Spray, scrub, wipe repeat. Its our new favorite sound. Weve always been committed to the highest safety standardsbut now deep cleaning is done before, during and after visits even in the lobby. Our teams are geared up (literally watch the video) to sanitize equipment, chairs, tables, door handles, countertops etc. many times a day. And we dont stop there. PPE (think masks, gloves, gowns, and face shields) is worn by everyone in the office. Even patients get to take part by keeping masks on at all times except when being treated and doing a good disinfecting rinse before and after care.
Were checking to see if our patients (and staff) are healthy with a few questions and a temperature check every day, at every visit. Sounds a bit extreme? Youre right, extreme is good when it comes to patient safety and health.

Smile Brands Inc., one of the nations leading providers of business support services to dental groups in the United States, today announced the grand opening of another affiliated Monarch Dental office. The new office is the second for the community of New Braunfels.
Five dentists and their dedicated support staff hosted a Day of Giving, sponsored by Buxton, at Monarch Dental in Lewisville, Texas on October 5th. Buxton is a customer analytics company that provides services to maximize an organizations return on investment, and is a proud supporter of the Smiles for Everyone Foundation.

Never had such a bad customer service! I was there around 1:50pm while my appointment was at 2 pm cst! The guy took over two different people before me without giving me any kind gesture or awareness and made me wait 10 minutes there. The both customer representative were not polite and welcoming! But nurse was friendly. The doctor was doing his job great but due to only one doctor availability I have to wait more than an hour there Date (10/19/2022) As i had above incident on my visit, i had appointment today for consultation at 3 pm cst. I went there. Saw the same guy and got 2 new faces on front desk! I was excited to have better service but NOOOOO same rude people! They even decline me to give service for consultation today as reason they said i decline do cleaning and fillings with them and on their time. I never decline on cleaning and filling as i was given the price quotation last time I was there. I even asked that front desk guy that time and he said I can do consultation today without any cost or doing any other services. Then I asked the reason again for why I was not getting service today ; the rude lady who called herself as manager of ortho said that i didn't do cleaning with them prior and suggested me to go elsewhere. I asked her why didn't she inform me yesterday as they consumed my work time. She lied and she said she called me ( which never happen even i ask for the number she called me and she even don't know any numbers lol) . The only thing I am saying to these Monarch people who replies me on this review please treat people equally and respectfully! Don't force people to get business from you if you cannot provide services what is offered and promised to customers!!!! I hope this review help people to be aware of this place!!!!

Great first impression! The staff made me feel welcome. They took care of my transfer with ease. The Dr was friendly and genuine. He went above and beyond. I started treatment the same day of my consultation. Highly recommend this practice!

As soon as they found out I did not have insurance and was paying for the work myself. They instantly changed the way they treated me. Instant attitude. I won't be going back.

This place was exceptional. The staff was so kind, they helped me through the whole process. The doctor gentle, but when it was time to extract my tooth she was tough as steel. I didn't feel any pain, so thank you so much.

Been a patient for over 3 years multiple locations unfortunately. Irving original location patient which is closed, literally went through at least 3 different orthodontists there and 2-3 general dentist there. Then was switched to Arlington and already went to 2 new Orthodontist also. Billing is a joke, can't ever speak to anyone. Appts are not readily avail. The have a team and only in the office once a week but you can only go to your office even though the doc goes to other offices. So dnt get stuck in traffic or miss an appt because you literally have to wait min another month. If I could have switched my orthos I would have a WHILE ago. Worst exp ever with a provider. Just avoid Monarch as a WHOLE!!!!!

Loved everything about this visit (and for a dentist, that is something). Everyone was so nice and friendly. I felt so at ease and feel certain they will live up to my expectations at later dates. Only thing I hated was all of the x-rays that were done - seemed a bit overboard and I was getting frustrated with that

Bad experience. The doctor was rude. She used a bad choice of words when relaying my diagnosis. I had so many issues with this clinic that I decided to have someone give me a call to discuss the issues. I eventually went to another clinic. Bear Creek Family Dentistry was a better choice. There prices were very reasonable and the doctor and staff was extremely professional and kind.
