Spray, scrub, wipe repeat. Its our new favorite sound. Weve always been committed to the highest safety standardsbut now deep cleaning is done before, during and after visits even in the lobby. Our teams are geared up (literally watch the video) to sanitize equipment, chairs, tables, door handles, countertops etc. many times a day. And we dont stop there. PPE (think masks, gloves, gowns, and face shields) is worn by everyone in the office. Even patients get to take part by keeping masks on at all times except when being treated and doing a good disinfecting rinse before and after care.
Were checking to see if our patients (and staff) are healthy with a few questions and a temperature check every day, at every visit. Sounds a bit extreme? Youre right, extreme is good when it comes to patient safety and health.

Smile Brands Inc., one of the nations leading providers of business support services to dental groups in the United States, today announced the grand opening of another affiliated Monarch Dental office. The new office is the second for the community of New Braunfels.
Five dentists and their dedicated support staff hosted a Day of Giving, sponsored by Buxton, at Monarch Dental in Lewisville, Texas on October 5th. Buxton is a customer analytics company that provides services to maximize an organizations return on investment, and is a proud supporter of the Smiles for Everyone Foundation.

Came in for gum infection and they took care of me! The only complaint I have Is they didn't prescribe me anything for the pain until the antibiotics start working.My infection is in the back of my mouth and throat and I can barely swallow and keeping me up through the night. Hoping they the infection stops soon.

Scheduling is so hard with Monarch. They barely have any open spots available. Ashley and Doctor Lee are awesome! I just always have a hard time getting in.

I went to Monarch Allen yesterday for my regular check up and X-ray. Dr Lee is very welcoming and all the staffs are very friendly and clean environment. I feel really safe with this pandemic around . Thank you for all you do...

I prefer going to individual dentists rather than corporate chains. However, my insurance this year I picked is not a good one - Guardian! Hence, I chose this location because it is newer and saw couple good reviews about the dr. Although I made the appointment for exam and cleaning, I found that they split cleaning from exam. Other dentists I have seen always did at the same time. I figured that this was they are charging more to insurance company as well as patients for deductible. In another month, I was able to get into hygienist to clean my teeth. Suddenly they gave me an estimate after waiting more than an hour on the chair for close to $900 after the insurance bill of more than $3,000. This is just a scam. I did go back to my other dentist and he didn't agree with the treatment plan - (money making scam) and did clean my teeth regular. It is too bad that these greedy corporations - like the rest of American health care system push them for more profit. I would never go back to these greedy places again.

I was worried after leaving my Dentist of over 20 years and breaking in another one. However, I was lucky enough on my first try to find Dr. Stephen Lee and he is phenomenal! He listens intently and cares about every step of the dentistry process. He puts you at ease and doesn't default to the standard scripts but customizes a solution just for you. The staff is friendly and the office is comfortable. You won't be disappointed by giving Monarch Dental in Allen a try. Jim Catlett

I haven't been to the dentist in a very long time; needless to say, I was a bit nervous and embarrassed. I was treated with the utmost respect from the entire staff, and quickly I was at ease. They were very informative every step of the way - keeping my nerves in check. After reviewing my x-rays in great detail, the dentist and his amazing team came up with a plan of action to address the couple of issues needing tending to. They were even able to fit me in later the same day to get the first part of my treatment plan started. The icing on the cake was the wonderful way the team helped me save money since I am paying out of pocket. FIVE AMAZING GOLDEN STARS!!! Thank you all!

The dentist seemed friendly and the hygienist did a good job. However I would never recommend this practice. I called a month before my cleaning and was told the next appointment would be 7 months away. Ridiculous. Now I have to find a new dentist which is a hassle with my insurance. Stay away.

Made an appointment which lady told me my appointment was at 11:00am.. when I get there to check in they say oh your appointment was at 9:30am.. so I had to wait longer...
