and staff) are healthy with a few questions and a temperature check every day, at every visit. Sounds a bit extreme? Youre right, extreme is good when it comes to patient safety and health.

Smile Brands Inc., one of the nations leading providers of business support services to dental groups in the United States, today announced the grand opening of another affiliated Monarch Dental office. The new office is the second for the community of New Braunfels.
Five dentists and their dedicated support staff hosted a Day of Giving, sponsored by Buxton, at Monarch Dental in Lewisville, Texas on October 5th. Buxton is a customer analytics company that provides services to maximize an organizations return on investment, and is a proud supporter of the Smiles for Everyone Foundation.

I have been trying to get in touch with this office for the past few weeks and they have not answered any of my calls. The one time i was able to finally get in touch with them to schedule my ortho appointment the receptionist informed me she would get in touch with the ortho team and then get back to me. She never called me back and i tried calling them several times and no one picked up my calls. It's very unprofessional to not have proper communication with your patients. I wasn't even made aware that they are only open on Mondays and Fridays now which makes no sense to me because my ortho appointments are normally on Tuesdays. I have not had an ortho appointment since April and I am very annoyed with the scheduling system this office has been practicing all year. I should be scheduling my appointment right after my visit not you guys telling me you will call me to schedule it but fail to do so.

If you don't want to get judged when you go in for a first time consult, go anywhere but here. The cleaning hygienist was very sweet and caring along with the girl who took my x-rays while she was multitasking due to short staff.

The staff at Monarch Dental are great. Friendly and attentive. Lili (hygienist) is the best hygienist I have ever had. She's gentle and very nice. I recommend going here if your looking for a new dentist!

I went to their office and was pleasantly surprised. It wasn't like most experiences I've had at the dentist. They were gentle, kind, knowledgeable and were to the point. As far as dentist visits go, it was great. Update: once they sent my quote, I was stunned. It was so high, it was shocking. I didn't end up getting anything more than x-rays and a quote done here.

They texted me the day of to cancel my appointment for cavities. I called and the best they could do was a week out and I was waiting for a wisdom tooth referral . I haven't ever dealt with such unprofessional antics from a DENTIST OFFICE. I try and be considerate because of COVID but jeez. They rescheduled me because the doctor wanted to focus on implants that WHOLE week.... I'm a reasonable person but dang. I had to transfer my X-rays to another office and they got me an appointment in two days.

Since the pandemic the Corinth office is closed and they are sending everyone to this office. They treat you like a new patient regardless if you just need a cleaning. Which means Xrays a full dental screening and then a new treatment plan based of what they want. I waited 2 hours just to see the dentist and she told me you just need a cleaning. If you make an appointment for a cleaning, be aware that if someone arrives late and you are on time they will bump you and make you wait till they get that cleaning done. So don't make plans to return to work or go eat cause you can wait 30 minutes for them just to call you back, then get bumped, then wait another 30 minute while they clean someone else's teeth then wait another 30 minute to be called back again. No amount of complaining will do any good because the office manager is just downright rude.

Everyone was absolutely amazing. The front desk staff was welcoming and friendly. Lilli did a deep cleaning for me and she was so great! I've had to have many deep cleanings and normally they cause me a lot of pain. Lilli was gentle and took her time and I made it through with minimal discomfort. I would highly recommend the Denton location.

I went in for a dental exam/teeth cleaning after going way too long without seeing a dentist. Every single person there was incredibly nice, made me feel comfortable, and gave me excellent care.

Excellent staff, very caring and professional. Dr. Doshi who examined me was fantastic. I felt very comfortable during the entire procedure. She shared all the details before and after the treatment. I was greatly impressed by their professionalism and utmost care and being respectful of my time by getting me in and out without any delays / wait times.
