Spray, scrub, wipe repeat. Its our new favorite sound. Weve always been committed to the highest safety standardsbut now deep cleaning is done before, during and after visits even in the lobby. Our teams are geared up (literally watch the video) to sanitize equipment, chairs, tables, door handles, countertops etc. many times a day. And we dont stop there. PPE (think masks, gloves, gowns, and face shields) is worn by everyone in the office. Even patients get to take part by keeping masks on at all times except when being treated and doing a good disinfecting rinse before and after care.
Were checking to see if our patients (and staff) are healthy with a few questions and a temperature check every day, at every visit. Sounds a bit extreme? Youre right, extreme is good when it comes to patient safety and health.

Smile Brands Inc., one of the nations leading providers of business support services to dental groups in the United States, today announced the grand opening of another affiliated Monarch Dental office. The new office is the second for the community of New Braunfels.
Five dentists and their dedicated support staff hosted a Day of Giving, sponsored by Buxton, at Monarch Dental in Lewisville, Texas on October 5th. Buxton is a customer analytics company that provides services to maximize an organizations return on investment, and is a proud supporter of the Smiles for Everyone Foundation.

Dr. Patel is one of my favorite dentists. He is gentle and cares how you feel. The hygienist with the prettiest smile ever is so thorough and caring, and she makes me leave with a prettier smile after every perio maintenance cleaning! Also, the billing person and front desk communicate well and verify my insurance coverage accurately so that after every appointment I am charged correctly for the patient portion. I moved too far away from them, otherwise I would still be their patient. You are greatly missed! Thank you so much for your expertise.

Let me start off by saying I wasn't sure about coming to this dental office because of the area it is in. It's located off of Buckner. But man I am beyond happy that I choose this location! The staff here is amazing I felt like they was really close friends of mine that I've known for some time that's how comfortable they make you feel. It's very clean quite calm and welcoming. I can't wait to go back for my next cleaning you guys are awesome!

I will not recommend this office to anyone! I went in with pain hoping to get some relief. I was told I needed a root canal but would have to go to another office to get it done. I was quoted a price of about $3100 for the entire procedure (with office dental plan discount, mind you). That's crazy!!! For one tooth!!! I left the office an hour and a half later with pain and having gotten NO relief. This office is only interested in the good of their pockets not in the good of the patient.

Made my appointment for new customer hoping to go get my teeth cleaning and first expression was awesome. After seeing the Doctor and Xray the dental hygienist came in with a bill of almost $600 to perform everything they recommended. What ever happened to getting teeth cleaned for free on first visit?

Minimal wait time after we arrived for the dental appointment. Everyone, from the office manager, dentist, and technicians were friendly, courteous, and very informative about the cleaning and any other dental services that might be needed. We will certainly follow up with any further dental services & appointments.

The staff here was AMAZING!! Everyone was so helpful, and kind. The oral surgeon was the absolute BEST!!! He made sure I was fully informed about everything, and the nurses did too. I've had nothing but great service since I've been with Monarch Dental.

Best dental experience I ever had. Tameika the Office Manager was very friendly and attentive, the dental assistant was great, and Dr. Patel made sure he explained what he was doing. Everyone made me feel comfortable and handled me with care. Buckner will now be the location I go to all the time.

I went in with a tooth that was KILLING me. I was going to Mexico in a couple of weeks where I have used the same dentist for years. I needed an inexpensive patch-up to get me out of my misery. Dr. Patel is a saint who was completely understanding of a retired guy on a fixed income. Although he knew I was not going to have him do the work I needed, he did not treat me like many others would have. Instead he was so kind and considerate to me, got me out of pain for a reasonable fee and held no resentment that I had to have dental work done elsewhere. If you want a truly good dentist that will treat you kindly you have to visit Dr. Patel in the I-30 & Buckner Blvd. Monarch. I am 72 and have been to many dentists. This man is special, O can tell you.
