Spray, scrub, wipe repeat. Its our new favorite sound. Weve always been committed to the highest safety standardsbut now deep cleaning is done before, during and after visits even in the lobby. Our teams are geared up (literally watch the video) to sanitize equipment, chairs, tables, door handles, countertops etc. many times a day. And we dont stop there. PPE (think masks, gloves, gowns, and face shields) is worn by everyone in the office. Even patients get to take part by keeping masks on at all times except when being treated and doing a good disinfecting rinse before and after care.
Were checking to see if our patients (and staff) are healthy with a few questions and a temperature check every day, at every visit. Sounds a bit extreme? Youre right, extreme is good when it comes to patient safety and health.

Smile Brands Inc., one of the nations leading providers of business support services to dental groups in the United States, today announced the grand opening of another affiliated Monarch Dental office. The new office is the second for the community of New Braunfels.
Five dentists and their dedicated support staff hosted a Day of Giving, sponsored by Buxton, at Monarch Dental in Lewisville, Texas on October 5th. Buxton is a customer analytics company that provides services to maximize an organizations return on investment, and is a proud supporter of the Smiles for Everyone Foundation.

Doctor and assistant who took me back were great. Spoke kindly and very informative. Didn't feel welcomed by the group of workers at the front desk. Several were very snippy. Overheard them almost getting on to a patient loudly asking where mom was the second he walked in because he was stuttering over his words when trying to check in. Which ended in them laughing at him. Also would be nice to have a sit down section apart of the office to go over surgery plans and financials. I felt rushed standing at the front desk with all to hear.

The personnel at Monarch Dental are some of the very best to care for each patient that come in. The dental doctor and each person take time to be sure that the work is done correctly. Every one is very friendly to do business with

Edit: As we have went here over time, it became increasingly difficult to get an appointment. Then, after scheduling out >6 months, they would reschedule and push it out further months (multiple times). From there, you get to appointment day and spend way too long waiting and it's just overall a less than ideal experience. Place is clean/staff is nice- but they just can't seem to keep the same dentists on staff and schedule straight.

Zero stars, denied my covered teeth cleaning, and demanded $1,400 out of pocket for a 'deep cleaning'. No prior disclosure, all because one of my gums had a depth of 4mm. I called my insurance, they said if requested a general cleaning should be performed. Monarch did not allow, refused service and I left, never to return to this extortion experience.

I have had many appointments at Monarch Dental in Burleson, Tx. Every staff member has always been very helpful and kind! Also the work I have received in my mouth by technicians and doctors has always been with quality care and good results!

I recently changed pcd's, and it's one of the best decisions I've made in choosing Monarch. The staff, dentist, and hygienist who worked with me took time to explain the issues I needed to take care of. This was one of the best customer service experiences I've had in life. I was actually nervous going in because where I'd been previously. The former took no time in education for me, it was very rushed and i had additional problems after going there. Choosing to go to Monarch Dental is a choice I'm proud i made. The people there are remarkable and made me feel right at home. I'll be staying here long-term

Monarch Dental in Burleson is the best dental office I have ever been to. I had a tooth implant and it has gone very smoothly. The dentist ensures I am not in pain ever and informs me of everything I need to know. The staff are always wonderful.

For being a medical facility that claims they require masks, they sure do let a lot of people not wear them. You can't just pick and choose who wears a mask. Either enforce it or take your sign down.

This was the closest and only Monarch Dental with the best reviews, and the first dentist I was going to since moving to Texas, so I tried it out. Everyone was so nice and welcoming. The assistant was thorough and talked me through what was going to happen, the dentist gave me recc and preventative care, and the hygienist Mary? was able to give me a thorough cleaning that day. I also appreciated the blanket since I'm always cold lol. I will definitely be back!!!
