Spray, scrub, wipe repeat. Its our new favorite sound. Weve always been committed to the highest safety standardsbut now deep cleaning is done before, during and after visits even in the lobby. Our teams are geared up (literally watch the video) to sanitize equipment, chairs, tables, door handles, countertops etc. many times a day. And we dont stop there. PPE (think masks, gloves, gowns, and face shields) is worn by everyone in the office. Even patients get to take part by keeping masks on at all times except when being treated and doing a good disinfecting rinse before and after care.
Were checking to see if our patients (and staff) are healthy with a few questions and a temperature check every day, at every visit. Sounds a bit extreme? Youre right, extreme is good when it comes to patient safety and health.

Smile Brands Inc., one of the nations leading providers of business support services to dental groups in the United States, today announced the grand opening of another affiliated Monarch Dental office. The new office is the second for the community of New Braunfels.
Five dentists and their dedicated support staff hosted a Day of Giving, sponsored by Buxton, at Monarch Dental in Lewisville, Texas on October 5th. Buxton is a customer analytics company that provides services to maximize an organizations return on investment, and is a proud supporter of the Smiles for Everyone Foundation.

Staff was very friendly. Changed my overall dentist experience. Was very nervous and in pain, the assistant did everything possible to calm my nerves and the procedure itself was done with care not to cause me further pain. 10 out of 10 will definitely recommend to friends and family.

Friendly professional staff they made me feel more like family than a client. If I moved three hours away I would drive three hours to continue my treatment with them. Believe me when I say this . My doctor is in Abilene Texas.

Two crowns weren't seated properly. I was told to give it some time. After giving it a year or two...I asked them to repair their work...and paid for the whole service again. CoVid happened so I waited out those crowns...that still aren't seated properly. I was given an estimate and I'll have to pay all over again to have the work redone. I understand there's a huge shortage of dental techs and hygienists but it shouldn't come at a triple cost to a patient of 10 plus years. Disappointed to say the least.

I have been a patient at Monarch Dental in Carrollton for over 15 years. The doctor is thorough and Shannon, my hygienist, always makes you feel comfortable. The customer service is friendly and knowledgeable. They will work with you financially to support a positive outcome. They keep you smiling.

unprofessional , lazy , have no consideration for Patient's time , I had a dental emergency , and after putting me thru the ringer to make an appointment on my day off , they canceled last minute , I do not know why bother to come to work if you do not have a service attitude , I am not going back

I am beyond frustrated with this Monarch. This particular location has been nearly impossible to work with. My children and I had been patients here for years and then we were put on a waiting list to get a cleaning while they were trying to hire a dental hygienist (which took many months). We were told we would be given a call when they were able to schedule, but we never were. Now, they refuse to schedule the kids for a cleaning because it has been too long and they want to see them as new patients. I was holding on because we loved Dr. Narayan. But now she is gone, so we will be taking our business elsewhere.

Awful service. Tried to push unnecessary services on me. Would not listen to what I wanted. I knew going in that they were a franchise and would do this. Left without anything done. Awful

Scheduling online was fast and easy. Intake process was also quick. The staff are very professional and pleasant. I was able to be examined and have procedures done on the same day. The doctor and assistant were professional, diligent and did great work. Great experience, highly recommended!

I had an implant and crown put in. Price was much better than going to a specialist, and they did a great job. I'd definitely go back.

My visits are always pleasant as staff r cordial and helpful as long as there is not a long wait dentist is honest and takes care of issues staff very pleasant willing to please if there is a problem they work to fix This visit a little disappointing hygienist rough Erin was lovely I'll leave it at that

I have been going to this place for several years now including my kids. The very first time we went there we had a pleasant experience with front desk people. Now, the new people came and they are not as nice . Only consistent thing is Dr. Narayan. I still prefer to go there is because of Dr. Narayan. She is very honest about the treatment needed for your teeth, she doesn't ask you to do unnecessary things like some dentist do.Those who have dental problem, they know how hard it is to find a reliable dentist. I can put trust on her for myself and for my kids too. Now. their orthodontist recently has changed and there are so many complaints about the new group of people. I found out that the new orthodontist is not even talking to her patients properly. She might be a good doctor but if she doesn't give comfort to her patients, they won't go to her. She is not building relationship with her patient at all which was very important for the transition.Already they are having hard time dealing with the previous doctor's patients.Ortho treatment is always a long term relationship and most patients couldn't accept the fact that middle of their treatment orthodontist changed. I am on the same boat and now that I have already paid for my ortho treatment here I can't even go somewhere else. For the last 6 months they don't even have the permanent hygienist in the dental office. What a mess!!!!

The office my be nice but I don't recommend Dr. Narayan. Her attempts to upsell outrageous treatments was very upsetting. I know business is slow right now, but that doesn't justify trying to take advantage of a 20 year old and trying to talk her into veneers for slight discoloration. The treatment plan was reviewed by several other dentists who agreed it was outrageous.

Dental office is very classic. Front office is very friendly Dr Reddy was very Knowledgeable about dentistry and was very patiently answering all my questions about the treatment and she did wonderful job on my teeth. I highly recommend!!

Dr. Narayan is an amazing and compassionate dentist. She is extremely thorough to not only meet but exceed her patients needs. Members of her staff....Eliza, Victor and Sharon are incredible; they make you feel comfortable and fit you in accommodating your schedule.
