Dr. Anna Paholiouk got her Bachelor of Science degree in health and nutrition sciences at City University of New York, Brooklyn College graduating with Summa Cum Laude. After that she continued her educational journey by attending the University of Southern Californias Herman Ostrow School of Dentistry, where she achieved her Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS). During those 4 years at USC, through mentorship of Dr. Pascal Magne, who is globally recognized as one of leading authority in Biomimetic Dentistry, Dr. Anna became fascinated with the concepts of minimally invasive approach and committed her career to preserving tooth structure in a functional and esthetic way.
By keeping your teeth and gums in good condition, having regular screenings for oral health problems, preventing cavities and gum disease, we reduce the need for invasive procedures and unnecessary root canals.Oral cancer screenings can catch signs of oral cancer in the reversible stages, dental sealants and fluoride treatments reduce cavity risk, and dental cleanings & checkups remove plaque and tartar buildup and detect the presence of tooth decay and gum disease.
We use non-toxic, biocompatible material mimicking the shape, functionality and strength of your natural tooth. Modern materials allow us to chemically bond to the natural tooth and be as conservative and preserve as much of healthy tooth structure as possible. We use inlays and onlays whenever possible, as this is a more conservative way to prepare the tooth and keep more of the healthy tooth structure, and preserving the pulp vitality to avoid root canals. When necessary porcelain or ceramic crowns are used to protect weakened or vulnerable teeth. Root canals are 95% effective at saving a tooth from extraction. We will do everything possible to save your natural tooth, but when teeth have been lost, we can replace them with dentures or dental implants.
Restore the appearance of your teeth with teeth whitening, dental bonding & contouring, veneers, or tooth-colored restorations. Whitening treatment can remove tooth stains and restore the teeth to their natural pearly white appearance.If you have chips or cracks in the teeth, we can repair these with dental bonding and contouring. Dr Anna, Michele and Eric are a great Team. My husband and I love Monarch! We are lucky enough to live really close and initially chose it purely for convenience. We were so lucky to find such a great place! The staff are all so kind, they care about their patients more than any other dentist or doctor office I've ever seen. My appointment was over 90min. During the exam, Dr. Anna explained everything to me in great detail. I had the opportunity to ask all the questions to the doctor. The cleaning was the best I ever had. Michelle, her assistant was just amazing. I never thought I would drive 2 hours to see a dentist. Nevertheless, I'm driving from LA to se Dr. Anna. I recommend Monarch Dental because they do excellent work, they are honest and professional. My first visit was an emergency during a holiday, I called other Dental offices that were 24 hr emergencies, but they all just said they would call me back. Once I called Dr. Anna she immediately accepted to meet me, an hour later we were in her office. Michelle and Eric are always so friendly and make me feel like I am part of the family. The workplace is always so nice and clean.

But with care and attention to my health problems and needs that I received at Monarch Dental Arts, I'm finally breaking my rules. I feel happy to be treated by such an amazing team. I would suggest this office without any hesitation. My wife and I just moved to the RMV area and we found Dr. Anya right across the street in a Memorial Health facility. Wow! Dr. Anya and her staff are so friendly and have outstanding customer service. The dental office is brand new with top of the line equipment and tools. Dr. Anya clearly is an academic who continues to add to her knowledge and training. She was confidence inspiring, no pain after 2 fillings and very timely! I have been searching since my pero dentist, Dr Gahagan, retired four years ago for a suitable dentist to replace him. I found her today. Dr. Anna Paholiouk is the founder of Monarch Dental Arts in Rancho Mission Viejo. She is knowledgeable, professional, personable and I know I, and my teeth, are in qualified hands at her practice. The practice is spotless, cutting edge technology without the cost of same being reflected in the pricing and very welcoming. I left with a sense of knowing that my dental needs are going to be taken care of in the right way (for me) for a very long time.
