Spray, scrub, wipe repeat. Its our new favorite sound. Weve always been committed to the highest safety standardsbut now deep cleaning is done before, during and after visits even in the lobby. Our teams are geared up (literally watch the video) to sanitize equipment, chairs, tables, door handles, countertops etc. many times a day. And we dont stop there. PPE (think masks, gloves, gowns, and face shields) is worn by everyone in the office. Even patients get to take part by keeping masks on at all times except when being treated and doing a good disinfecting rinse before and after care.

Smile Brands Inc., one of the nations leading providers of business support services to dental groups in the United States, today announced the grand opening of another affiliated Monarch Dental office. The new office is the second for the community of New Braunfels.

Five dentists and their dedicated support staff hosted a Day of Giving, sponsored by Buxton, at Monarch Dental in Lewisville, Texas on October 5th. Buxton is a customer analytics company that provides services to maximize an organizations return on investment, and is a proud supporter of the Smiles for Everyone Foundation.

I work at a clinic and it was the first time I heard someone say that there is a 10 minute grace period my clinic like a lot of other clinics offer a 15 min grace period. Then I was coming from another city and I was a minute past the 10 minute grace period I was looking at my cell phone to verify the time and the receptionist said they wouldn't see me. Now let's address the receptionist she had on a choker and 20 bracelets on each hand the only thing that was professional is that she did have medical scrubs. I didn't even think they still made those the last person I saw in a choker was in the late 90s.

Just recently visited here and Yasmeen helped us as soon as we walked in. Very helpful and extremely nice. Made the appointment quick and enjoyable. 10/10 would recommend here

They don't give you an option of fluoride or cancer screening they just give you the bill without explanation. I had to tell them I don't want fluoride, they took that off. I have to have a conversation with the dentist about the cancer screening. Other than that, I believe they do a great job and have great workers. I look forward to staying with this office.

BEWARE THIS PLACE ADDS RANDOM BILLS MONTHS AFTER THE SAID INSURANCE "APPROVED" The lady who wrote a review named "Linda" is not lying bc I just experienced the same thing. Called about a bill they explained. 72 for X-rays (which is covered by insurance) she "waived" but then said I owed about 200 more for sedation bc insurance didn't approve. See the thing is I paid 700 CASH for a wisdom teeth removal with sedation I paid that much bc they said that was left over from what insurance covered. I wouldve paid more if they had told me to do so. I literally saved 1000 just for the procedure so could've definitely paid more IF THEY SAID TO DO SO! So I said "I can give you my insurance or you can send me where I signed and agreed to pay this much but otherwise I'm not paying for something they said back at the time was approved sorry" and she said "if you're gonna be disrespectful im not gonna continue this conversation" I kept apologizing and didn't even cuss so how was I disrespectful????? Anyways I call back and say I need a representative and she's like "is this ******" im like yes and she's like "I told you before if you're gonna be disrespectful im not gonna talk so I said "I'm not gonna pay" you lost a paying customer which apparently you need bc you keep hounding for imaginary money. I have contacted CORPORATE AND THE BBB and have sent them the receipts. Thanks so much Rachel. Have fun struggling to make more than $15 an hour demanding respect from the people on the other side of the desk.

Absolutely loved my experience!!! I am one, like many, who has extreme reservations about going to the dentist from horrible past experiences. They mad my visit very comfortable and was very detailed about their processes. I am very happy I chose to become a part of the Monarch family.

Worst experience I'ved ever had at a dentist. First issue was paper charts which causes miscommunication. Went in with the specialist for a root canal, technician who took the image took the wrong image and then gave me attitude when I corrected her then went ahead and told me that the referral did not say that. Apparently she was having a bad day and took it out on me and my mouth. Cause she shoved that thing in my mouth so fast that she injured the back of the mouth/gum area. Then smashed the same thing where I was having the pain the second time. Now Dr.Ign whatever his name is; decided I did not need a root canal and told me I needed a cleaning. All in about 2 minutes and walk away. All those good reviews must be family cause it shocked me to see all the good reviews about the Dr and his staff. I'm not one to leave a review but this was unacceptable. Now I have to pay them $55. Typical business/doctor just wanting the money with poor service.

The medical care seems to be good enough. Yet, they have a care process that I assume helps them be efficient but results in you moving all over the place. I was moved to 3 different rooms and passed to 6 different people handling different parts of their process just to get an examine. Not a cleaning, not a filling, just to be checked. Then, they charge additional fees for services that are supposed to be covered by my 2 insurances. While I think the care will be fine, the customer service is weak. That or I have been spoilled by the other 3 dentists I have been served by over the last 45 years.

Dr J at same location was always great. New doctor just wanted to redo all my dental work....really... I am not even in pain. Mainly wanted to get teeth cleaned :( and the Dr wrote a loooong list that they need to fix.......never going back there.

This by far is the best office ! Kind, punctual, thorough and efficient are just some characteristics I have encountered .....LAURA with the Periodontists Team is the BEST! Thank you for always troubleshooting issues and making sure that you for treating me with dignity. Ensuring that I will smile again with confidence and feel comfortable with my treatment !!!

This is the WORST dentist office to choose ! I had gotten service here and received a bill in the mail. Called them up wanted to pay over the phone, asked for a receipt via email. Lady took my payment was put on hold for too long asked to speak to manger, spoke to Rachel she was rude hung up on me. I then drove there asked Rachel why would she hang up on a paying customer asked her for the corporate office phone number, she's refused to give it to me. Then all staff had gotten rude, took out my phone to video her not assisting me and called the police on me !! I'll never go back here again ! I'm reporting this to the BBB for the lousy service ! I still have the video proof of the awful service from this place ! May just call my lawyer as well. It should be the patients choice on how to receive a receipt of payment. I give this place ZERO STARS

Your x-ray equipment was wonderful. All the staff were very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. So my visit was much more enjoyable and less painful than I expected.

If I could rate no stars for these no counts I would. Quoted $1351 to extract 1 tooth, I went for a second opinion the following day with a different dentist $225. Don't let these greedy people take your money.
