Spray, scrub, wipe repeat. Its our new favorite sound. Weve always been committed to the highest safety standardsbut now deep cleaning is done before, during and after visits even in the lobby. Our teams are geared up (literally watch the video) to sanitize equipment, chairs, tables, door handles, countertops etc. many times a day. And we dont stop there. PPE (think masks, gloves, gowns, and face shields) is worn by everyone in the office. Even patients get to take part by keeping masks on at all times except when being treated and doing a good disinfecting rinse before and after care.
Were checking to see if our patients (and staff) are healthy with a few questions and a temperature check every day, at every visit. Sounds a bit extreme? Youre right, extreme is good when it comes to patient safety and health.

Smile Brands Inc., one of the nations leading providers of business support services to dental groups in the United States, today announced the grand opening of another affiliated Monarch Dental office. The new office is the second for the community of New Braunfels.
Five dentists and their dedicated support staff hosted a Day of Giving, sponsored by Buxton, at Monarch Dental in Lewisville, Texas on October 5th. Buxton is a customer analytics company that provides services to maximize an organizations return on investment, and is a proud supporter of the Smiles for Everyone Foundation.

I am so happy with this orthodontist location, the staff is friendly and fast, you won't be in there no longer than 20min sign in and doctor visit included, the doctor is excellent, you guys need to see my smile now and I'm only half way through my treatment, they're God sent for me. Thanks

I just recently lost and buried my mother in September 2022 it was and still is bittersweet for me and my sisters but I knew I needed to get my teeth cleaned before transitioning to another job the whole staff at Monarch Dental made my day they turned my sadness into laughter and when I left I felt relieved and my day at work was smooth pleasant and joyful. I was no longer teary eyed and I want to thank Monarch Dental staff personally they are always in a good Christian mood whenever I go to have work done and the staff have a great repore with one another and they are good

I truly enjoyed my visit. I didn't have to wait long at all. Ms. Yolanda Friday did an excellent job cleaning my teeth. I will definitely be back in 6 months. Years ago I left Monarch due to a very bad experience. Let's just say Ms. Friday has changed my outlook.

Dr. Siavash and April were so nice and very professional and my extractions were so quick that I didn't even know they were already out. Its as if I blinked and they were gone. I was woozy after the sedation but Dental Assistant April made sure that I was safe and careful not to fall or hit my head. Monarch Dental made a good investment when hiring Dr. Siavash Eftekhari and April. Those two really took care of me; the dentist and the dental assistant...Great job!!!

This location was amazingly professional, sweet, caring and they were very personal with each patient that walked through that door. All the staff members have several years of experience and knowledge which was very, very mpressive too me. Because the staff was friendly, smiles, and very knowledgeable, the office was clean and neat, I decided to make this my primary dental provider. Thanks Monarch and Dr Walker for becoming my local dental office moving forward. See you soon again!!! Happy Smiles!!!!!

Staff was incredible from the receptionist to the doctor herself. Great communication and contagious laughter throughout the building. Signed up for the annual membership here so looking forward to future cleanings! Highly recommend!

Dental Team not Orthodontist Team...this non-profession girl demonstration no customer service skills. She argued with me over and over that she did call to tell me that my appointment was cancelled and I told her I did not get the message.. And again she was so ignorant that she continued to be combative. As though she was not in a place of business. I was over it! Then she continued her ignorance telling to fill out papers then kept calling be back to desk for another paper then other! By now I so over it. To end this torment I ended up speaking to an intelligent lady and asked about my appointment and explained the tooth issue only to find out didn't even need appointment . I will never go back periodtttttt.

The entire staff was UBER nice. From the receptionist on down to the dentist! They were super helpful and made me comfortable. Answered all my questions and I left feeling very knowledgeable about my treatment plan!

With the change of Dentist the service has been completely horribly . Terms are different, customer service isn't the same and the ortho team doesn't provide quality service anymore
