Spray, scrub, wipe repeat. Its our new favorite sound. Weve always been committed to the highest safety standardsbut now deep cleaning is done before, during and after visits even in the lobby. Our teams are geared up (literally watch the video) to sanitize equipment, chairs, tables, door handles, countertops etc. many times a day. And we dont stop there. PPE (think masks, gloves, gowns, and face shields) is worn by everyone in the office. Even patients get to take part by keeping masks on at all times except when being treated and doing a good disinfecting rinse before and after care.
Were checking to see if our patients (and staff) are healthy with a few questions and a temperature check every day, at every visit. Sounds a bit extreme? Youre right, extreme is good when it comes to patient safety and health.

Smile Brands Inc., one of the nations leading providers of business support services to dental groups in the United States, today announced the grand opening of another affiliated Monarch Dental office. The new office is the second for the community of New Braunfels.
Five dentists and their dedicated support staff hosted a Day of Giving, sponsored by Buxton, at Monarch Dental in Lewisville, Texas on October 5th. Buxton is a customer analytics company that provides services to maximize an organizations return on investment, and is a proud supporter of the Smiles for Everyone Foundation.

I'm not an expert on dental work, but they took care of me for my wisdom tooth removal, and they have a nice, discreet system for helping the patients get to the car with the pateint's designated driver.

Everyone at this location is extremely nice, very competent, and personable. They work together for the good of the patient. I'm so glad I stumbled upon this location while taking my granddaughter to the nearest Monarch dentist. What a blessing!

I made and appointment with there oral surgeon. The day before the procedure they called me and said i didnt to have to show up ealry and I would only be in there building for two hours. I have now been sitting here for three hours and haven't been Seen.I have a medical condition which I made known to them when I have to eat in certain time periods but I've gone now 15 hours and 11 minutes with out food and I feel as if my head is swimming and I'm going to pass out I once the operation is done I will not be coming back to this office.

I was here yesterday around 9:40 ish in the morning waiting for my treatment the staff is nice and professional at their job both service reps and the orthodontist, while in my treatment the two orthodontists were comforting while in the procedure. Overall was visiting for 2 or 3 hours and was worth every minute to get what I needed, they were quite fast with the treatment for placing with temporary caps and will work with you for any financing that's available & they even let me borrow a blanket during treatment!

Dr. Sumathi and Lisa are the best! They were so patient and gentle with me for my procedures ( crown and fillings). I felt like I was truly being cared for and was not just another patient. My 20 minute drive to be seen at Monarch Dental, Bedford is so worth it. Thank you!

Went there because my dentist retired and needed a cleaning and a new night guard. First visit I was there 2 hours and didn't to talk, much less get to do either! So, had a second visit.... An hour there and only left with a approx. $6000 dental work plan!!! Geezee ...... still didn't get a night guard or CLEANING!! I have no issues with my teeth right now. But, I know I will in the future that's why I wanted to establish a new one close to home and get my 6 month cleaning!!! I'm 63 and been going to the dentist for 50 years. This dentist seem more interested in getting my money today rather than spreading it out over the years. I'll be looking for someone else....

I am not an easy patient, especially when it came to wearing dentures. The temporary set was uncomfortable and bothersome, which I was warned they would be. I complained a lot, but the staff was sympathetic and reassured me that my mouth was going through a healing process, and once the process was completed, the permanent set would fit better. The dentist took her time--above and beyond--to make sure the permanent set fit securely and comfortably. Mission Accomplished! Big high five to the Bedford staff!
